The setup they have, is great. No need to worry about being 6ft social distancing they do a good job and everyone that I saw was respectful with wearing a mask. So happy AMC Town Square is open for all the movie goers like me.

It was a nice theater. Because of COVID, they spaced everyone out in the theater, so we weren’t around anyone. It was nice to have space.

We rented out the theater room to watch a family movie with the kids. When we arrived in the theater room, it was dirty and disgusting. There was trash everywhere, popcorn all over the seats and floors. We notified staff and obviously they took action and cleaned the room. Hopefully this does not occur again and the staff actually takes the time to inspect the rooms before allowing a party to enter.

The two AMC theatres in Vegas are terrible. Each company has a right to dictate their mask policies but the ones here are draconian. The seats in this theater are small and uncomfortable. The concession lines are horrible. I guess you have to pay extra at an AMC to get good customer service. We wont be coming back here.

I love this place. We are in the $20 a month club. We can see 3 movies a week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The theater is always clean. And I love that I can have a special cocktail while there.

They let you chose your seat if you come early enough, great snacks beautiful theater

Frankly, I do not like this theater at all! This is the 7th or 8th different theater Ive been to, since I moved to Vegas.The only other Ive disliked this much here is Tropicana Cinemas. The only difference these theater and that one is Cinemas is a run down joint.This location does look good inside, but its so many different things such as customer service, terrible location especially for those who ride the rtc to get there, is whats lacking here.Other things such as not taking cash for food items.Honestly, I came here because they were the closest theater that still was showing New Mutants, once New Mutants leave theatres I cant ever see myself returning here.New Orleans Cinemas, Sams Town Cinemas,Galaxy Theaters, Regel Cinemas, and the Palms any of these Cinemas I would strongly recommend over here!

Its been about four years since Ive been at AMC Town square but I love to go to the movies I would love to take the kids to the movies along with my husband.

Nice Threatre. One of the reasons we would leave the strip so that it’s instant entertainment for the kids. Love the smell of food when you enter theough the doors. Morning showings are the best times to come. Usually crowded in the evenings.

I was very disappointed at being told I cannot pay for my food/snacks with cash. Had to wait to ask for napkins because they have everything behind the counter. Then there was a mask manager yelling at people in our group about mask. It really sucks because going to the movies should be fun. Probably wont go back. So sad

We love AMC and we are so excited to be able to see movies on the big screen again!!! COVID-19 protocols are in place.

Huge Cinema... Some of the seats are uncomfortable. However This Place is Huge & its inside Town Square. Its like a Huge outdoor Mall surrounding it. It is worth checking out if you are from out of town & have AMC A-List

Love this theater and my adult kids took me to the movies this year we had a blast!

Theaters are clean and the luxury seating with the surround sound is really nice. The luxury seats are smaller than other luxury theaters I have been to though and the prices for snacks are more expensive than other theaters as well. I am guessing its cause this one is right off the Las Vegas Strip so I am only giving it 4 stars for that

In a nice location, all seating should be recliners not just one theater or by movie quality. Has better drinks than Rainbow location. Im not certain about the food.

Nice, big theater complex. Plenty of movie choices. The theater is clean with friendly staff. The app makes purchasing tickets and entering the theater a breeze. No need to wait in lines. The only thing that would have made my experience better is if they upgraded all their theaters to have the recliners.

Pleasant movie theater.

Saw the movie Tenant. Horribly loud, pink dots all over the left side of the screen. Dont get me started on the movie itself.... Three hours of my life wasted.

Their IMAX theater is great, but the regular screening rooms seats need to be updated. Galaxy and most Regal theaters have better seats at this point.

I wish all their seats do recline.Ive been in this theater 3x and I love everything about it except most of their seats dont recline. Its AMC, change your seats. Ugh

Its a movie theater. They arent much different from most basic movie theaters. Snacks are expensive, but thats with any movie theater you go to. The seats arent uncomfortable, but they are not the reclining. Its kept pretty clean. Every time Ive gone, Ive had a pretty pleasant experience.

