Very difficult to find so I thought I’d help someone out. It’s located in the Palazzo Casino. Second level. Take the elevators up near the gondolas and make a right. Go past LV all other designer stores. It across from the Tory Burch store. Even though u can book tickets before 2:00, don’t. We booked tickets for 1:00 and sat outside until they opened. So frustrating. Only a few rooms but very cute inside.

Not open till August 28,2020. Literally walked in to a guy laying down the floor......was advertised open on Groupon.....

My group walked through rather quickly as there wasnt much to interact with. The admission price seemed rather high for the experience, but if you are going to be taking lots of pics in each room it may be worth it to you. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The advertising makes it look a lot better and more fund than it actually is. We were in and out in 10 minutes. To me, it is not worth the money

Definitely a SCAM! I bought 4 tickets to their Grand Opening weekend, July 31, 2020. Not only were they CLOSED, but they did not notify me ahead of time. I bought 4 tickets for friends who were coming to town, and Museum of Dream Space wont refund us our money. Thats $200 down the drain. They have a no refund policy, which is crazy since they arent even open! They are scamming people for money and then not refunding them.

Dont bother trying to get a refund from these scammers...... go directly to your bank and dispute it. BOA refunded me! The people behind this company should be ashamed of themselves. They have ruined any chance of success and deserve to go under.

I read about everyone having trouble getting their money back from all of the previous opening dates that never happened so I waited until less than a week before their October 2nd opening date only to have it postponed yet again. (Got the email on 10/1) All I want is my money back and they’re refusing. They keep telling me I can exchange it for a later date, but seeing as I don’t live in Las Vegas, this is not acceptable. Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a scam.UPDATE: I did get my money back. but only after involving my bank.

SCAM!!! Bought tickets in JULY. They have rescheduled FIVE times. Refused to give a refund and chose to instead honor us with a pen or chapstick. What a joke of a company. Poor business practices and false advertising. Also they keep deleting my comments because of how embarrassed they are.

Terrible, multiple opening date changes and no refunds. I strongly suggest waiting until they actually open.

Cancelled the opening last minute on November 10th and haven’t received a refund. No response from them on social media or emails. After all the bad reviews I read Not sure what’s going on

Bought tickets almost 3 months again and the opening date has been changed 3 times! I can’t get anyone to agree to a refund after sending several emails. They stole over $200 from me Worse company I have ever dealt with!

Purchased tickets for a September trip, was notified the opening date was pushed to October 2 due to “technology enhancements” so I requested a refund. After being directed to their third party ticketing provider, where I could at least speak to a human, I was told they don’t have access to the banking info and they’re essentially just a client.THEN I was refused a refund, but told I could use them at a later date or in Los Angeles. HORRIBLE customer service. Stay away!UPDATE: Received a refund only after making scathing reviews and social media posts. The refund email didn’t even have a name attached.. I’m not convinced any actual humans work for this company?

SCAM SCAM SCAM I had purchased tickets for an opening that never happened, they have changed the opening date at least 3 times and I have been refused a refund several times after been given the runaround from all parties involved, the ticketing company and the operator. What a shame for the Venitian as well...I won’t be able to attend at a later date (if they ever open) and my money has been stolen.
