The place is clean, and the employees were helpful in getting us to our seats via the shortest route.Pricing was upper moderate, about $55 for nose bleed, to about $300+ for floor/100 section seats. We choose the nose bleed, this time, and the view was just fine. In looking around, I did not see any pillars or other structural elements that would block someones view. The 200, 300, and 400 sections look to be stacked almost right over each other, which prevented our 400 section seats from being too far from the stage. The bar outside the seating area provided quick service, but expect to pay about $12 for beer and $10 for candy/popcorn/water.The 1st floor had tables available to purchase merchandise, but there is also an actual store just outside the main entrance with merchandise for all their resident artist. The stage lighting/effects were beautiful and the sound was just right, loud, but not enough to hurt your ears. No echo or delay could be heard.Well be back for more shows!
Its okay because its closed. Much better with actual shows. Still beautiful though.
I went to see Celine Dion’s final performances. It was one of the last 5 shows after performing in Las Vegas for 16 years. This show was so amazing, Celine’s voice was phenomenal and all the songs gave me such nostalgia for the 90s. She sang her classic songs and every song I hope she would sing, she sang it. She looked so beautiful and every outfit was phenomenal. The singers and the musicians were also amazing. Toward the end of the performance she was getting choked up as the realization of an end to an era. I felt so fortunate to experience it, the crowd realized how special the moment was too. We had people singing along and cheering for her. She is one of the best all time singers and would go back and hear her all over again!
Wow I cant even explain what an amazing experience was to be there for Celines last Colosseum concert after 16 years! This was a once in a life time experience!
I had the opportunity to see Celine Dion in one of her last performances at this venue. The place is very well taken care off. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The drinks were a bit expensive as it was to be expected. The spectacle was an amazing experience. Simply put, there are very little voices like the one celine has and the overall experience of the show and the venue made it a very memorable moment and place for our family. The seats are very comfortable and it seems everyone has a great view of the shows from any angle. I had no complaints but the time it took us to exit after the show was done. There are stairs which will probably be the fastest way out.
Awesome venue! We saw James Taylor and it was by far the best show weve seen him put on. Great sound and not a bad seat in the house. Entry and exit were fairly smooth as well. Arriving a half hour early at the door was perfect. We ate dinner across the casino and walked right over.
One of the better smaller venues on the strip to watch a show. They get some of the better Artists for residencies on the strip. Their prices are commonly lower than MGM properties. Will be coming back to this venue again and again to see other artists.
Guns N Roses Nov 2 2019Best concert I have seen! Sound was amazing, best venue for an act like this. Only around 4,000 seats so every view will be awesome!
I have listened to Van Morrison for more than 30 years. When my daughter got married, she selected his most beautiful song Have I Told You Lately That I Love You for the father daughter dance. So seeing Van live was one of the few remaining items on my bucket list. When I saw he was doing a concert in Las Vegas, my wife and I jumped at the chance. He is just a wonderful musician with an extremely large song list, stretching much farther than his hits. During this concert he performed a few of his notable hits, plus many others from his list. His band and especially his band leader were excellent. Possibly the most interesting thing, which I understand is one of his unusual traits. He began sharply at 8pm, was done sharply at 9:30, performed beautifully, but never said one word to the audience and very few words to the band. Very interesting. He is a wonderful musician, playing saxophone, guitar and harmonica, and singing in that soulful voice that God only created for Van.
Place was one of many stops on our honeymoon and we loved it. Good comedy show we saw
Another great show! Great concert with Brooks & Dunn with Reba. Staff is fantastic! They helped us with our handicapped needs and were friendly and super accommodating. Great venue to see a show. Very comfortable. Great sound.
Great artists and music, but the experience was marred by the fact far too many around us had obviously had FAR too much to drink - and continued to do so throughout the show. Whether people were going to the bar for more or heading to empty their bladders, there was an ongoing stream of people moving in and out.The couple behind us were LOADED. At one point she stretched out or attempted to lay down and her leg ended up over top of my wifes shoulder. When she pulled her leg back she kicked my wife in the head. Her also obviously drunk husband was apologetic and offered to buy us drinks. We declined - alcohol was creating their problems, not solving them.I dont mind people speaking QUIETLY to the person beside them, but those on the next row and 4 seats over shouldnt be able to hear them speaking over the amplified music. And then there were the two guys THREE rows up standing in the aisle that we could hear - they must have been shouting at each other. At least they left after we shouted at them and gestured at them. Why cant people just go to concerts, then sit and listen to the music - and be considerate enough to allow others to do the same? Have a couple of drinks, sure, but drinking too much impairs the concert experience for everyone.
