Had a great time because we had a server by the name of Elle. If you want to guatantee a great time then request her
Famous nightclub in Las Vegas where you can find the worlds best DJs
Comparative to most other clubs it is pretty much the same except everything is more expensive x10. Save your money and go somewhere else, I guarantee you will have a better time!People - If you dont want to dance. Get off the dance floor! There were so many people not dancing and getting mad at the people bumping into them. Dance or get out!
The waiter was very responsive and quick. Food and flavor was out of this world. It provided incredible vegetarian options. The dessert, especially the chocolate filled dumplings, were amazing. Overall incredible experience!!
Best club in Vegas. There are some nice spots for GA to hang out except the dance floor and bar line. My one complaint is that several times the bouncers have tried to extort me for money to let me on the dance floor when its past capacity.
Summer of 2018, my friends and I went there to see a show. One of my friends was not allowed in because the bouncer claimed his shoes did not meet the clubs criteria. We went to a store on the strip and bought him new shoes. Bouncers still didnt want to let him in even though he had a paid ticket. Unfortunately the bouncer had an issue with the color of his skin, we complained at the MGM front desk and they told racial profiling is a common issue at Hakkasan.
*WARNING, DO NOT COME HERE*Hakkasan Group has lost its reputation. They are now in the business of promoting unfairness and ensuring their own interests against those of their guests. Upon visiting one of their venues, I was shocked to see their security guard accepting bribes to enter an overcrowded dance floor, of which we were forced to wait in line in order to enter. Their security guards constantly use their personal phones and fail to uphold the security standards of almost any other club. Even after asking nicely if we were allowed to enter the dance floor, the guard asked me how much I was willing to give him. After paying a substantial amount of money to enter the venue and reserve a table, I now have to pay to enter the dance floor? This is unfairness in its prime.Of course I sent a complaint to headquarters. Unfortunately, corruption has found its way even to the Director of Security for Hakkasan, David Wagner. He refused to believe me, even after I gave him the exact times to look on security footage. He was able to find footage of me snapping a few pictures of the security guard, but, unsurprisingly, he refused to even acknowledge that he tried to look for the guard accepting bribes.Lack of customer service, an interest to uphold an unfair atmosphere, and a complete rejection of any willingness to adhere to typical standards are the reasons why ANY other club is more worth your time and money. Just ask David!*Attached is a picture of the security guard using his phone, and the response from David regarding my complaint*
Lil Jon was awesome! The Hakkasan Nightclub knows how to throw a party. All the DJs are on point. If you like to dance, you will love this place. Dress to impress.
Bad coat service! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. After a lengthy debate over the 10$ coat check. I wasnt given a slip to pick it up!Forward an hour, I leave stop by to get my coat! The clerk tells me I cant get my coat .She threatens me with security! Which I readily welcome and strongly encourage her TO DO!!! This position should be screened thoroughly and sensitivity training should be implemented! Before Ceasers find themselves in a messy lawsuit and class action.
The bar staff makes up prices for drinks. They charged anywhere between $13-$20 for the same beer. I’ve witnessed the bouncers get unnecessarily rough with people for no apparent reason. Maybe a misunderstanding but management needs to make sure that doesn’t happen at all from its staff. It’s a relatively small club considering how many people they let in at a time. No space to breathe. Lil Jon put on a good show but the music before 1am was horrible in my opinion. Ladies should probably avoid heels and nice shoes in general. The floors are dirty and there isn’t anywhere to sit if you aren’t reserving a VIP lounge for $1200+.
Exceptional experience! The location is elegant with great music. Service from the staff exceeded expectations. The food was incredible. We did one of the prix fix options with wine pairings. Highly recommend!
I would never come here again worst experience I’ve ever had at club. I’ve never met staff so rude and blocked the view of many people. And many were seen grabbing sober people for no reason.
Just like the other reviews say. They’re not wrong. Ladies got in free but the guys I was with all had to pay even if you’re on the list. It is what it is. Expect it. You’re in Vegas. It definitely sucks but we didn’t want to focus on this. The club was great and we all had a great time!
Always have a good time in here with good headliners. The line is usually extremely long, youll definitely want to consider that when trying to get in. Or, just get a table & bottles and skip the line.
