Although the mall is small, its very inviting and people are very friendly. Love the movie theater, nice screens, great sound!

Came to see the Frozen II movie. First they didnt give me my tickets. Told me she did. I had no tickets in my hand or purse. Machine was jammed. No apology. Still waited for change. Told she gave me my change and refused to give me my change.Not happy.

Great location with plenty of parking. Clean facilities and great snack bar. The seats were very comfortable and the theater was clean. The staff were helpful and kind. Good place to take in a movie!

Regal is my favorite place to see movies. Not that long ago my wife and I were given free tickets to come back, because there were some people talking and being disruptive. I really wasnt that bothered, because I was watching the movie. Still it is important that they care about our viewing experience. Glad to come back again and again.

Nice and clean with stadium seating and can lift the arms to cuddle if on a date.

Had a great time with a couple of friends, at the Regal Cinema in Lebanon! We saw the Avengers, And Game, and loved it! The theater was clean and in nice shape as always! Also enjoyed talking to the young lady taking tickets. Shes always fun to talk with!

I’m only giving it a 5 because there’s this really cute girl named Catherine that works there currently. She’s really nice, and she complimented my outfit... my grandma’s boyfriend was there (he don’t know I’m lesbian) so I couldn’t say anything to her. :( ...I seriously can’t get her out my head and can’t find her anywhere.

It decent on the inside, no reserved seats but I still get to watch my movies, so it aint that bad!

Went to see a movie the other day with my daughter. There were about 10 people in the theater on their cell phones which was super distracting because we were in the top row. There was a group of 6-8 teens that were either unattended or whose parents were too rude to make them be quiet and they were very loud during the entire movie. A mother with a small child next to us kept making us get up so her daughter could play musical chairs with the group of people they came with that sat in the row in front of them. We wont be going to this theater again. Id recommend Flagship Cinema if you want to actually enjoy the movie youre paying to see.

They need more help at the concession before the movies begin. The kids & I almost missed the beginning of the movie because there was only 1 person at the concessions. Also, I always have to wait for my pretzel nuggets. They never have any made. I do like that they bring them into the theater when they are ready.

Since I first walked into this particular Regal Cinema location in Cleona into the end of 2019, it was good overall. Except, what I dont like about this place is ticket prices for 1 or 2 adults is too expensive and becoming overpriced. Snack prices are doubled than they were a few years ago, what a joke in my opinion. $5.70 plus sales tax just for a small fountain drink, what a rip off. In my opinion, why should I pay more than $14 just for a good or terrible movie when I dont know if a particular movie is worth seeing. I had 3 or 4 terrible visits so far when seeing a movie at this place. Also, the last time I went into the theater to see a film, I see very little or alot of trash underneath each seat and the hallway in the movie theater is where the floor is more cleaner. Lastly me and a friend were going to see Gemini Man this evening but we couldnt because the ticket selection machine in the lobby was temporary down or broken and I saw dirt or dust behind the machine and I dont know the last time they temporary close that machine down just to clean up behind the machine and make sure there is no dust on the electrical cord which I took a picture for proof. The staff here on October 26th is overstaffed possibly and I surprised no employee or manager even notice that this movie ticket machine was possibly broken or secretly turned off? The small or medium sized popcorn my friend bought on Saturday September 7th was a little bit stailled or too much dry.

This is an amazing place to go to to enjoy a movie and i am always very excited when i get to watch a movie here. I can barely contain myself waiting to watch far from home today.

Feel like i got ripped off today!! Popcorn was usual over price which i expected but it was cold too & wasnt fresh...buckets were just sitting in warmer. Also movie theatre room 7 has marks in screen that were very annoying exp with lighter scenes. I mentioned it to management but they didnt care. First n last time going here

Clean theaters quick staff, good sound. I do miss some of the gimmicky rockers from other movie theaters but you really dont miss them

Went Saturday evening to take our daughter to see the grinch for her first movie theatre movie. 2 adults and 1 child is what we wanted. We were billed for 2 adults and 2 children. I questioned it and the cashier said it’s for 2 adults and 1 child. Took my tickets to the girl checking them in. I asked her how many tickets do I have? She said 2 adults and 1 child. We get home and next morning we review the receipts cause we can’t believe how expensive the movies are. It says 2 adults and 2 children. Unbelievable...