We went here for the Elton John concert. Our seats were phenomenal but they were expensive $350.00. We could see everything perfectly and the acoustics were great. I dont think the sound could get any better. We had plenty of room to be comfortable. Getting to our seats and leaving was very easy. The set was beautiful.
Great venue with excellent sight lines and big sound. Journey concert was a huge sing along!!
Great Journey show, seats were good, but we paid 300$ for them (first section, right side of stage).Awesome, probably because I knew every song, and could sing along.
This is shopping at an extravagant level like none other! Sprawling shops and restaurants, fountains, statues and skies painted on the ceiling that are so realistic, you forget you’re inside.
Absolutely brilliant time watching Céline Dion on one of her last shows here before she goes on tour.
Wow! Not a bad seat in the house. Good sound and large screens for those in the seats towards the back.
This was the first time I had ever been and I have to say I was extremely impressed the stage is small and provide you with an intimate feel so does the rest of the field to space I would definitely go back to see other shows there regardless of what type of show it was.The only negative thing that I can say is that when waiting to enter the Coliseum things do get congested in the casino space directly in front Im not sure if this is something that management is focused on but it would be worth while looking at.All in all a highly enjoyable experience someone that I would recommend to others.
Celine Dion was amazing. Beautiful and sings like an angel. She talks to the crowd and made us laugh. Great orchestra and professional singers to back her up. 4 costume changes each more stunning than the next. Our seats were perfect, row J center stage. Worth every penny to go see one of my favorite singers. Well worth a trip to go see her before she leaves Vegas Strip in June.
Have to give the band and Rod Stewart a 5 star but but whomever was in charge of the cameras never showed their faces on the big screen even when he was introducing them. I know 5 year olds that can hold a camera.
Great spot for a concert. Even the top level is still close. Saw Keith Urban. Probably the best concert by Keith weve ever seen (this was the 6th time).
Awesome Venue for concerts and entertainment. Mariah Carey has been performing here for tours of her various shows. Absolutely beautiful!
Rod Stewart was amazing. Although we had good seats in the stalls it just one of those venues where you get a good view even from on high. Bigger and grander than the regular casino venues it’s a must see whilst in Las Vegas even if it’s just to visit the food court in Caesars Palace. Enjoy!
Not a bad seat in the house. Ive sat front row and balcony before. Although front row is a great experience the balcony has amazing seats. The sound is fantastic. Easy parking.
Had a great time with the Celine Team!! They provided awesome accommodations for us at the Ceasars Palace!! Great show..great location..great seats!! Loved it!!
Extremely intimate, warm sounding room, very robust room. One of the better sounding rooms are n the strip
Saw Mariah Carey in concert great show place is beautiful
The venue was nice. The concert sound system was amazing. The only issue I came into was the staff had no control of who sat where. People were going into areas where they werent assigned. I had people trying to ask me to move over to accommodate their group that wasnt even assigned to the seats next to me. Nah cheapo, pay for your ish!
Awesome acoustics and the smaller venue size makes everything better. One thing I would recommend is that they raise the pit floor a little (they can do that now) as those right next to rhe stage cant really see much. Just 3 or 4 inches would really help.
Amazing acoustics and layout. Very comfortable seats. Kieth Urban put on an amazing show, played from the audience, and gave away a signed guitar to a girl on her 21st. Will definitely be seeing another show here!!!!
Great venue! Concessions and restrooms convenient located. Acoustics were exceptional!
I saw Van Morrison here. I didnt care for the lighting but did find it comfortable and the sound good. I would never spend the money they ask for this venue ever again. Nice but not that nice.
Wonderful place to go shopping! Enjoy the videos! I’ll add some more as an update
Celine was epic. Great venue for a show! This has to be experienced!
Great venue...James Taylor sounded awesome!
Cant really complain. Out of over 4000 seats, mine was probably in the bottom 100 worst seats to be in. However! It was still a great seat. This means there really are not many bad seats there at all. We saw Journey, which was supremely awesome, and I enjoyed every minute of it! Could have used more leg-room, but I understand, and I can handle it for a few hours. Thanks!
Saw Celine Dion and it was amazing. Her voice was angelic and the concert hall was the perfect size for it. Had two huge screens in the side. Worth the $$!
We saw Rod Stewart and it was an excellent performance! Hes still sexy! The venue was fantastic! We had some Chatty Cathys behind us who thought they were sitting in their living room- they had loud conversation and commentary. Of course we were sitting in the highest balcony so I guess they figured it was the back of the class and talking loudly would be acceptable. Doing it again, wed find closer seats. Overall we had a great time and Im glad we went.