The AMC theatres are nice enough. The seats are comfortable and the sound quality is great. Prices are outrageous, but that is typical for the movies anymore. I do like that I could get all the refills I wanted with my 7 dollar soda. The fountain drinks and Icees are self serve. I dont care for the Coke machines they use. Just because they arent reliable. And I prefer Pepsi. All of the machines were out of order and caused me to be late for the movie. There is too much logic put into them. Besides that it was an enjoyable experience.

Great theater and professional atmosphere.

The snacks line was way to long. The food they offered was a good variety. Prices are.. eh but its a movie theater. The staff was friendly. The seats are comfortable but they were a little messy. Also this place does serve alcohol it has a small bar where you can get mixed drinks and beer.

This is truly the best theater in Vegas! Comfortable, fun, enjoyable in everyway. The price is right. You truly cant get a better theater than this. And the art work is amazing. Always fun displays to take photos with. This is my number one. I promise you will love it here. Another great tip the seats are comfortable for bigger people. And the kids are always excited and at home here. Just the pop of colors when you walk in gets you in that perfect mood. Lets do this, movie time!

Crazy sound in theater almost need ear plugs

Not a big fan of this theater! Looks dirty, needs a good cleaning. The theater we were in had old seats no reclining but thought they were going to be since we had to pick our seats to purchase tickets. Very disappointed and people behind us talked non stop.

The popcorn with cold the soft-drink didnt have a lot of variety they were all out of it and the restroom where dirty and nasty I told the young man that the popcorn was cold. and then I told him about the sodas he turned away and I told this young lady working there. The restroom was dirty and that there was no paper towel and some of the stall will nasty she said you would get somebody it was still dirty when we came out of the movie my granddaughter wanted to use the restroom I thought it would be clean but it wasnt I wont be going back I looked around and they had enough staff but nobody cared

This theater has a great selection of movies to choose from. Its also one of the last locations to have a house of 400+ seats. Thats rare these days.

Town square is a fantastic location for a movie theater. Sadly I wish this theater here recognized its great location and presented its self better. While the outside looks nice and the employees are reasonable (seeing how most are teens I dont expect much) the theater its self at least this visit this time was kinda dirty and gross. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the theater its self-was left uncleaned. This isnt a terrible theater by any means, and the location means I will come back, but by far I wouldnt consider this the best theater in Vegas.

The location is adorable. The theater could use some updated seats and its a little pricey compared to other theaters. But really fun :)

I chose this theater based on a movie time that worked for us but I don’t think I’ll be back. The Cinemark theatres are MUCH better in Las Vegas.The parking here is a nightmare. There is NO convenient parking to the theatre. You cannot park on the street because it is metered parking that is 2 hours max. You must park in the parking lots that are rather far from the entrance. Where do you think ALLLL the employees park for the rest of mall? They did not think this through when building the theater.I usually like AMC popcorn but this location’s was full of kernels and that was a bummer.The seats are NOT reclining and luxury seating. Just be forewarned.Lastly, online ordering is great, and I think required. When I booked our last minute tickets, there were only 3 people in the theater, but when we arrived it was really full. I can’t believe that many people showed up at showtime and bought tickets in person?

This theater totally rocks! They have great food and drinks at their concession stands. Sound and picture quality is amazing and I love their reclining seats! Also being part of the AMCs Stubs A*list I never have to stand in line to get tickets or stand in line for too long in the concessions stands since they have AMCs stubs a list line which are very short. It makes it really quick to get in-and-out to get your food and drinks so you could sit down and relax until your movie starts.

A quaint theater to go to if youre going to kill some time. They are in need of updates for their theater seating and ticket purchasing. Bathrooms and theater were clean. Picture and sound quality were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean..able do self ticketing without standing in that long line for tickets. Drinks are self serve so you can get a refill. You put butter on the popcorn yourself as well. Prices are comparable to other theaters.

