Ive been wanting to check it out for years and finally have. What a great way to end my vacation towards San Diego. Close to the freeway and not crowded. Even brought back childhood memories. Definitely bringing family here next time
The museum is interesting, and its clear someone put in hard work. However, this is a museum filled with replicas. Meaning a man made cars similar to or resembling movie cars. That makes the museum a wash. We were in and out under 20 minutes. Also the figures through out are really bad. Cheapens the experience.
Didnt enter due to $20 fee. Not worth it! Also, cash only! You can go a couple miles up the road to see the uniquely built Welder Up cars, or cars from Counts Kustoms for free
It was fun to go check out something a little different and off the strip. We enjoyed taking a stroll down memory lane with all the Hollywood cars. I liked the Liberace memorabilia as well. And of course....we took photos in the FLINSTONES car out front.
Good place to see unique vehicles used in movies, TV shows and films. The two front desk guys ( main entrance and liberace entrance) are very accommodating.
This is an interesting place. If you really like movie cars, its probably worth a visit. You just need to know some things ahead of time. For instance, many of the vehicles you will see are not actually from the movies. They are reproductions. Some are actual vehicles from the TV show or movie. Many of the car are in various stages of disrepair. Flat tires, rust, etc. I would be OK with the disrepair if that were the state of the vehicle after filming, but often, that is not the case. They just arent putting a lot of effort into their collection.
Pretty cool place, lots of very famous cars. Owner was very friendly and welcoming, provided lots of info. Liberace cars were unreal!
Some cool car. Mostly high end reproductions.
This place is very low key and was one of the few places that wasnt crazy busy. It is a fairly short visit but worth the stop. If you love cars then you have to stop here. Heck the original Robocop police car from the movie brought back tons of memories. They were very friendly and we got a free can of soda which was cool. We were given glasses too but we have no idea what they were for? We highly recommend coming here just look for coupons online to save a few bucks.
Lots of really cool old cars, bikes and creations here! Lots of things tbat bring back memories as a kid. Guy at the front desk was super nice. Instead of wasting your money at the casino slots, come here so you have some cool memories for the money you spent and see some cool cars.
Very cool cars! We got to see a few cars from movies we love and it was cool to go back in time! Cant wait to do the exhibit in Orlando when it opens!
I give the Hollywood Car Museum 5 out of 5 stars. The vehicle they had there from the Fast and the Furious movie that Paul Walker drove was AMAZING!!!! My favorite car in the entire museum!
Is a small cuzy place with car replicas you seeing some great pictures movie and some orginal you havent see befor. This is one little thing that you can do in Vegas. If you have kids this will be a great way to distract them and take them out of the Sun. look for the coupon in Groupon
Friendly staff, very nice variety of older vehicles to view just the right size and price!
It was okay here. Employees were nice and everything. Its just I had been to a famous car museum in Gatlinburg that struck me as legit. This is a kinda hot warehouse where someone has an interesting car collection. Less of a polished experience than I had hoped.
Fun little attraction!
Lots of show cars a nice place to visit.
This was very neat seeing cars ever used in movies as stunt cars and things like that
Neat place, cool cars, a lot of childhood memories. Worth going. My 13 year old kid enjoyed it. Would have been boring for my 4 year old (it’s a no-touching place!). Hot air from the back swamp coolers, made it a bit unpleasant ... otherwise would’ve given 5 stars.
Very awesome to see all the cars and trucks in the classic movies and tv shows that we grown up watching over the years. Brings back so many wonderful memories!!!
They had some really neat vehicles and info about the background of the vehicles. It was fun to see some of the cars we use to watch on TV.
Provides a great place to do something right off the strip. It was nice to see some of the vehicles used in television shows and movies. The gentleman that checked us in today was exceptional as well.
AVOID...this is one of the worst-run dives in Vegas--horrific personnel, no customer service, and they do not honor online purchases either. Almost everybody else in LV is friendly, accommodating...these clowns dont deserve business.