Talk about tight seating. They did not build this with comfort in mind. The only thing good about this place is the acoustics. The concers sound great, but you are packed in like a can of sardines. I will not sit through another 2 hour concert here.
As an explorer, heres my spin...The Colosseum is built nicely for concerts. Ceasar Palace is where the colosseum is located. We got to see Rod Stewart, and the sound was excellent even where we were sitting on the top tier of the venue.
The venue was really very nice, but this review is heavily weighted by the price of the drinks. At a Journey show, I paid $65 before tip for a Crown and Coke and house wine. Never again. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean bathrooms with no wait for a sold out show.
Amazing venue! This is my second time visiting the Colosseum and it didnt disappoint. The drinks are a bit overpriced and while Celine was 40 minutes late, the venue stayed strong and kept everyone calm. Fantastic stage and video wall.
This was a wonderful venue to see my favorite artist, Celine Dion. Her concert was amazing and it looked as though everyone in the arena had a good seat. Im definitely going back to see other performers in the future.
This is a huge place, Mariah Carey concert was awesome.
Excellent show. rod Stewart was incredible for being 75. now at Gordons Hell Kitchen for late night snack
Park in the self park area, go to floor C. Exit elevator, turn right. Walk. Its on the left. Cant miss it.This was a great venue. There are metal detectors at the doors. Seats are comfortable and roomy. Sound system is good and temperature was just right.
GREAT atmosphere, shopping & food!
Great place to see a concert! Gorgeous venue & Keith Urban was awesome as always!
Fantastic concert with Celine Dion! My mother and I had a time of our life and highly recommend it to anybody and everybody as she is finishing her last year at Caesars.
The performance by Keith Urban at the Colosseum was amazing. The acoustics were great, the light show was mesmerizing and Keith Urban surprised me with his talent and diversity in his performance. Definitely a must see concert!
Love the rehab. Great views from most seats. Smaller than you think. Excellent place to see big names. Good sound.
Surprisingly enough the chairs in this venue are fairly comfortable for a big guy like me. Security is a little on the annoying level yet its understandable as crowd control is required during the concerts.
The venue was really nice. Lots of very friendly staff to help you to your seat. The way that the stage is set up all the seats have a really good view.
Always clean and a blast when I see Mariah Carey.
Small but great venue not a bad seat in the house. Took my grandmother to see celine Dions last show and it was amazing
I saw Celine Dion last show here Christmas last year.I love this theater.
A beautiful venue and it was even more beautiful to watch the amazing artist Celine Dion perform.
Fabulous show from Celine Dion. Even from on high we loved it! Better to enjoy the show than shell out then bucks for better seats.
One of the best venues for live music. The seats are all grear, acoustics are perfect and the entertainers are world class. Weve seen Reba, Brooks & Dunn, Rod Stewart, Elton John, Celine Dion and more. I will say the orchestra seats are epic and really make you feel like you are a part of the show.
It was great except for the parking. I told them we were there to go the Colosseum. They directed me to the valet parking but when we came out the parking was for Caesars Palace casino not the Colosseum.
Cesars Palace was AMAZING
It was my 1st time at this venue. I liked that it was pretty close-up and personal. Mariah Carey did her thing. Loved all the music!!!!
Not a bad seat in the house. Always amazing shows in this venue.
Best venue to see an artist perform. The sound is amazing.
Had the opportunity to go to a concert here while in Vegas. Overall felt the venue was well kept and very clean environment. Even with the number of people attending the venue felt like it provided enough room to move around and not feel like people are bumping into each other.Seating also feels like there is no bad seat in the house, at least for the lower levels, not sure about the upper deck. If you have the opportunity to see one of your favorite artist here you wont be disappointed.
Celine Dion made the trip worthwhile. Highly recommend seeing her show before she leaves in June!
Had the best time ever here seeing Elton John! Amazing, rich sounds, incredible stage production, and the security wasnt too strict! So much to see and do here and the Colosseum definetely knows how to rock! Best venue Ive ever been to!
The venue is amazing. Perfect sound, not a bad seat in the house. My only complaint is the price of alcohol. 6 oz glass of house wine for $18? 12 oz for $36? I get that its Vegas but still... $16 for Negra Modelo beer? And the bar tender on the 3rd level was slow AF. Not to mention they ran out of Lagunitas IPA. Guys, you charge so much, at least stack it up for a GunsnRoses concert.
The Colosseum is a great place to take in a show, no matter who is playing. Weve seen Rod Stewart and Reba and Brooks and Dunn in here and both shows were awesome!