This Theater is a Favorite of Ours, the Location is good and is Easily Accessible, even in a Wheelchair as I have been in! My Only Complaint is the Digital Seating and Screening are Not Comfortable! When You have Adult Type Movies, like R Rated, they put More of those in the Digital instead of Putting Kids Movies in there and Adult Movies in Dolby Seating who Need that for More Leg Room, Back Comfort Etc.!

First time at this movie theatre and we had a great time. Went to see Joker and the service was great, we got our food right on time. They accepted our gift cards as well. Definitely a great movie theater

Theatre is super nice! I was very disappointed when I asked for pretzel bites and ended up not getting them because the cashier wasnt listening when I first asked for pretzel bites! I was looking forward to them and then found out he never rung them up. I would give a name of the cashier but apparently receipts arent a thing here.

Sticky floor - arent they all... and one overhead light didnt go out during the entire movie. Otherwise, pretty good.

Went on a 25 $ Christmas gift card. Very disappointed, the base movie theater is old small and the picture and sound quality are not good. Wastes my gift card for 2.I specifically asked for rejoining seats and a better experience no matter cost and not only got a bad deal they kept the change whatever it was on the gift card. I think 2$ but principal! Wont be back!

The movie theater I prefer to choose here in Las Vegas. Have had very few issues here, and enjoy my time here regularly.

Uh.... Dolby Cinema?? WOW!! I never want to go to any other kind of theater. Unbelievable sound and clarity. This will pull me from a home theater to pay extra. The Lion King was spectacular! If you have not experienced Dolby Cinema I highly, highly recommend it. 100 speakers, huge screen, dual 4k projectors producing true black, vibrating reclining seats.. wow.

Excellent overall movie experience. Went to go to see the Spider-Man Far From Home and it was great to see custom blue and red popcorn as well as a little Spider-Man figure for everyone who saw the movie launch night. Theatre I was in was number 3 and the theatre was huge with plenty amount of seats to fill up the space but still enough leg and arm room for each individual person. Staff was good and got my snacks quickly and efficiently before the movie started as well as coming into the movie was just a quick scan if you bought tickets online beforehand. Overall great experience in an excellent area with many areas to eat and shop around as well.

Difficult to find parking usually long walk to theaters so must allow time to see a movie at this location. But this AMC offers more variety of movies but not all leather reclining seats.

They havent update their seats to the fake leather recliner. The cloth seats they do have are still plush though. They do serve beer on a very short list on tap. Hungry? They have burgers, pizza and pretzels. Place is usually clean and you are still hungry after the movie, the area has plenty to offer.

Great theater, great staff, super clean restrooms! The theater I was in was just a bit on the dirty side when I was there (sticky floors, sticky seats, some food debris on the floor and in seats, some trash on the floor, etc.)

Went and watched Parasite. What I thought was odd was the prices for popcorn/soda (up their with other theaters) yet you have to get your own soda and if you want butter you out it on yourself. Concessions should lower prices here imho if people almost have to serve themselves.

Was very nice however the workers seem like they didnt want to be at work.

The whole place is visually pleasing. Good for all ages but, my 5 yr old is not really into the movies yet.

Alchohol and Movies. Great Combination. Can get very packed. But service is great.

This was the first time I did the new IMAX theater at this location and the picture was fantastic. Really great quality. The sound was a little off but overall a great experience. I will be back.

Used to be great. Still clean but lately its like they are going cheap on the power bill.. Be prepared to stick to leather seats in a full theatre in summertime. Would also be nice for another Dolby theatre and / or more luxury seat options. Also good luck in finding seats and rows in the dark.

I got the tickets on Fandango online in advance and it was a swift entry. They have different theater seating like the regular but pretty spacious, or reclining.

