Attendant was more interested in reading a book than doing a smog check. Knocked on the door and Attendant came out 2 minutes later. I asked if I could get a smog done and he said no. I was shocked. He was more interested in his book and listening to his music and went back inside. Why would a company sent me a coupon for a smog check then not want to do it. Might want to turn the OPEN sign off if thats the case.

Have been back to this place twice. Have been disrespected and ignored both times!! This dude absolutely hates his job and does not want to smog for anyone. Asked him for his name and supervisor name and ignored my request. Just went back in and sat down in the booth. Extremely rude and has very poor hygiene, should take a shower.I recommend finding a different smog place and never go here! BEWARE

Charged 24.99 to my card then told me I would have to come back because there wasnt enough miles since they cleared my codes and it would cost 10 dollars then ...never again dont go to any smog express

I pulled up to get my diesel smogged and the guy wearing glasses comes out 10 minutes later on the phone arguing with someone that had to do obviously with personal business he looked at me and kept speaking to whoever was on the other line then walked away to argue more with that person I sat there for 20-something minutes then he walks up to me and tells me the diesel equipment is down and he could not help me the phone conversation he had going on wouldnt have been such a big deal if he didnt had me wait to just let me know that he could not provide service in the first place as if I want to hear his personal business about someone pulling a gun on him I am a business owner and time is money I will not be bringing my service trucks there anymore until he is then let go