Enjoyed seeing all the cars from all of the awesome movies. Great place to visit in Vegas!
Took my boys to visit. They absolutely loved seeing cars theyve seen on movies and TV. Some are authentic, others a reproduction someone made. But they all have a cool factor. We had fun, and kids are free!
Awesome experience. And very nice staff
Great place to see cars or replicas used in the Hollywood industry. Loved the bat mobile that was used when Adam West was Batman. Great place for car lovers!
What a fantastic place! If you love cars, love movies or TV shows, love movies or TV shows about cars or just love to see the cars that were used in any movie or TV show then you need to visit this place. There are many more cars than I posted pictures of, these were just some of my favorite. Plus, I didnt want to post EVERYTHING they had, you need to visit the place for yourself!
Its a neat little place. A friend got tickets online from someplace, maybe groupon, and the tour came with free sunglasses and a can of soda. I was really impressed by the wide array of vehicles they had. The guy who runs it was really nice, and is actually from the area where I grew up in California. I never thought Id meet someone in Las Vegas who knew the town I was from because no one does lol. I really enjoyed myself.
Very nostalgic place. Nice time to spend a few hours!
Take your time looking at these cars, I loved the cars and the stories behind them
Nice variety of Hollywood cars. You can get close to them to see the details
Have some really good cars...
Awesome cars and great Staff very friendly and informative
Nice collection... wonderful hospitality!
First Time there but very Nice people.
Not worth the price of admission, but if you must youll only need 1 trip.
Think of a fabulous car from any movie... Most likely they will have it. Staff was super friendly and informative. If youre in Vegas and wanting something quick and fun this is the spot!
Friendly staff! The cars were interesting. Seeing Liberaces cars made me decide that I didnt want to get THAT addicted to attention. Those cars are over the top.
Lots of great cars from the past.. tv shows and movies, replicas and real ones, a bunch of stuff from Liberace. A must see if you are a car guy and a movie buff.
Had a fantastic time here. It was like a walk down memory lane! Spend the $20. Its worth it.
Great customer service and definitely worth visiting to see various cars from your favorite movies. They also offer a senior discount. My favorite car was the Firebird from Knight Rider & the Delorean from Back to The Future.
Good museum and lots of cars for good price
I went over to the Hollywood car museum off of Dean Martin Drive and found some really cool vehicles in there! I found a bunch of James Bond cars and some Batman cars and even a bat cycle. If youre a fast and furious person there are some actual cars and theyre from that show including the one that Paul Walker drove in the very first movie what you got blown up by Johnny Tran and his not so cool cousin Lance. (40 weight sounds nice). Theres an entire room dedicated to Liberace and his ridiculous (in a good way) blingy vehicles... And I even got a picture of Chitty Chitty Bng Bang! So enjoy the gallery... I took lots of pictures for you!
Wonderful place and great collection of cars. Most of them are replicas and some are original. Manager Steve is very friendly. He patiently gave me details about the collection. Liberace Garage and Vespa collection are awesome. Price is moderate. Check online for coupons and discounts.
If you are going to be requiring that attendees who still have to pay to enter your museum wear masks, will you be providing them then?
It was raining out so we were looking for something fun to do. This place is cool. Kids loved it would definitely reccomend it.
Amazing and unique cars! And the owner is very nice!!
Very cool place. The owner is awesome. A must go to, especially to get out of the heat!!
Really cool place with lots of replica and real cars from films and tv. Me and my fiancé absolutely loved it.They only take cash but there is a atm you can use there which was really handy. We loved how the cars were in the condition they were when they were used on the films.there is three rooms of cars and they have quite a big Vespa collection as well which was interesting. Lots of Info about the cars and bikes as well.Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby and looking for something to do.
My brother and our kids loved it! Great cars!
They had cool cars.
Off the strip, but a great little side trip.