Horrible experience from the start, we arrived and we were going to purchase tickets from the kiosk but all three were broken. We bought the tickets through the fandango app and proceeded. The worker that helped us buy our snacks look like she hates her job. Half of the soda machines were broken, the bathroom had no paper towels and the sink wasn’t working properly. When we got to our auditorium it was 10min before the movie started and the auditorium was so dirty we thought we were in the wrong auditorium. When the movie was about to start workers from the theater came to start cleaning the theater even though guest were already sitting. Other movie goers expressed how dirty the theater was, popcorn on the floor and old soda’s left in the tray. The arm rest on my seat was broken and completely came off by slight movement on it. The screen wasn’t turned on until 10min after the movie was supposed to start. I understand the theater is busy but they need to hire more staff and also fix everything that’s broken. It’s very unprofessional and the condition the theater is in should embarrass the managers of this theater. I came to this theater before and it was relatively nice which is why we chose it and it has gotten so much worse.

This AMC theater needs a serious makeover or needs to be thoroughly cleaned before the next group comes in. Sound!system in the Dolby theater was awesome!!

Modern, slick. Great place to watch a movie. In the Town Square property

Bought tickets online. Much easier so you can choose preferred seating. When we got there, went straight in. Had attendant scan the code. And on to the show.

The theaters are always well kept and super clean. Granted this place is a little on the pricey side, its well worth the extra cost due to how well the theater is taken care if and how your movie experiences can go undisturbed.

Great movie theater, clean and large enough to seat over four hundred people. No need to fret about getting last minute tickets. Concession stand has a variety of snacks at decent prices. If you love the movies then AMC Town Square 18 is one for the books.

This theater has always been great. The Dolby and Imax screens are crazy good

Dolby Atmos is the best theater in town. And 3 movies a week for A-List $20 monthly membership pays for itself after 1 or 2 movies.

I used to love this place as a teenager but recently came to watch zombie land the place was dirty in the theatre the movie is supposed to start at 9pm, and it’s already 8:57 no commercials no lights popcorn wrappers drinks candy bags everywhere on the floor. Very disappointed. Disgusting the workers are amazing and nice but this condition was horrible. Not recommending this place anymore. AMc isn’t what it used to be.

Saw my first IMAX movie. It was awesome

Good sound quality Ill admit, but other than that things such as the seats and picture quality were very much so lacking. Especially this seating.

Town Square movie theater is a Wonderful location to see a movie .. and after you can stroll around window shopping.. or enjoying the eateries.....

Movie was great and staff was nice but honestly probably the most disgusting movie theater I’ve ever been to. There was food all over the floors, the drink counter had trash and stuff spilled down it and in the bathrooms there was toilet paper all over the floors, definitely grossed me out. I understand when there are premiers it gets busy and staff can be low but this was gross.. aside from that the seats were great and again staff was really nice.

We actually had a night out at the Blue Martini and I havent been there and what five years I believe its been that long and it has changed tremendously there entertainment was off the chain I have the opportunity to participate with the entertainment and I had so much fun at the martini bar and the food was excellent I dont know about anything else on the menu but let me say thats what we ordered at our table was excellent

This is our usual place to venture to for movies. We LOVE the AMC A-List! Such a great deal on movies and we definitely utilize it. The bathrooms are the only thing I dont like about this theater, but aside from that, the seats are comfortable and updated. My husband and I cant get enough of the Dolby theater! Best theater in the place next to IMAX.

The movie was amazing and the theater was all that you can expect. The lines however I had an issue. A+ fast lane? What is this Disneyland? Unless I’m at Disneyland during summer in line for Splash Mountain I don’t think a fast lane is necessary. My family and I were literally next in line and someone who was an A+ member got to go right in front of us mind you without being told to come up they just walked right up to the window like it was ok. They weren’t waiting in line and mind you there were probably 15 other customers still waiting. Oh but then it got worse. The snack line was for the “normals” was stopped and didn’t move along for a good 10 minutes. A line of “normal customers” of about 20-30 different paying customers waiting, with 5 “A+ priority” customers waiting. 3 cashiers and all of them taking the “priority A+”. It wasn’t until a “normal customer” spoke up about the situation that they finally started taking there “orders”. Quite frankly A+ movie goers should have the perks of better deals but is it really necessary for a fast lane? It isn’t Disneyland. The lines aren’t THAT crazy at a theater for one. I think the highlight of the day was watching a good movie in a clean theater.

