I understand the pull of the Historic Huntridge Theater. But what I can’t get over is just how big of a dump this place is. If it wasn’t a historic landmark you would look at this building like “what...what is this?” I would’ve love to see this building during its heyday but unfortunately I’m left with a ruin. And my memory of the historic Huntridge theater is not very good
What a Holy place to go too Saturday evenings at 730pm. Eat and listen to Gods Word.
Every sat. Night starting at 7 PM (fall hours) time varies over the year 5 PM in winter and 8 PM in summer. CHURCH WITH NO WALLS. Singing with contemporary worship, preaching, sharing, and whatever else we feel led to do by the Holy Ghost. There is often times standing only as we run out of chairs, so come early to get a seat.
It was the best (and only place) to see up and coming rock acts, saw NIN, Tool, Helmet, Slayer, 7 Seconds, and many others. No bad seat and great mosh pit, miss it!
I go here just to do homeless Outreach. Theres a lot of people there that need help and not only that, the location is a Historic Landmark. So its a great place to take nice pictures. If you ever feel like doing homeless Outreach, come check it out on Saturdays around 7 to 8 p.m. theres a church group that comes through called One Way Riders Ministry. Theyre a bunch of bikers who have converted to Christians and they feed the Homeless and do a Church sermon. Its pretty cool if thats your thing!
It was the best place for concerts
I really dont think tourist want to visit this place. Its an eye sore now at least put a business there that will generate public/tourist interest.
It is run down with homeless people living around the outdoor of the building. Would be nice to see this place get revamped
Best theater to see. Even though its not open. Im alywas curious about whats inside. I love the Huntridge Theater!
Would love to see this place open one day!!!!
Why does this pop up constantly!!?? This place has been closed since Elvis was in grade school!!! Its just a white building with 200 bums poopin, peeing and doing drugs all around it!
The Huntride Theater was My Saturday afternoon hangout in the mid 70s(with their Godzilla movies (on the single GIANT screen!) A historical theater that is part of Old Vegas History!!!!!
They need to save whats left of it before it crumbles
This is how I feel about it from when I was a kid
