Hello golfers out there! I’ve been using VIP Golf Services for several of my trips out to Las Vegas. I’ve always had a great experience with them. I prefer to deal with Jason, he’s been very helpful and prompt in responses to me, and it’s all done through email. Our group usually has one individual who rents clubs and they deliver those to our hotel the night before the round. They even come back and pick up them up post round. They know Las Vegas golf courses; the layouts, Overseeding season, etc. They will be a big help to your golf needs. Just booked a round for October of this year. I arrived in Las Vegas for a quick 36 hour trip and wanted to play a round of golf with my son. I left my clubs at home because the course we were playing at had rentals available. Turned out that they didnt because of the Covid. I reached out to VIP Golf Services early in the morning and was contacted by one of the owners. He informed me that the office had very limited hours due to the pandemic and inquired what I was seeking. I told him a set of clubs for a one day rental. Not only did he drive over to the store and hook me up with a great set of clubs, he went out of his way to make sure my day wouldnt take a hit due to this craziness that is 2020. Talk about going above and beyond. They are all about customer service and making sure all the details are covered. I look forward to coming back to town for a week in June and having VIP take care of all my needs from tee times to rental clubs. This was truly a bright spot in an otherwise generic world. I was told to contact VIP Golf by one of the clubs in Las Vegas, and I am so very happy that I did. The staff at VIP Golf was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive to my needs. I gave them the golf courses (3) I wanted to play, the days and times we (8 players) could play and within a couple of hours, everything was done. An outstanding service with excellent customer focus! I have used VIP Golf Services twice to rent clubs and secure tee times when going to Las Vegas. The experience could not be more convenient - they will leave the clubs at your hotels bell desk and you can drop them off to the bell desk after your final round - you dont even leave your hotel. They handle everything else including contacting the golf course - you just show up and play. And the guys who work here know the courses surrounding Las Vegas - they can help you figure out what kind of course to play or what kind of experience you are looking for. The tee time prices will save you some money, especially if you use the specials and play a few rounds. The rental clubs are in outstanding shape, showing very little wear - and you can usually get newer model clubs if you would like to try them out for a round. From my research, renting from VIP is much cheaper than from a resort course. Bottom line - in a city where customer focus is practically a necessity, VIP golf services stands out. Highly recommended and I will use them again.

The course accidentally charged us to play at the clubhouse. I didn’t realize it then but we had already payed through VIP. After checking my statement I called them a week or to after the fact and they got right back to me and gave me a full refund! Great customer service!

For the last 9 years (2011) Ive been using VIP Golf Services for our annual Vegas guys golf outing; each year we select different local golf courses to try and also select different rental clubs from VIPs great selection from the major golf equipment manufactures. VIPs service has always been exceptional... from setting up the tee times for the courses weve selected, delivering the rental clubs to the hotel the day before we need them and picking them up after our last round of golf, to providing all the information about the different golf courses (maps, amenities, course condition, etc.).  Another great service VIP provides is their ability to setup tee time guest reservations to some of the local  private golf courses.

Our foursome decided to try out VIP Golf Services for arranging a week in Las Vegas in October/18. A package of options was prepared quickly for us and we picked the one we liked the best. Rarely have I had such a flawless customer experience! If you need golf clubs while in Las Vegas....look no further! My husband and i were in Las Vegas for my sons destination wedding and wanted to play a round of golf but didnt want to lug our clubs with us. VIP Golf was the smoothest service I think I have ever encountered. They delivered our clubs right to our hotel (with no upcharge for that service) included lunch and drink vouchers and were top notch in their communications with us.

I have arranged an annual Vegas golf outing through VIP since at least 2013. Its a great one stop shop to get all your courses, tee times and rentals set up in one call. I set up 5 to 6 days with multiple tee times at all different courses and Justin, Jason and Jon are knowledgeable and can suggest new courses to try that are relative to ones weve already enjoyed. With my friends coming in from all over the country I especially like that I just send them an email with the VIP phone number and courses that we are playing. They call VIP and VIP collects the money by allowing each participant to call in to them with their credit card info. I dont have to chase the money down or pay at the courses. VIP pays the courses so you just walk up, sign in and play.As good as that is, they are responsive by phone and email and also very flexible when it comes to my people changing plans or adding players up until the course deadlines. Great service... wish it was everywhere we play golf.

VIP Golf Services is very helpful. I dont know the courses in Vegas and they researched and found the best courses for me to play. The time of year we were going to play, alot of the courses were either overseeding or aerating, so VIP found courses that were playable and would allow the carts on the course. This is the second time I have used them and I plan to use them in the future.