12/31/2019 I planned to fulfill my dream of going to Las Vegas this New Years Eve. and I suffered a huge neglect. I paid almost $ 200 to honor my favorite DJ Steve Aoki and got kicked out of the club before midnight ... I was totally lost at 11 pm not knowing where to go. I was totally sober, my bar card is full because I didnt consume anything. I asked several times why I was being blown up. They said nothing. I had the worst New Years Eve experience of my life.I suggest that the night club have more respect for peoples dreams ... for me it was horrible a total lack of respect. Please the security guys must be training...
Tiesto and the sound were great. The venue kind of blew. Its only really designed for VIP guests. Even though you are paying $100 to be a regular attendee there is nowhere to stand and actually see anything. Nor is there a place to sit at all! Try and one of the overly rude staff will be yelling at you in 2 seconds. Very corporate feeling with no real character or appreciation for fun. Kind of saps the joy out of the experience.Would see Tiesto again but not here.
I normally dont write negative reviews, but when I do, its to raise awareness for customers to understand the financial risk theyll put themselves into, especially if you have plans to book a table service. My friends and I booked a table service for a min. of $1K. The location of the the table was least than favorable, most would agree. We couldnt see the DJ, it was sort of just in a dark room. My girlfriend asked the manager if we could move our services, upstairs. They told her it would cost an additional $500. We agreed. So I closed out on the first table (cost almost $1400), and they moved out drinks upstairs to the table on Level 2. We had an abundant of drinks between my girlfriend and my best friend so we never ordered anymore drinks. Of course, as the night progressed, I was a little tipsy. A waitress comes by and asks to close the table. I was under the impression that I was signing the tab to close out the table as an additional $500, and that the $1400 tab would replace it. Upon checking my credit cards the next morning, they charged me for a 2nd table. Therefore I had a charge of $1400 and $2100. Thats 2 tables! Again, we didnt order ANY DRINKS on the 2nd table, as we had more than enough from the first order. I e-mailed management with no resolve. They claimed I ordered more drinks at the 2nd table, which was completely false, tallying up the $2100 charge. Just be cautious if you decide to book a table service.
Went on Sunday. It was very packed, no room to dance and difficult to move around. They packed the club with big table sections and it cost $1,000 for each table. The music was good but feels like it need more bass. Tiesto didnt perform until 1am. The drinks were expensive appeared to be watered down.
Way over priced food that clearly did not match the pricing. There was a young waitress wearing a little red stretchy dress that literally barely covered her butt. Hard to believe management allowed it. We will not be returning there
Amazing night here with friends, was able to get on a guest list while staying at the MGM grand by the pool. We waited about 30 minutes to get in, which wasn’t bad at all. We eventually were able to get right in front for Steve Aoki.Club gets crowded late so make sure to arrive early. Also it is difficult to get drinks as the night goes on but overall would come back.
Terrible. The vibe was boring boring boring. The people were not fun to be around at all. Kinda gross. Staff was not friendly, kinda rude, gave us a hard time about every single thing, even coat check was a bad bad experience. All in all would not come back again at all. The experience was not fun and the people in there and the staff did not make it better at all. Zero. Even the inside wasn’t that nice. Spare your money, time and energy and go to another one of the amazing clubs on the strip.
Dont waste your money and wear comfortable shoes ladies, this is a standing room only venue, unless you have 1,200-1,500 to reserve a couch. Theres no where to even set your drink down. Drinks are so overpriced, $26 for 2 beers......had more fun outside of the club, with the casino dj .
Love this club! so much fun every time i go. good atmosphere and friendly staff!
Honestly I have never been so offended by a bar. I was asked to leave the bar because the security asked me how many beers I had, and I told him 2 or 3. Meanwhile, every man behind me had had 5-6 drinks beside me at the previous bar and they werent interrogated. I offered to take a sobriety test, and they told me it didnt matter and when I asked to go to a manager they told me there wasnt a manager. This is shameful.
Had the best time sound and lighting is incredible. Mike Glenn is the absolute best VIP Host everyone should use him when in Las Vegas helps with all your needs and gets you into whatever you want to do and has the best suggestions on what to do!