Madonna-Wish I could give no or negative stars!!! Spent a lot of money for family birthday to see Madonna and it was so disappointing. First and not terrible, but just warning you to be prepared to lock up your phone in a bag with a true lock on it....everyone! To get out takes longer because of that. On to the show: The show is more about Madonnas political opinion than her entertainment to the audience. Also very dark, Id say disappointing and a downer. She made the Colosseum turn off the air conditioning (announced it twice to turn off the air) and EVERYONE was smoldering HOT. Except Madonna because she was hardly moving, sitting or laying on the stage and talking mostly. The crowd was heckling and chanting play some Madonna...Madonna! Also screaming to turn on the air! Madonna...the 80s built you...to pay this much for tickets to have it be your political platform is more than a disappointment...you should be embarrassed! Part of our family left half way through because not only were they dying from the heat, but it wasnt worth staying. Ceasars/Colosseum should be refunding all tickets and breaking the contract with the Material Girl. Dont bother going!!!!!
We saw Mariah Carey, Section 307 row B great seats and very friendly staff...
Cinema Con was a great experience a must go to event.
Clean theater. Good traffic flow. Been here several times, sat in various places... Doesnt seem to be a bad seat in the house.
Such a gorgeous venue for a concert, and seeing Keith Urban there was Amazing!!!
Beautiful, nice venue to enjoy your favorite artist
Beautiful place. Always have a great time there. Hospitality Plus
Great view and seating even from the top. Celine Dion is a must before shes gone.
Got to see Journey here and the ambiance of the Colosseum only improved the experience. Great sound, not a bad seat in the house. Would definitely see a show here again.
Colosseum was nice but crowded. Wall to wall people attending Celine Dion Show, came for the casino, night clubs and restaurants. Connected to Ceasar Palace very classy but way to crowded. Enjoyed Celine Dion Show it was awesome to hear sing live. We were not disappointed it was worth it.
When to see Madonna tour Madame X. Great theater! Comfortable seats, very clean and ushers always on top of everything!
One of the best venues on the Strip to see marquee shows, what else do you need to know? The productions are always dazzling and the crews, well, the crews are second-to-none. Hug a roadie today - your parents will be disappointed, but youll be doing your part for entertainment.
Keith Urban put on one of the best shows Ive seen from him!! The Colluseum has great sight lines & the audio is great as well.
Attended Mariahs The Butterfly Returns concert tour presentation there. It hurts to admit this is the worst concert Ive ever been (more than ten presentations by different acts). Music was so loud you could barely hear her, besides the fact that shes not at her best. She can still do the signature whistle, but she can no longer hold long notes, most of them were shipped into shorter or two notes. Maybe I had too high expectations for this concert. Most of the people there look to be pretty satisfied with the concert, but I guess they were fans from later stages of her career, when longer notes were not in the picture anymore, or barely.
Great venue. Just about any seat in the house is good. Crowd control a bit weak.
It is a perfect size venue. The Country Western Concert was excellent. The Cinematography was fabulous. The super bright lights were excellent, but actually a bit too bright in some instances and need to be calmed down. So happy to have been to the Colosseum.
Watching Celine Dions last show, epic! Air circulation in some areas a little lacking
Saw Elton John, Amazing show. Great Venue.
The most accoustically sound indoor concert venue Ive been to. I went to see Reba/Brooks and Dunn (great show btw). The only negative is that they dont allow outside beverages and they want $30 for a cocktail. The venue is beautiful though.
Every seat has a good view and sound
Went to Reba and Brooks & Dunn. Beautiful facility at the Caesars Palace, try to stay out of top 2 levels of seating if possible. All seats are good but pay the extra if available to get the lower seating. Definitely worth it and I will be back again for someone awesome in the future
Saw the Reba, Brooks and Dunn show here. Great show and facility. Just be prepared for the drink prices.
Keith Urban concert January 2020
Im a big guy and this is one of the few venues that I feel comfortable in.
Top stars shows are a half hour shorter than in other venues. Not worth the inflated costs
Van Morrison was fantastic. The Colosseum is the perfect venue for Van. Seating was perfect and ambience was perfect. Caesers is the best.
The seats were as comfortable as theatres get. Sound was good, views were good from just about everywhere. The parking was good until it was time to leave. Complete cluster F having the pay for parking kiosks directly in front of the garage elevators after a big show is definitely a negative. We waited to pay for parking in a line that was reminiscent of the news coverage of people rushing stores on black Friday. If we EVER see a show there again Im taking a Lift or Uber.
The Colosseum is a great music venue which houses, Celine Dion and Elton John. We saw the Elton John show and it was terrific!