I loved this place. Outside of the museum is the Flintstone Mobile. That got me excited. Inside were scores of vehicles from movies and television, most I remembered. There is a room off the back dedicated to Liberace and his collection of sequined cars, pianos and clothes.
Had a great collection and the museum wasnt too big
Went with wife and two kids this past Sunday. Temp outside well over 100 degrees. The museum does not have AC but they do have very large fans that kept the temp tolerable. Only take cash but they have an ATM machine ($2.75 fee). The website has a $5 coupon so its only $15 and kids are free (at least mine, ages 9 and 5). So the cost was only $30 for all of us.As for the quality of the museum, I was a little disappointed. The guy up front acknowledged some of the cars are the real Hollywood/movie cars and some are replicas. But in truth, Id say 90% are replicas, maybe even a little more. And the replicas are generally not very good. The Back to the Future 3 old west DeLorean was nice. But the A-Team van and Knight Rider replicas were pretty sorry. (One caveat - they do have some stunt cars that may have really been used and it could be that these stunt cars dont have every detail the regular show cars do.) Cars are also not well maintained as many were sitting on flat tires which was sad. Also, nothing was from a modern movie or kids show. So if you are looking for Blaze and the Monster Machines, or a car from a movie made after 1997, forget it.Overall, it took about 25-30 minutes to stroll through and check out the cars. And the kids thought many of the cars were neat. Probably a little pricey for such a short event.
Super cool glad I was able to go
This place is so nice! I was able to enjoy the cars displayed with their own stories. The vintage cars was so adorable that I even dream of having those as my bridal car in times I get married! I was able to see as well the vintage cars in different colors which I loved most. I would loved to visit and see this cars again.
If you love cars.. love history.. you have to stop here and appreciate the knowledge.
Nice collection of the unusual, famous cars. Some are not original and are clones but still nice to see. Large Vespa display from the 50s.
Great cars from my childhood, a lot of replicas though.
Great to see #Liberace s cars there! Plus lots of other neat vehicles from actual famous movies.
Was Amazing, would recommend it for any movie or car lover
Really cool place to visit! Easy to get to! Awesome assortment of cars to view! Great guy that works there, easy to talk to. Make sure to stop by here!
Fun place to check out off the strip. Bring the whole family.
Thought it was awesome, even though im not into cars personally. Great little shop that I believe more people should visit! Really reminds you of the 50s and 60s Saturday nights!
Some very cool stuff
Great couple of hours looking at the cars and reminiscing about the past, with the 4 wheeled stars. Some are replicas others are screen used, so dont expect all the cars to be pristine, some are movie and stunt cars and are not treated well on set, but they have stories to tell! So if you want a couple of hours of awesome motoring nostalgia, this is the place for you!
Was cool, but not really worth a special trip. If your in the area, definitely worth checking out.
Good place to kill time.
Unique cars you wont see anywhere else. Some are replicas but done well! Cool stuff. We used a groupon and got a soda and a pair of glasses for $12. Good place for a car movie buff!
It was pretty cool, but I was very sorry to see so many of them are replicas and not the genuine cars. I dont see the point of displaying a replica and you dont go to a museum to see replicas.
Decent cars for display. No air conditioning or even fans (I mean honestly youre in the desert) The gentleman at the front was not a welcoming human to say the least. They only accept cash, which should have been our first red flag. $20 a person is a HUGE grasp for what should be charged. One of the 3 rooms was 90% liberace so great if you are into that. We found it unsettling. Walked through and tried not to pass out from the stale thousand degree air within 10 min. Save your money and go see anything else in town!Edit: the response is exactly what you can expect. A classy joint indeed!
Cars looked like junk. Flat tires, not taken care of. All jammed in to small space. Replica after replica - not worth price of admission.