Staff at coat check were rude. Drinks were overpriced and weak. Overall a very boring atmosphere. Definitely not worth the money.
One rude bouncer questioned why I was smiling and looking at my husband so much while presenting ID. He was absolutely rude and questioning why I kept looking at him. I explained my reason but that clearly wasn’t sufficient for him as he told me off. He had the personality of an eggplant and zero people skills. It wouldn’t hurt to smile once in a while and have some manners. If you wanted to see my face more clearly, then simply ask. Don’t get on a power trip while there are dozens of people not meeting the dress code or completely drunk in line.
Poor choice of music, no place to seat unless you want to have a VIP table. All in all,one of worst night clubs I have seen. Save your money and time and choose a club with a higher rating.
PLEASE BE AWARE....this is not a real night club. The $100.00 cover charge only allows you into the club to WATCH...WATCH....YES....THATS WATCH the VIPs dance on a small dance floor. YOU ARE NOT A PARTICIPANT!! You can order expensive drinks and watch the VIPs dance...NOTHING MORE.Please..please..please..dont get scammed. Thank you for reading.
Had a good time here with awesome drinks and food. Staff is friendly and well organized.
It was way too packed like sardines. There was no room anywhere and I wish I spent money elsewhere. Spare yourself.
I had a great time! I went to see Kaskade this past Thursday. My friend and I bought the VIP tickets online. With these, you get to skip lines to get in and each ticket comes with $100 voucher for drinks. We had a blast. Of course its crowded and drinks are expensive... Its a night club! My only complaints were that there arent bathrooms on every floor so it was hard to find them and there are a lot of stairs to climb...
Most rudest front end people at the ticketing, you ask a question “what’s the cover for the entry” they usually say “ we are closed for the night, I’m sorry “ but this guy here says “ you can come back tomorrow, and laughs “ That was really rude and offending . I ask them to call their manager and that guy asks what happened, and I explain it to him, and the manager says “yea, so come back tomorrow “ and they laugh together . This little piece of review won’t be a matter to them but I had to let them know that they’ll have to be more courteous. It’s fine if they won’t want to let people in, we won’t barge in if they say no, but that’s not the way to answer .
“Dress to impress” apparently allows people in with sneakers and T-shirt’s. Overpriced watered down drinks and you can barely see who is performing. Won’t be back.
I enjoyed myself here.
Terrible experience. Got tickets from a promoter (for a free cover), showed up to the line at 10:30PM, got in at 12:30, had to pay $120 for cover, got sent to the second levekC and drinks were $20+. Do not recommend.
Easy there for a company function and they wouldnt let us in because I has shorts on. Apparently too classy for me
Only worth going if you have a table, because the dance floor is tiny in favor of a million reserved tables. There is an incense sent that burn throughout the club smells like a hippie yoga studio and makes the place foggy. The staff is nice, but that isnt why I came. I been to Vegas a few times and Im used to the crowded dance floor but I got here SUPER early and was able to see the actual size and Im pretty sure my hotel room at MGM park was bigger or maybe they were the same size. Regardless, too small for as many people as they let in. P.s. I feel like I need to mention I had a table just in case anyone thinks Im salty
Externally bad management and the staff was very rude. After standing in line for approx 2hours, we get to know that we have to pay 200 dollars which they earlier told us that we were on guest list with no charges. The security check was very deliberately mis-communicating the entry fees. Even a group standing in front of us was told that they cannot enter because of dress code, after standing for 2 hours in the line.
Great club featuring some of the best DJs in the world. If youre looking for the best Vegas club experience, this is the place.
It doesn’t worth for $100 for getting inside and pay $20 just for a drink. When it’s packed you can’t even able to dance or move.LVP parties has the worst DJs.
Awesome music. To get in free speak to a promoter & youll be put on to a guest list. From there you have till 1am to get in, however, the guest list line is very long. Mixed drinks are$17-20 & small water (bottles only) are $11. Great music, lights & lasers.