When going to Vegas I always take my clubs. Before the trip I book my tee times with VIP Golf Services. I give them my handicap, the yardages I like to play, the distance I am willing to travel, the time frame and the price range I want. Justin and all the staff at VIP Golf were the best in planning the trip. But most importantly when things went wrong they were right there for us. This includes cancelling and obtaining refunds for one of our golfers when he had to cancel to to an illness in the family with one days notice. Used VIP Golf Services to rent clubs and reserve tee times at two courses (Dragonridge and Reflection Bay) in December 2017. Everything went smoothly. Two sets of golf clubs were at the hotel on our arrival as promised. Tee times were in place as requested and confirmed. Was awesome to get on Dragonridge as it is a private club. Appreciated the local knowledge about recommended courses, Clubs picked up no problem as well.My only (very very minor) observation would be that the grips on one of the sets of clubs were rather worn and could have stood to be replaced - makes sense since it was end of the year. However, for the price, was not a major issue. We of course brought our own balls, gloves, towels etc. Tees were provided.If we had been playing more than twice, we probably would have brought our own clubs, as the airline fee would have then been a wash with renting. For playing just two rounds, it was cheaper to rent than pay baggage fees or ShipSticks fees, and much more convenient not having to deal with checking clubs at the airport etc. Even if we had brought our own clubs, the concierge service for reserving tee times would be well worth it, especially to get in at places we might not have otherwise been able to get into.I will definitely use VIP Golf services on my next trip to Vegas.Update: 12/10/18 - just got back from another trip to Vegas. As promised, I used VIP Golf services again to make arrangements for two courses. Played DragonRidge again which was fantastic. We tried Rio Secco this year and enjoyed it as well - great recommendation from Justin. All of the arrangements were seamless, and the treatment at the courses as they knew we had made arrangements through VIP Golf was excellent. Everythings taken care of was echoed by both pro shops.An excellent experience again. Justin is very prompt with answering any e-mails, and even made sure to arrange coverage from another staff member over a weekend when he would be out of the office to make sure that we got the tee times we wanted. His anticipation of a potential frost delay for an early morning tee time was reflective of his local knowledge, and something that would not have been taken into account had we tried to book ourselves. He made sure that we had all contingencies covered, and that our schedule matched our other obligations.In short, to echo my prior posting, I will definitely use VIP Golf services again on my next trip to Vegas!Update - 4/27/19 - used VIP Golf services again for arrangements for Bears Best, and for Revere on both courses (36 holes in one day). Once again, seamless, everything accounted for. Was good to have the two rounds in one day at the same course, to avoid driving. We were flying out that evening, so timing was important. Justin again made sure every contingency was covered. I think the fact that this is the third time we have used VIP Golf Services says it all.

VIP Staff were great and the clubs and golf courses were excellent

I use these guys every year for setting up golf. I usually task them with coming up with golf courses for a foursome, during the difficult September Re-seeding time of year. I ask them to find me courses that are NOT cart path only, and I want courses that havent been aerated right before we play them. I usually need 3 days of golf at different courses and they come through for me every year. Green fees are always pre-paid before we get to the course, and we have never had a problem. 2 of us get club rentals from them every year and the clubs are always in good condition, and the clubs have always been delivered to the hotel on time. If youre wanting to golf in Las Vegas, and youre from out of town, just call them and let them do the work for you.

Update regarding my previous review:I feel incline to write another review regarding Justin, the Manager, since he has responded to our review & sent a lengthy, childish & unprofessional email to a member in our group.First, and foremost, Justin, absolutely was rude, snide & unprofessional. We are now, far past the how the club broke scenario. If, our group truly broke the club, we would have been more than happy to pay for it. Not only did our group not break the club, Justin most definitely did treated us like we had, right out of the gate. We are here now because of how Justin spoke & handled the situation. I have seen other reviews about his rudeness & that speaks volumes, in itself. Had he treated his customers in a professional manner, we would not be here now.After my review, Justin sent a self-indulgent email claiming he did some research online and decided, myself & the gal he originally spoke to, was the same person. Uh, no.... she didnt create a profile with a different name, just to write a review...... Seriously, Justin must have a lot of time on his hands. A real private eye, I tell yah! Furthermore, Justin did NOT have all the facts, like he claimed.As far as the email Justin sent, it was absolutely unprofessional & showed his maturity level.... or shall I say, lack there of.,,I would, highly, recommend Justin not deal with customers, ever!!! This has been quite the experience and we will never use VIP, again, because of Justin.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The rental & delivery service was great! However, our group rental had a broken club in one of the bags. Upon returning them, we called to inform them of the issue. Justin, the Manager, was rude, snide & over all unprofessional. He blamed us for the broken club, basically calling us liars and that He has been in this business for 15 years and has heard every excuse in the book. The unfortunate part is, we never even got to use the club & it was already broken when we took it out of the bag. Furthermore, he claimed the handle of the club was missing, telling us they went thru the bag 3 times & had turned it upside down and it wasnt in there. We asked him the check the ball holder pocket & he exclaimed, Well, what do you know. There it is! For someone who has been in the customer service industry for 15 years, you would think that he would have been more professional... I suggest putting the manager thru training on how not to speak to people, especially your paying customers! We travel to Las Vegas a few times a year with several couples to golf and we will never rent from this place, again, because of Justin.

Once again great service, always helpful, use their service every 6 months, I usually call to get the their view of the course I am booking and they always give me great guidance. Thanks VIP Golf LV #vegasstrong
