Go early and have a drink in there classy cocktail lounge or You can order and be served food and dinks right to you in the theater at your seat. I love the whole atmosphere. I will never go to any other theater.

Very clean place. The prices are insane though. They did forget my kids drink a few times but we do appreciate the fact that they bring the food to you and the food was honestly phenomenal. The seats were comfortable. Very nice place.

I have a good time at this theater. I thought they were a little pricey. The service Was great and the staff are very professional and super friendly. The seats are comfortable if you want to sit down and be served. This is the place for you.

They apparently dont let anyone in after 9:00 if theyre under 18 or 21 iirc. Pretty dumb... 1 star for that.

We got a private limo to this 5 star luxury cinema. Leather recliner chairs. Cinema all to ourselves. Private screening. Personal butler what more could you want? Went to see oceans 8. If you need assistance, food, drinks you just have to press the red calling button. Was an amazing experience. Got champagne to wash the food down. Cosy and snug definitely recommend. Would definitely go back also.

We had a midnight flight and just wanted to relax after a lot of walking. I highly recommend Eclipse! We were comfortable, happy and glad to be away from the Strip. We caught the flight on time and I got by Baby (spouse) back home safe. Eclipse was a key part of the success.Thanks

Views from the outdoor balcony are nice. Theater is spacious. Staff are friendly, courteous, and hard-working. Menu is smaller than anticipated, but still sufficient. I look forward to visiting again.

This theater in downtown Las Vegas has such a kewl vibe. You pay for your tickets downstairs and then go upstairs to the bar. What a comfy meeting place! Leather chairs almost large enough for two provide plenty of opportunities for tete-a-tetes. Theres an outdoor patio with jaw-dropping views. Lots of neighborhood people hang out. Plenty of reasons to go early!One of the best thing is theres FREE parking under the building. This is huge since its hard to find street parking in downtown Las Vegas.

This movie Theater is absolutely amazing. The price is a little more than a surely Theater. The Chairs are totally flexible. You push a button and a food server brings you a menu. They have a kitchen where they prepare your food fresh. The experience was phenomenal..!!! I would Love to go back again. Its in Downtown vegas and is part of cleaning up Downtown area. I love it..!!!

First time experience here was awesome! The customer service of the staff was exceptional and the fact they took our orders directly from our seats was cool! Drinks and food, VIP services! Clean and such a pretty theater! We will definitely be back when we return to Vegas! Mahalo!

I had some spare time while I was in Vegas so I wanted to check out a new movie. From reading the reviews I decided to watch the movie at this movie theater. The customer service was amazing. I loved the lounge chairs, surround sound is amazing, the drinks were great, I only wish it was closer to the strip. If I had more time I would have hung out at the lounge which was absolutely gorgeous. I wish they had a theater like this in the Bay Area. I enjoyed it and I will be back.

This is an adult theater with great movies. We saw Crazy Rich Asians. The people are super friendly and very helpful. The bar and lounge is nice and clean and the drinks are delicious! The chairs in the theaters are leather and reclining with a swing away table. Drinks and food can be served during the shows. (there is a button on the table to call your server). Hours are weekdays 2:30 11pm (or last movie ends) and weekends open at 9:30 am to last movie.On the 2nd and last Tues of the month are Latin nights,Wednesdays are comedy nightsand Mondays are jazz nights.Breakfast is served 11a to 2p Saturdays and Sundays with bottomless mamosas! Coming soon will be a 350 seat meeting space for weddings and such.

Visiting Vegas. My bonus son took me to see the Joker. The place is absolutely beautiful. They have a lovely bar area. The actual theatre was intimate with reclining seats. The sound was fabulous you can feel the Dolby sound in your seat. After your seated someone comes over to take your order. I had a Chili Margarita with fries. Was delicious. I now know what our theatre will be when were in Vegas.