Love it great place to work! Thanks hakkasan for the opportunity I could see myself here for a long time if not forever
I’m baffled by some of the negative reviews, I have nothing but exceptional experience every time I go to Hakkasan, I’m always in the guest list and the employees from the id checker, security / bouncers are always professional, even when they are dealing with people that don’t meet the dress codes. There are 2 bars as you enter the pavilion ( the main club ), the one on the right side is smaller but less crowded.
The reason this is getting two starts in my opinion is no outdoor area. Not even any windows. Your in a box. Not that you cant have fun in a box but its Vegas and being outside is what its about. Besides that aspect the club is pretty rad.
Over-crowded...music was techno....drinks are over $20 each...Not worth it at all. Would not recommend at all.
Very very packed with people, very expensive prices for drinks. Gorgeous nightclub throughout, lots of people with turnt up fun vibes.
Came to visit from Texas. FYI there is no tables and chairs to sit unless you reserve a table for 1k. The drinks are over priced and the website doesn’t inform you, you are not able to sit at a table and chair so you are going to stand around to drink or dance.
Super long wait even though we got there early. The staff is rude. They kept asking my friend how drunk he was just because he was smiling and having a good time. Even made him take a sobriety test! He had only had one drink.. & It’s Vegas, it’s expected that people are going to drink anyways. So I guess If you’re trying to go to a club and drink, don’t come here. The staff also takes bribes to let people skip the line and things like that.
Very crowded, but great music - Both Zedd and the DJ before him were amazing
If they are going to sell you tickets to a concert based on billboards they should let you know ahead of time that its a nightclub with a dress code. Once you buy your ticket and figure that out they should be willing to refund your money
One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. There’s a very special dessert on the menu that I can’t remember but it blew my mind.
Overall, for my first Vegas night club experience it was fine. I got free admission with my wife via online guest list. We arrived 45 minutes early and got in at a little after opening.Really cool venue, Smokey, tons of reserved seating for a cost. No where to sit and awkward to stand if you dont pay.Drinks were insane, and I wont be going back for that reason. Overall its kinda cool but I wouldnt pay or wait more than what we waited to get in.
Very bad organization. Even after paying entry tickets, they doing allow us to go to the dance floor unless we bribe the bouncers. Pricey drinks and no place to dance. Never going back there again.
Similarly to XS club, buying bottles at Hakassan is not likely to cost anything less than a few thousands.Obviously this club is visited mostly by celebrities as my friend K.Kardasian and people with loads of money to spend, who probably won’t mind dishing out $100,000 for a bottle of alcohol. But for the ordinary people who are simply content with the experience of walking into these exclusive nightclub getting a feel of just dancing and listening to the music is definitely an experience in itsself !
First and last Las Vegas nightclub experience. NYE 2020 was basically ruined for my fiancé and I (which we got engaged that night) we were standing in front of a cut off line with whole bunch of people. We were looking at the main stage and a security guy behind us told my fiancée to basically get out of his face and move out and that he shouldnt be here when their were multiple others doing the same thing. We left right away with minutes until the new year. His attitude was unexceptional because we didn’t do anything and I remember it all because I was sober. It was WAY TO crowded. The best part was the lounge because I don’t think anyone knew it existed. Haha
Crazy on a Thursday night! Lil jon was there and this place was packed to the brim! Multiple dance floors, gigantic once you get inside. Some of the staff weren’t very polite and even the guest list line was long, but all you need to do is sign up for the guest list online or on the street and you get free admission. Awesome time, you just have to be okay with how crazy and packed it gets!
We attended the Tiesto show here. Except the Tiesto part the rest was so messy, poor organization, lots of people out of control, fights and hard push. No dance! We had tickets but learnt that we could get in for free if you had showed up early and standed in the line, first come first take and no difference. So dont waste your money. Super expensive drinks.
Never been treated so bad by security guys. Do not go in this place.
Came here with friends on a girls trip. As I’m waiting for my friend to finish talking to security one of their waitresses shoved me out of the way. No excuse me or sorry you can’t stand here just full on contact making me stumble and almost twist my ankle. When I turn to defend myself same security guard that’s been talking to my friend berates me for being in the waitress’ way and says I can’t stand there. I say well I’ve been here and you didn’t say anything but now that I’m rightly defending myself I’m wrong. Basically threatened to kick me for not allowing their staff to assault me.