The movie theater it self is awesome, comfortable seating and clean. The reason for the 1 star is due to an employee not washing his hands after using the restroom. He stopped at the sink to pick at his face. This person needs to be dealt with as this is absolutely unacceptable for health reasons.

The movie were OK, compared to other AmC this one was out dated, they still had the stadium seats that werent comfy. Most updated AMC have recliner. Other than that it was cool

I have a two start rating. One for offering amazing matinee prices. Two for offering a monthly membership for $19.95 allowing me to watch 3 movies a week with no restrictions. I would like to give all five stars. Unfortunately the theaters here are filthy and is in need of a deep cleaning. Every theater is discussing. There are stains all liver the place. Before you sit make sure to use your flashlight on your phone to check your seat or you will guarantee toto g stains on your clothes. Two, . Customer service sucks here. I dont expect much but being polite, friendly, and helpful.

The movie was awesome but the restrooms were God awful here. Couldnt take a step in them without getting stuck to the floor. We almost had the theater to ourselves which was nice though.

Went on a Tuesday night, late showing and the snack counter was filthy. Condiments in the large receptacles were ALL empty. They only had ketchup packets out. Very disorganized line setup. The IMAX theater was filthy with trash still in the cup holders and under the seats. Crusty, brown stains on the corners of the seats. The seats don’t decline even though the website describes this theater as having recliner seats. I do give props to the crew working this night as they were friendly and attentive to the customers. However the cleanliness of this theater needs a huge improvement.

This place is horrible and beyond filthy!!! All the ticket machines were broken, the staff at the concession are miserable and extremely rude. The popcorn was stale, burnt, no flavor and tasted like it was sitting out for 3 weeks, worst popcorn I’ve ever had. 90% of the soda fountains were broken and the 2 that worked they were out of like 60% of the options. The place is absolutely disguising. The floors are littered with trash, popcorn, and other debris and literally every square inch of the floor was covered with food and filth, from the entrance and all the way to the walk to the theatre. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were rats and ants anywhere taken how beyond filthy the place was. And the stations where the drinks were are also gross and disguising. When you finally get to the theatre, it’s also filthy!!! Popcorn and trash all on the floor, half drunk drinks still on the cup holders. And within a minute of sitting down you notice how hot the theatre is!! I was sweating a little from how hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable it was in there!! The movie finally started and the sound system was all broken, it sounded horrible and a vibration from the speakers. And the people in the lower rows did not stop talking and making noise!! Ruined the entire movie and had to leave 15 minutes into the movie!! Got a refund but the staff seems so nonchalant and non caring about all the issues the theatre has and no care at all to fix it, and no customer service skills!! Avoid this place at all costs!!! AMC has gone way downhill over the years but this theatre was the worst movie experience I’ve ever had. It looked like the zombie apocalypse inside the theatre or the aftermath of a Frat party. Smelled awful in there too. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to Regal instead!!! I always have an amazing experience at Regal. A million times better there.

Assigned seats and friendly crew, but poor quality speakers and no surround sound in the theater I visited. Very disappointing experience for a scary movie. There were a few times I couldnt hear what the actors were saying.

The seats were so comfy I enjoyed the movie Ill definitely recommend it and Im expecting some free tickets two thanks guys.

This theater has great picture/sound quality and great customer service but it was beyond gross as far as being clean( and I’m not germaphobic or anything). It was in the middle of the week, not a holiday and during the day when I went and there was hardly anyone there but it was trashed. I didn’t even get butter on my popcorn because the dispenser was grody. It would also be nice for the area where you pick up prepaid tickets to have more than one kiosk that worked. With all that being said I would continue to go to this theater, the people are nice and I love their IMAX screen, I’d just skip out on any food or drinks that aren’t prepackaged.