Coming from a place where I was born and raised brooklyn, New York this cinemas one of the cleanest and quietest places to go watch a movie or two ......my son and I really enjoyed our selves

Nothing special about this theater. The staff is always friendly, the movies are always current, the prices are typical, but the seating is sub par. Once youve experienced watching movies in full leather recliners, its really hard to go back to those terrible stadium seats.

This is my second attempt at seeing a movie at this location. The staff is friendly and facilities are nice; however, parking is a nightmare and the patrons are loud and obnoxious. This location seems to have helped to foster a culture of people who treat going to the movies as if they were in their own living room. Both movies that I attended at this theatre had patrons talking loudly throughout the movie. There are better movie experiences within 15 minutes of this location.

Movie great but we got there one and a half hours after it opened up and the trash cans were full. The floors were filthy and we bought some popcorn and wanted some extra butter but the dispenser was empty . They need a new manager.

I take my kids to this theater at least 5-6 times a year. It is clean and the staff was always friendly. I have a rewards card so every other time we get a free small popcorn which can be upgraded to a large for an additional $2. That is the only time we ever get snacks. Like all movie theaters, the food is overpriced. This is something management is going to need to look in to changing. Times are tough for a lot of families and seeing a movie together but me the cheapest source of entertainment for many. Lower the prices of snacks and drinks and you might see those sales go up and therefore cut down on waste and even bring in more profit. Come on now, popcorn doesnt cost that much!

Come to where the theaters are rarely full. Less annoying people make better movie experiences. And you can always have a good seat!

Just clean up vomit from my daughter projectile vomiting thanks to undercooked hotdogs that took over 45 minutes for the staff to remember to make for us anyway. Overpriced limited movie selection in the first place; this just solidified we will be staying home in the future before going here again.

The only reason I go to the mall. Get their rewards card! Who could say no to free drinks or popcorn? Also, their seats have folding arms so heavier folks can sit comfortably.

Always a good experience going here. Be there 30 mi Utes before the movie to get the best seats. Also catch the pre-movie fun.

We always go here for a quick movie. The popcorn is delicious and not bland in taste like some other local theaters. The movie selection is always good too and never too crowded.

Hard to find, but a really cool movie theater.

The place is clean, and the seating is comfortable. The seats recline, and have an arm rest with a place for your drink that comes down if you want it. Like theatres everywhere, the prices for popped corn, drinks and candies are absurd.

Its a decent spot. Only issue I have is the sound quality. Compared to flagship, the volume at the Regal Cinema needs to be amped up alittle more. I shouldnt be able to hear people chewing their food during the movie. Better/louder sound quality is a must

Popcorn was stale and last time I was there teens were in and out of movie theater and somebody took a phone call at the peak of ending of movie. fight in hallway with teens as leaving theater. complained to company never got reply.

Great place to watch movies

I am a customer here here because it is close and the price is decent.Like other people have commented however, the staff running the projection needs training. Multiple times I have had to inform the staff of improper projection keystone, zoom, focus, etc. I then watch them fumble around with projector and still usually not get it right.Also, when I am not there durring prime hours, there is usually only one person working both the ticketing and concession stand at the same time. This has led to slow and poor customer service do to one staff member selling the tickets to each person or group then walking over to the concession stand and serving them their food and drink. I find that I actually have to get there earlier during off hours then during busy hours.One last negative, but not a huge deal, is that I am happy that the staff comes into the theater to check on the room. However the orange illuminated traffic wands they carry are a little ridiculous. It turns a task, which should go relatively unnoticed during your show, to visually screaming your presence to the audience. I have never been to any other theater that does this. (I have been to many.)Despite these improvements that are needed I still give them a three-star rating because its still a decent place to go see movies at a decent price.

The reason for a lower rating has nothing to do with the theatre itself and the staff have always been friendly and courteous. Ticket prices are competitive and Im willing to pay a fair price for a couple of hours of entertainment, but I think it is disgusting to pay more than $10.00 for a small bag of popcorn and a small drink. The reason they refuse to allow outside food and beverages is clearly because no one would buy anything at those prices if they could spend less than $4.00 for more food that they could carry in. In sports its called scalping and thats exactly how I felt when I left the theatre...like my pocketbook had been scalped. No more...Ill eat my popcorn at home!!