Best club in Vegas for overall experience. Great light and sound system! Mixed music but mostly dance / commercial techno. Great vibe.Try to find a promoter to add you on the guest list so you can skip the queue and dont pay entry fees.
Absolutely amazing and must visit place for club lovers. If you dont want to be in line, purchase your tickets in advance. There is also a way to get free, catch a promoter int he streets, book ypur name is guest list and stay in queue for 30 min at least. Prices are fair, and its very overcrowded. Must visit place.
Cool spot good DJs, expensive drinks
Terrible night club. Save your money and go elsewhere. Standing room only (because theres no seating at all and they overpacked the club), terrible music, and overpriced drinks.
Got with a promoter and got in last minute. People who worked the line were polite yet firm. Be careful, drinks at the bar will cost you way more than before you get in. My advice if you want to drink do it before you go and then just have fun. Packed dance floor and great music.
Worst niteclub - Never ever go there unless you want to waste a nite in vegas!
Worst club ever long long line for the coats check and charged 20$ and another line to get in smallest dance floor I have seen no place to sit unless you get vip table and the whole club is full with it it’s a bar more than a club and a bad taste of music it should be Tiësto but 2 hours he didn’t show up till 3 hours passed over filled of peoples and still they let people in
I came to Vegas for a bachelorette party. It was 6 females and l (gay guy). The bride spoke to several “promoters” on the street that got us on the guest list and told us we ALL would get in for free. Once we arrived to the club we weren’t able to go through the “guest list” line and I had to pay to get in because I wasn’t a female (liars!!!). I don’t know why straight clubs charge gay guys to get in because we’re obviously not here to hit on any females. Also, the security men here are cocky and ugly. That’s why we should stick to gay clubs
Nice place to have some fun, beware that this place becomes crowded you will barely have any place to dance
This club is over price standing only and it was no room to even do that. . Security asked us to move twice but never asked the other people next to us to move. So I asked him was he going to ask the ppl next to use to move or is it the black ppl only..? I walked into this club and walked right back out.VEGAS is a place you don’t need to put on your travel list.
Overall it was a great time. We had a promoter get us a table but expect to spend a lot on bottles and mixers. Id recommend arriving earlier before it gets crazy busy.
Service is slow. Very little room to dance. EVEN IF you have a VIP section - security told me “if you want to dance like that, go to the main floor”. It really ruined our good time.
RIP OFF was very excited to go to this club with my wife upon arrival was greeted by a bunch of thugs asked where do we get admission the gentlemen told us cover is $ 100 for us on a Sunday night as we already had this planned we reluctantly paid the $100 Feeling completely Ripped Off took the elevator up to the club the music was not good the dance floor was small and over crowded I can’t imagine this club in a weekend being safe due to obvious over crowding the drinks were $ 21 dollars Hugh disappointment go elsewhere
There is reason why you wont find Matoma in Djmag 100... Sorry - no hands upBack to 2 stars... He is getting better...And back to...Up to 3 stars.... Working on it - stay with electronic music. Did a good job there
Worst vip guest service. Totally rude. Do not waste your time here.
Nightclub was over hyped, went there expecting the music to be dance worthy, but it was not for most of the night. Went on Saturday, when Lil Jon was supposed to be there, you would expect the music to be crunk and more of a party atmosphere but it was quite the opposite, most of everyone was just standing on the dance floor, if you want to call it that, since the tables take up most of the room, could barely move when trying to dance. Between people standing because of the horrible music selection, and the very small dance floor, I can safely say next trip to Vegas, this will not be a stop on the list of nightclubs to return to.
I went here Las night expecting it to be a good time for my favorite dj Porter Robinson. I enjoy going out and dancing. I am a dancer and love killing the dance floor. Long story short I was enjoying myself dancing and a bouncer came up and told me to stop dancing. I cant believe I got told to stop dancing. I danced some more and they still told me to stop dancing and when I tried to go back out on the dance floor they blocked me off from going on the dance floor. I almost got kicked out for dancing. They r very rude especially when you first walk in the club to get in. They were stamping my hand before I walked in and slapped my hand which was not cool because I have PTSD. I will never go back to this club ever again unless they offer me a job as a go go dancer.