This is the best theater in town! Reclining, comfortable seating. Great sound and picture. Theres small limited seating available so it makes for a more intimaten personal, and unique experience. Kid are also not allowed after 6 p.m.!Heard they had some bankruptcy issue going on, but I was told by an employer that they arent going to be closing any time soon. Good news!The bar and lounge area is beautiful and has the option to sit outside to enjoy the Spring weather.The -1 star is for their food. Ive been coming here for quite some time and have not been impressed with the food. Most recently, I came here and ordered the chicken wings and fries. The fries were similar to the type of fry you get a McDonalds. The wings were rubbed with their signature sauce, but it was only red hot. Nothing special. I would not complain about this if it wasnt for the high prices for serving mediocre food.Regardless, this is the best movie experience in town and Ill keep supporting this local gem in Downtown Vegas.

Movie theater with bar lounge and larger selection of food than your standard theater. Seats were very comfy. Service was fast and friendly. Worth noting that most seats are set up in pairs, perfect for couples. There are a few singles available too. Good option for catching a movie, a quick walk from downtown hotels for those tourists wanting to catch a new release as we did.

Not too well organized but nice ambiance. The theater was nice but went to our seats and the table was not cleaned. It had someones sauce cup and crumbs laying there. I was in the 1st viewing so it had to be at least over night. My daughter ordered some blueberry type cocktails that was very good and very potent. Popcorn and 2 cocktails were 40 bucks. So beware.

I attended the National Womens Cannabis Conference here at the eclipse theater while i was in Las Vegas. The view from the top floor was gorgeous and the space for vendors was wide enough to avoid congestion. I met some really wonderful people here and thought the venue was perfect for the occasion

I used to love this place. But they are really letting it fall apart. The sold us a broken chair (we bought the tickets online) asked them to switch us seats. The showing (theater 5) was sold out but there was another showing in theater 1. Same situation, broken seat. Go back and they can move us to theater 3 if we dont mind waiting 30 mins. Ok, sure. Get there and not even joking, that seat is broken also. Now weve waited about an hour and a half (we got there early to have dinner in the lounge but they closed it because of some holiday party) and no food and no movie. We have to wait another 30 mins for a refund because she said the managers arent answering. I read an article about this place going bankrupt and its really sad to see. Ive always chose this theater for all the big movie releases but not anymore after today.Photos included of theaters 1 and 3, I didnt get a photo of theater 5, but it was seat c2

$16 for matinee is a bit extreme but it was hands down the most comfortable seating Ive ever had the pleasure of sitting in. We arrived 20min early before they opened and the gentlemen cleaning was so very kind to open the door and politely tell us someone would be there to let us in soon and he was very kind upon entering the theater too.

Omg.black owed event space..a trini and a Haitian ...owners. The perfect date night..drink, dinner and a movie... then more drinks. This is the best hang out spot ever. And free parking... whaaaaat? I love this place. Ive been to a corp gathering, a meeting and a carnival mas band launch. In the future...Ill go to the movies with my husband then have family night there. Amazing!!

Its clean, comfortable, the food is good and the seats recline to almost horizontal. Service is quick and you park right under the building. Its my favorite place for movies.

Excellent service! Attendants super friendly. Theater has super comfy reclining seats and theres no reason to leave the theater during your movie because attendants bring you whatever you need at the push of a little button located on your seat. Perfect for date night or girls night out. Food and drinks were great and theres a super chill lounge you can hang out at before/after your movie.

Parking seemed a bit scary as this isnt the best area and homeless are just strolling around. However the hit at the front desk assured me it was fine. The front desk treats you like a person and pick up was easy. Usually you give your name and then are forced to show 20 Ids and the credit card used ect.... nope. Name I used and I had my tickets. Up to the bar which is closed off to the public and its actually very nice. Another man to check tickets and ID to enter the bar which keeps out the kids and rift raft and we were in. The bar tender was nice and so far everything have been great.

