A local hole in the wall with grate food, draft to bottles to shots they have it. Always clean with a amazing staff. The menu prices are all with it, with a even better lunch special.

This is a unique bar located in a older area of Vegas. It was my first time here tonight with some friend who had been here before.They have a decent size bar with a nice size dining area and a elevated area for love music where they have people playing jazz.We enjoyed some wings, fingers, fried mushroom and burgers. We all enjoyed our food along with beverages served by RJ. He was a really polite and attentive guy to was there quite a lot making sure our group of 9 was well taken care of.

Wow! This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. I came what I thought was 15 minutes early, only to find that the band started at 9. There was one other person there and they didnt work there. The place smelled like fish. I didnt ask why. The service was friendly and prompt. The bar overall was such a 180 from the strip it took me some time to get over it.Once the band started I understood why this place has been around for over 40 years. The musicians are world class. After they played for two hours, their students came on and they were fantastic too.The Dispensary Lounge isnt a bar or most popular dive in Las Vegas, its a community. If you are a fan of jazz music and happen to be in Vegas on a night there is music you should probably come here.

Going for the live music is great but service is terrible. The waitresses are nice but they can’t handle a large crowd. Our orders were either forgotten or not taken at all. They don’t check up on you. If you need anything you have to wave them down constantly. Maybe add 1 or 2 more waitresses on busy nights or get a better system.

Love this bar! The bartenders are very sweet and make you feel at home. Carl the cook is hilarious. The burgers are always delicious and the jazz music is just right. Thank you!

Love this place! Go here upon occasion when the crowd full but cool and laid back. The service and food are impeccable. And more importantly the music (jazz in its many forms ) is undoubtedly world class. A true treasure in the desert.

What can I say to describe the dispensary...1976 called and it wants its bar back. The decor is mind blowing amazing, staff is cool, and the food is superb. I tell all my friends to go here. All it needs is some sideburns and knee high gym socks.

Food looked great. But sat for a while waiting for the waiter. After watching him wait on another table saw him go and sit at the bar to chit chat with a customer. Was really hungry and could use a beer. After standing to catch his attention for a while, I decided to go next door to the Chinese food place. Not sure if it was because Im Mexican or just plain bad service. Either way go somewhere else if your looking for service, unless they are your buddies then gold service.

Its okay. Prices have doubled in the last year. No more $5 burgers. Theres now a $5 music charge. I hope that means the musicians are getting a decent wage. Musics almost always good. Fabulous pianist. Great singers.

Management communicates poorly with musical performers and attempts to stiff them their pay if they dont meet expectations that were never laid out in the first place. Not a great way to do business.

Great place to go listen to Live Jazz and kick back. They have a great low lite cozy and comfy booth style eating area as well as individual seats around the small stage where band plays.Food is good and drinks and adult beverages are reasonable.Try to be there by 9:30pm if you want a private table.Otherwise theres sitting and the bar style seating by stage.Also theres a cool little Chinese spot next door over if you want to eat there- then walk over for after dinner drinks and music and a little snack.

Do not confuse this with a weed dispensary it is not it is a bar 24-hours though very nice the doors were locked when I we did walk up to the door though but once the guy see me on the camera he opened it up... just go to pisos or Grove if youd like to go to a weed shop!

One of the last 2 OLD SCHOOL Las Vegas lounges. An era, that is unfortunately forgotten and replaced by corporate greed. This bar is one of the hot spots on the east side of Las Vegas. Adele gets it. She is the original owner. And treats her employees and guests like gold. Ive been a longtime customer since 1993. Its a pleasure to patronize this bar. Thank you Dispensary. This was our first visit to the Dispensary. We were a little skeptical at first but once we overcame the staleness in the air (due to the cigarette smoke), we really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were evenly balanced (great taste and strong enough for a buzz). The food was delicious and hot. The music.........the music AND ambiance is what makes this place so incredible. We will definitely be back for another date night.

Fantastic spot for great live jazz. Food is good quality for a bar and reasonably priced. Drinks are a bit expensive but they gotta pay the bands and dont charge a cover so its totally understandable. Atmosphere is perfect and the staff is friendly. Cannot recommend enough

This is the only affordable place to really listen to live jazz in Vegas. It is small and dinky. It always feels cramped. The food is alright and the drinks are too, but the jazz artists can be questionable at times. I suppose thats up to taste. Besides the music and applause, the crowd is usually fairly quiet and more on the older side.

No, its not a weed dispensary and no you cant smoke weed there . Its a fair question hence the name, but it is a pretty quaint spot with great live music. Seating can get a little cramped if you dont have booth or a spot at the bar, but its reasonable for its size. #speakeasy #livemusic

It is not an exaggeration to say that they have the best burgers in Las Vegas. The menu seems like it only has a burger and a cheeseburger but ask the chef what hes got or to make you what he feels like and he will blow the doors off your taste buds!