Ive been here multiple times and have always had a great time!
While at a national convention for our industry, our Association paid for a cocktail party here. Having been to multiple cocktail hours over the years with this industry association we thought it was weird that we were being wanded and searched, as weve never had that happen before. When it got to be my turn in line I complied with all requests to go through my bag and wand me, until I was asked to remove my medicine for a serious medical condition and show my Identification for it. When I told them that is a HIPPA violation I was asked to leave in front of all my colleagues.First off, my coworkers dont need to know that I have medicine with me period. So Im surely not going to remove it and flash it around. Nor would I hand it over to a complete stranger for them to lock up.And secondly when I politely explained the violation, the amazon sized female bouncer was so incredibly loud and rude that I was humiliated.I have another event at this venue tonight and I wont be attending because of how rude their staff is. I would suggest that anyone thinking of attending this venue find ANYWHERE else in Las Vegas to go.
Waited 2 hours in line to get threatened to take this outside by a bouncer because I touched a velvet rope while waiting in line to buy a drink. Awesome!!!! 2 stars because it made me laugh
Saw Tiesto back in March. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the amount of ppl they were cramming in the place. You (at least in my opinion) come to a place like that to dance with your friends and have a good time and there was literally zero room to do anything other than stand with your hands at your side. I had to push ppl out of the way to just tie my shoes.I have been to a lot of dance music shows in my life. Ive seen Armin, A&B, Ferry Corsten, Sean Tyas, Paul Van Dyk, etc. I seen shows in Chicago, New York, etc and this was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had.I get that they were trying to maximize a profit because of Tiesto but at what cost? To make it such a bad experience that ppl will never want to come back? To put ppls lives at risk? If there was any type of emergency, a large amount of ppl were likely to be injured or worse. I was with a group of 10 ppl and 8 of them left after 30 min (before Tiesto came on) because it was so crowded and uncomfortable. I plan on never returning.
This is a nice club. My wife and I went on a Sunday. Cover was 20/30 for men/women but it is usually easy to find a promoter on the street in front of MGM and they can get a ratio of 1:1 women:men or higher in for free. We arrived at 11pm and we got 1 free drink ticket for arriving early. Club is pretty sweet, lots of bottle service areas. Pounding sound system and great lighting. Dont go here unless you are looking for a big club scene and/or to dance. Mind the dress code. Drinks are expensive so pre party before entering.
I will consider updating this review if someone from Hakkasan Las Vegas can contact me about my experience July 12th 1:30a.m with Lloyd Garcia.Thank you
Worst experience ever and they didn’t even care that it was my 21st birthday. I’ll never come here again. EVER. The bartender was rude as ever. They falsely accused one of my friends of credit card fraud and refused to let him back in after only 5 minutes of us being there, just because one of our friends sent him to the bar with their card to buy me a drink even after we proved it they didn’t let him back in after we’ve spent hella money to stay in the mgm and even be in Vegas in general. Oh and yeah, we didn’t get a refund. Btw 2 drinks were $50 and 2 shots were $42. You can buy a whole bottle with that.
We got comped admission cards walking through the MGM grand to go here, my friend got us on the guest list, we arrived on time in dress code appropriate attire and we get let into the line. Suddenly a girl with an iPad walks up and demands $30 from each of us, we informed her that we had previously been put on the guest list and had free passes, and she informs me that the free passes are subject to price increases at any time. Pretty sleezy practice, at that point we just left and went somewhere else.
Great sound and light show. Nice staff. Young croud.
Very disappointed your Steve aoki night. Im staying at Aria hotel and I have confirmed before arrival that the entry to the event was free. I was ready to pay $50 for two otherwise. The live chat confirmed with me that it was complementary on Monday nights. When we arrived the guy told us to wait in line we waited 2.5 hours and got to the end of the queue they asked me to pay $110 for two to get in and the aria accommodation was not valid. What the hell?! I did not pay base on principal. I complained to the promoter and he asked me to tip him additional $50 And he will get me in and honor the initial $50. What kind of club is this? Its almost criminal!