I love this theater. Literally some of the best food ever!! And I love how only like 20 seats are open per room. The seats recline and they have a call button to place more orders so you never have to get up

My grandson was so happy! My entire experience was amazing! The staff was friendly! The food was great! The service was excellent and swift. The movie was crystal clear and the sound was not overwhelming and i could feel the special effects. Im excited to return there Great place to go watch a movie. They have a menu set aside on your seat. You can order what they have on the menu and they will bring it to your seat. Somewhat expensive. But worth it. They also serve alcohol drinks. Seats are comfortable you might fall asleep

Love this place. It has great ambiance. The seating arrangement is sets of two attached leather recliners with swivel top tables, you pick your seats when you buy your tickets which is great. The seats were extremely comfortable AND clean. To call staff over you press a small button on your table and you receive prompt very friendly service. 10/10 would see another movie there. After 9pm its 21 and over which is great if you dont want to deal with people bringing children into the theater.

Went to see 1917 with a local friend. Kinda to just kill time before my flight home. Front desk girl was friendly and helpful. Service was very slow. It took maybe 20 minutes from the time we pushed the button before we saw a server. After that, waters took another 15 or so minutes to arrive(1 beer and a water). My friends nachos arrived about 15 minutes later, my chicken fingers another 20. So at the end, my food arrived about 25 minutes before the movie ended. When the movie ended, they rushed us out before the credits were half way over, like we were in their way. This was a slow sunday show with maybe 15 ppl in the theater. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great.

Once you get in the actual show the experience is good. However, they try to bounce you to their bar to buy stuff before the movie which would be fine but they’re too slow to actually serve you in a timely manner. Please don’t bounce me to you’re understaffed bar! Ends up be a tedious and annoying experience.

Great place to watch a movie. Full bar. Actual food options, not just popcorn/candy. Seats are comfortable loveseat recliners with a middle divider that can be moved out of the way. Only downside is parking can be difficult.

Food was a 3 out of 5 for the price and for the quality. Movie was interrupted 4 times by a glitch that was blamed on a football game being projected in one of the other theaters. Free tickets were given for in and that redeemed my opinion. Clean theater, very nice seats, friendly staff, great sound system. Would still be willing to go again.

This us by far THE BEST theatre in town. Never dirty. Friendly. Way more class than regal and amc. Please! They’re not even competition! Mom-Fri tickets are cheaper than any known theatre and w sofa seats! You can order wings burgers and Applebee’s style foods at the same price no inflation.You can’t argue with what this place offers. Even on the weekend the price is maybe $6 more than those other places and its worth it. THIS is the type of business you support. Real customer service people we love the beautiful young lady in front with the glasses do not Change her for ANYBODY. Her authentic character is bringing you half your business.Thank you we will forever be coming here as long as we are Las Vegas locals and hope you’re always around

It was a lovely experience

Not bad. The theater was super clean and in great condition. The audio was nice, but nothing special, at least it didnt seem it. Screen was a good size, and the menu was priced well. I did have a problem with the wait staff taking nearly 20 minutes to show up after I had pressed the call button, and them not alluding to the size of a drink when I said I wanted a large drink for me and my wife. It came in a standard pint class. They got us another but the detail would have been nice up front.

Not your typical theater... On Monday nights on the second floor they have live musical entertainment as well as a comedy club on the third floor. The theater seats have 24 recliners / theater with attentive catering staff

Great and friendly service, comfy chairs, great selection of movies! We had originally missed our movie and were so understanding and handed over free movie passes for us to use at any time we wanted for a month. They have impressive cocktails as well. Definitely my favorite theater in Vegas.

Worst movie viewing experience ever.We got a large group together to rent out an entire theater to watch the new Star Wars movie with prepaid food at $45 per person.When the menus arrived, there were two sections with options to choose from: appetizers and drinks. The third section of the menu was just popcorn by itself. There was no entree.After spending $135 for three people, the only thing that came to our seats was two glasses of tap water, a salad, and some fries. Despite how many times we pressed our buttons for service, nobody came. It wasnt until halfway into the movie when were able to complain to someone about one of us never receiving anything in our order (water and pretzel bites). After complaining again, we finally received our popcorn.This place was a complete rip-off. Wondering where our water and rest of our food was ruined our entire movie viewing experience. The fact that the water we selected was only tap water was just another example of how cheap this place is.This wasnt my first time visiting here, but it will definitely be my last time.