Great car collection, my favorite was Liberaces
Im sure it would have been great if we could have afforded 20 bucks a piece to get in and look at the Museum the guy at the desk would you rather rude I asked if it cost to come in and he said I quote hell yes theres over 20 million dollars in automobiles in here
This place has more replicas, than original cars. There are some cool cars in here though. I do have 2 big gripes about this place... #1 is that there was no air conditioning in there! What place, in Vegas, doesnt have AC? #2 is that when we were back in the Liberace car room, my husband and I started feeling nauseous right away. There was also another man who I could see was holding his stomach. He had to sit down, and eventually leave early, because of this overwhelming feeling. What the heck??? Has anyone else felt this? As soon as we were out of the room, we felt better.
This place was amazing. Lot of memories from my favorite tv series and movies. Steve was very friendly with us. Definitely we’re coming back with the whole family. Its a must go if you’re going to Las Vegas. Highly recommended.
Fantastic cars and scooters. So much fun.Really nice folks answering questions.Easy to find
The $20 per person entry fee seemed a little steep for a building with only fans and no A/C on a 100+ degree day, we were hoping for a nicer break from the heat.We could not find the placards on a few of the vehicles so not sure if they were placed behind the cars sometimes? We were expecting more for the price but it was a nice little museum in its own way!
What a rip off. No Air conditioning and cash only. Cars were dirty, rusty and poor examples of movie cars. I highly doubt that any cars in this place were actually used in the movies. Dont waste your time with this place. Go to the Shelby museum, its free and a lot better.
A very fun place you but whether youre into cars where theyre going to film history this place is for anybody.
Had cars from the past. Kids enjoyed seeing some of the cars they recognized. A lot of them were before their time. Staff was really nice and friendly. The guy was very personable.
What a fantastic place !! Really enjoyed walking around and checking out a blast from the past Some pretty cool cars in there and a huge place Enjoyed the James Bond cars And cool vintage Vespa collection Very nice staff and very accommodating Definitely recommend if you are in town Was really taken back by the authenticity of the vehicles and how they were not pretty like in the movies actual cars from movies with a few replicas in between. It was funny to read some peoples reviews and say it was mostly replicas So I checked for myself and to my pleasure they are actual cars and stunt cars. We were very happy that we came and love the raw raw and real vibe from the vehicles
This is a great little place! My older kids and I loved it! They have a fun and unique collection. Kids 16 and under are free and the website has a discount coupon currently. It is a quick stop, but I felt like it was definitely worth the money!
A fun nostalgic day.
Super fun lots of cool cars
If you like movies, cars, or Liberace, you should check out this impressive collection.A fleet of Bond, a pair of Knight Rider and Dukes of Hazard are notable classics.Steve is a personable host with so many rich stories revealing the yesteryears of glam West.Hollywood Car Museum a must see.
Quirky museum. Have to be a motion picture/car nerd to really appreciate. I liked the james bond cars!
All the cars you once loved.
Super fun spot. Lots of cool car history
Was little more run down than I expected but was still cool guy behind counter was chilled and a cool cat
This place was cool, I really enjoyed the exhibition. Great memory from the past. The guy Steve was very helpful. I recommend it %100.
Eclectic collection of movie and star related automobilia. One of the best collections of scooters and micro cars Ive seen in one place.
My daughter & I was in Vegas for her 21st bday. I planned a trip to this museum because she enjoy cars. We both really enjoyed ourselves. Seeing cars from some of our favorite movies was exciting. It wasnt flooded with a lot of people; we were actually the only 2 visitors in the museum @ the time, which was pretty nice also. The owners were very nice gentlemen. If youre staying on the strip, ypu definitely need an uber. I would recommend it, especially if you watch alot of movies because most of the cars are from tv shows & movies.
$20 is really steep for how unmaintained most of the cars were unfortunatly. Not a whole lot to see either. Celebrity cars is free and very well maintained so Id recommend stopping there!
Should have taken better care of items for display. Too many reproductions.
Great line-up of cars from the Silver Screen. The Flintstones, Batmobile, and even Liberaces piano car, all under one roof.
