This is a great idea in Vegas particularly where it’s hard to find young kids activities. My 4 and 2 yr old love it here, I have had a great experience with all the staff and trust my kids are having a safe and fun time. Even though my 2 yr old cries when I drop him off, he is so happy and wants to stay longer when I pick him up. Special thanks to Connie and Kamila who really bonded with him! Connie always takes extra time to let me know how my son did that day, Which makes me fee like she really cares; while additionally they give a paper report of diaper changes, meals, activities, etc.

This kids quest is probably one of the best ones in Las Vegas area. The workers are always nice to the children and when I have an issue they are quick to fix it or answer my questions. My kids absolutely love this kids quest compared to all the other ones in town.

When I went there when I was a kid I was traumatized because I did not know anyone at all and I cried for hours so yea lol

I normally dont like to write reviews about anything, but I had to write this one.I would like to give kudos to the staff of Kids Quest, as any parent of a young child, we are always concerned about who takes care of ours.Our experience with Kids Quest has been nothing but phenomenal!From the moment you are greeted by the staff to the very sad good bye from our child to the person who spent the last a few hours with.We asked a few times who took care of our child and it always seems to be the same person Connie Here is the reason why Im writing this review, we had bad experiences with other places where our child became very nervous and upset before we got there and would cry uncontrollably even before we left our child in their care.On the other hand, our child is very happy to spend time at Kids Quest..I would like to thank the Management and staff of Kids Quest for their professionalism and care for the children, and thank you Connie, you represent the quality of the staff at Kids Quest.I would highly recommend Kids Quest at Red Rock Casino to any parent needing short term child care.

Austin is probably the most helpful guy Ive met. I was kinda clueless when I walked in but with the help of this amazing guy me and my family of 4 had a great time and got some really cool prizes would go again. ️

My husband and I are so happy with the care our 2 year old son gets when we take him to Kids Quest. We have been taking him there since he was 1.The staff are super friendly and now know my son by name as soon as we walk in. Such a perfect solution for a quick date night or movie.

I just wanted to share my experience at Kids Quest.A few days ago I had a minor issue at this location, I usually bring my girl to Kids Quest because of the great care they provide, but this time I had an issue as I mentioned.I asked to speak with the supervisor or manager, again this was not a major issue but I wanted to get an answer.I was introduced to this wonderful person Keahi, she went beyond what I wanted, explaining and letting me know about the procedures at this location, her way of explaining and the concern she showed emphasized my desire to always bring my daughter to this location.I thing Ms. Keahi should be commended for her professionalism.I would highly recommend this place to any parent.Thank you Kids Quest.

This was a great place to bring my kid. It was something for her to do and she had a great time. She was able to feel like she had an activity and not be bored while mommy and daddy had some time.

My son has been here twice, both times he was in the tiny tots area (he was 8 and 10 months old when he visited), and he had a great time both times. I love that they are so attentive to the babies and that they keep track of all the diaper changes, what came in with baby and what they left with, and how much and when they ate. He even took a nap with them last time he was there and normally hes not an easy napper. They give you a progress report when you check out and make sure they are dry before leaving!

We visited Red Rock and was interested in having my children visit Kids Quest. Miss Kailee helped us and was informative. We didn’t end up having our kids attend but we will next time we’re in town.

This is the smartest idea created for families on vacation! My kids loved it and Red Rock is beautiful! Thank you to my nephews wife Keahi for inviting us!

Took a tour at kidsquest at red rock because i i wanted to take my niece somewhere fun to do at red rock the staff was very nice they were happy friendly one of the staff had excellent customer service greeted me with a friendly smile her name is norma she was very pleasent and told me that my niece would have lots of fun was very happy pleased ended up taking her we will definitely come back again.

Anjelicah has outstanding costumer service best I’ve ever seen in an arcade I’d give if her 10 stars if possible

KidsQuest at red rock is an awesome place for kids to have fun my son had an amazing time there he told me that his teacher norma was alot of fun he played games did crafts with her i will definitely bring him back to kids quest its great to know that its a friendly environment for my kid to be at thank you KidsQuest for making a fun experience for my son

This place is always a hit or miss with the service of the staff. Sometimes you could walk in and its quick & easy, other times you could be waiting 15 minutes in line.My son has fun here but this review is mainly for the new feature that I am COMPLETELY against! They have an open area connecting the Arcade area with Kids Quest. Why? I feel completely uncomfortable with this new change. It was closed off and secluded from the casino/arcade area and now I feel like its so much more accessible for any random person to enter or watch the children. I am considering not taking him to KQ anymore because of this.

So it was good most of the times I was here but there was times That the customer service was ridiculous, 1 i was playing with the blocks one time intill this lady comes up and said “your not supposed to be playing with the blocks there supposed to be 5 and under” but there was no rule the blocks were five and under i dont remember but i think she said that she made the rules or its not my rules, number two i was really sad and crying when this other lady was rude to me then i said “i dont want to come here ever again!” or “this place is horrible!” but she said okay, i dont care! Then i was ready to go home, THANK GODI dont really know if i reccomend thisi mean the only bright side was that the place was clean

So I lived in Henderson for 6 years, 2002-2008.I moved there when I was 4 and left when I was 10. The bulk of my childhood was spent in Vegas. My sister and I loved kids quest, and we made some awesome memories there.I still remember how much fun I had, at 19 years oldEspically never wanting to leave when our parents came to pick us up. I would definitely recommend this place for kids who are 5 years or older

Please do not take your babies here. My daughter was huffing like she cried the entire time and she does not cry often. Then no one could tell what happened to here. A time of check out it took them 17 minutes to just bring her out to me. The check out paper was not true and they werent apologetic. I will never use this kids quest again.

Great staff and clean facility. This location is also open later on Fridays and Saturdays then the other Kids Quest Locations, which is really helpful.

Very disappointed!1.We had to wait to talk to someone for about 15 minutes.2. I like the idea of having different areas for kids to play but the team members should explain, at least in our first visit, about the clock running since we decided to stay. They charged us 30 minutes extra for each child (I had 2) which included the time one of the ladies took to show us the place + paper work. Really??

My kids love kids quest!

So its my first time at the redrock kids quest. Horrible I had to wait 10-15 mins for just a drink. And they were just walking by and doing nothing! And also some other kids ice cream melted one employee passed did nothing. AGAIN!! And its very small and the resort is like 10x the kids quest! Definitely dont recommend

Great for being able to catch a movie or play some keno. Kids love it.

I’m am so mad today my mom dropped me and my siblings and cousin there then my brother start to bather my cousin and she wanted me to carry her and a staff was really rude and told me that I cannot carry her all I did was try to calm her down but they wouldn’t let me I could not even help her get on the chair she was crying her eyes out and the staff keeps carrying her witch made it worst and one staff pulled my brother on the leg when he push my cousin The staff didn’t care if some kids were touching each other but I cant even try to calm down my crying cousin that made me and my sisters really mad and I don’t like how one staff pulled my brother’s leg he likes to go out side and there’s rocks and he always falls and when we got home he said his leg hurts I really want to come back and play but at the same time I don’t becomes of the way they treated my brother and making my cousin cry more