Its a nice theater. Id definitely visit this establishment again when in Las Vegas. The seats recline, staff are helpful and personable, its clean, and not overly busy. I ordered lemon pepper wings - crispy, hot and flavorful and a cocktail: Caribbean Punch or Rum - it was not impressive for the $12.99 price because of the taste and portion. Overall, I enjoyed the movie and appetizer.

This was mine and my boyfriend first here and its was pretty cool! Loved the seats, fast service! It was nice not to get up in The movies for ONCE. Lol

When arriving were got sent to the bar because the theater wasnt ready 15 minutes before showtime. Bar service was slow and unresponsive so we didnt have time to get a drink. Food was not as expected for an inservice type of experience. Movie had a glitch towards the end causing some dissatisfaction in the overall experience. Would not return when there are plenty of other movie theaters that have a better viewing experience.

The staff was great. Best part of the experience. Popcorn was soggy... Cause they put to much butter on it. And drinks that they serve 24oz Id guess with no offered refill. Ran out in the first 30mins of the movie (salty popcorn) and was just out after that.

This place is quiet and cozy super super super comfortable I would definitely my order no food from here Ive tried a couple different times a couple different things and each time I got horrible food but its a very small tubular it is cozy and comfortable I just definitely wouldnt eat none of their food and its overpriced for what you get extremely nasty

My first time coming here was great! From the minute my husband & I walked inside, everyone catered to us and made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. They have comfy recliners with a small table attached for your food & drink. A button is located on the table to call a server whenever youre ready to order. The servers are fast & friendly and everything about these theaters have a touch of elegance to it. I would call it an upscale in-theatre dining experience. Its definitely one of a kind!

Great place to get off of the Fremont street life and enjoy some food in front of the big screen. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and great champagne! Would definitely go AGAIN!

I really like this theater. My first time here was to see the movie It I appriciate the attention to detail here. Little touches like the red balloons to coincide with the movie. The bar offered a specialty drink named after the clown Pennywise. Very clever, please take my money because im a sucker for that type of thing. There was a dessert to pair with the theme of the movie too. I love stuff like that. I like the simple minimalist look. No typical movie posters or advertising clutter and the bathroom was cleanest movie theatre bathroom I have ever used. Another bonus no huge stupid gaps between the door. No one can see in! Especially after a scary-ish movie. The service and food were very good. The sliders my husband ordered were yummy and presented nicely even in the dark. We had dinner before so did not order very much. Next time we might skip sushi and just have dinner there. The popcorn reminded me of homemade popcorn, not microwaved but like my mom made on the stove it doesnt taste like typical movie theater popcorn. The seats were comfy and perfect to snuggle up in. (My husband is 63 and he had no complaints) I really like that you get to choose your own seating and I picked seats that I felt we would have the least amount of human interaction sitting in. I almost forgot anyone else was there. Perfect. This theater met and exceeded my expectations and I plan on returning. I dont recommend it for younger children at least 12 and up. My youngest wouldnt appreciate it, but the older ones would.

One of the worst experiences ever. Our server was TERRIBLE. We got our food before our drinks and it took OVER 20 MINUTES TO GET THEM AFTER. The server clearly was not paying attention to the button that you are suppose to push to get service. Then after we asked for our drinks they only brought one. What the heck? Not once did our server come around and ask if we wanted refills or anything. I can’t blame the theater for this one but their card machine went down. We had to wait after the movie was over to get our card back then were asked “Do you have cash?” Thankfully we did but then our server was extremely rude and said “Sorry there was an issue with change so you won’t get any back.” Gave the money and walked away. Will not be back. Theater is nice but the customer service ruined the whole experience. Food was the quality of Applebees to be honest (chicken was way overbreaded and fries were okay).UPDATE: Well now it turns out they charged our card after they said it would not be charged. Now we have to go back to speak to someone to get the money back because we have called twice now and gotten two different answers. I doubt this will be an easy process.UPDATE 2: We went back to ask for a refund for the double charge and was told The manager is in a meeting right now and afterwards he has an interview. WHAT. THE. HECK. The manager cant spend 10 minutes looking up a transaction and refunding us the money? Ridiculous. I will NEVER BE BACK HERE.

$18 a movie? The seats are just as comfortable as green valley luxury theater. (Both recline). Green Valley, Orlean theaters are @$9 for senior $10 regular. Same movies, popcorn (green Valley better/ no seeds). Food and drink all the same. So why go to this theater. I see other comments about the customer service. They should pay real close attention to that.

Parking is terrible too small. Employees have a very bad attitude, they seem tired and when you press to oder food it takes forever to for them to go take your order and get you food. You should be able to order before you get in the movies and just show your set. This theatre has aged too fast

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE THIS THEATRE. I’ve been going here for awhile and all of the staffs are super friendly. The seats are very comfortable. HOWEVER, the black lady in the front register was super RUDE and oversmart. I’m never going back to the theatre because of her poor customer service. She brought the overall image of the theatre down.

I liked the concept. Comfortable seats, good food ( though the popcorn leaves a lot to desired). The only problem is on my last visit, I was the first person in the theater and after 5 minutes I hit my light because I was SO thirsty. I waited almost 45 min to get my drink because the one server they had got everyone in front of me before I was served ( got my food after 20 min and still had to ask for my drink). All that confusion made me lose focus on the movie which, at $18.00 a ticket, was disappointing. I’ll go back but just hope I don’t receive the same service. Server was polite though.

Unfortunately the worst theater experience Ive had in Las Vegas so far, having been to over 10 theaters in town as an AMC A-List and Regal Unlimited member. I came here because it was the only theater playing The Irishman. The good is that they have dedicated parking and comfortable seats, but everything else was pretty icky. The carpeting was gross, the ticket taker was rude, the menus in the theater were caked with grime, and the drink I ordered was so full of ice that I only got a few sips. But the worst was the atmosphere. Sitting in the last row, the projector above us sounded like a loud fan was running through the whole movie. And even worse than that was the booming bass from the next theater over that kept interrupting our movie. It was so loud it literally shook us in our seats, and ruined so many of the quieter moments of the movie we were watching. If it was just the other stuff, fine, but they completely killed the theater experience with all that distracting noise.

Ok this thearer is awesome,I dont know if parking was free I wasnt ablento use their parking since we parked somwhere else atound that area...but they have theyre own oarking had I known...they make u wait standing by the door or in front of elevator before movie starts since u wont go in the reataurant and order drinks or food...and whats the point aince inside the theater while ur watching the movie u can eat and drink in the dark and order food while movie is playing...so much traffic and its crazy...they need to work more on organization with what waiter is taking orders on whose seats...they were all getting confused with the orders..we were helping them serve the right drink or food to the right person in the dark..so its a little bit of a mess we missed some part of the movies...anyways theater is clean..food a little bit more than what it should be but food tasted good only servings are small...need mire virgin drinks for people who dont drink liquors...I did ask for virgin pina colada but they dont have it...need more choices for drinks..other than fountain drinks..they need the coca cola freestyle/ variety machine..that will help...they need to have ipads instead of writing orders in the dark with pen and paper...so they will only click the seat and orders automatically...either they do for us when we order or it will be a part of our seats where we can order through the ipads...if we need refills and extra napkins or we spills...that will be nice to look forward to next time...

Grossly overpriced! $18 per ticket for a movie before 3pm! And they said it was because they have ppl bring you concessions. But when we ordered food, we still needed to tip! If you’re charging more in the ticket price for the delivery of food, why is gratuity not included in the price? I’d rather get my own snacks. It was nice and clean but nothing special to be so pricey in tickets and food prices.

The theater is beautiful, the service is amazing. 2 draw backs. 1st if you sit mid to back seat youll have the stair railing either in your peripheral vision or straight in your vision. 2nd the lights on the stair railing are way to bright for watching a movie. Those on the aisle might find it uncomfortable with the blinding light.

Very creepy theater. No pictures just plain walls seem gushing try to save money on decor. Theater didnt have air conditioner up guessing it was like 78°. Popcorn was not hot with butter that didnt taste good. I would not go again for this price Ill still to cinemark
