One of my favorite places to go to very informational great pricing

Called ahead looking for a full body wet suit. Im very tall so I wasnt surprised that none fit quite right. The owner helped me find several pieces that were close but we ended up landing on this dress. I am beyond the moon pleased with it! So comfortable, didnt bunch up or anything during all of my characters action poses! Plus I can put this to kinky use

The black room is an awesome place if youre looking for bondage and fetish kind of stuff. There are a lot of places that offer gags and toys and stuff but you could tell that most of that stuff is imported from China and basically its just crap.The stuff in the black room is imported from Germany and all the latex very high-quality. (I am not sure but I think the Europeans are really into that stuff)When I was checking the place out this good-looking girl was looking for a whip and a crop. I overheard the conversation and they were kind of laughing a little bit and then all of a sudden I heard the whip hit somebody. I looked over and Tara (she works there) was giving the potential customer a demo. Wow this was so random and awesome. To bad I didnt snap a few pics!!The owner is a German guy is really nice and he is definitely all about customer service. If you need something, he will special order it from Germany for you if you and if you need to be fit for something hell come and make a house call so you can do this in the comfort of your own home vs in the store. Dont get me wrong the store is discreet and all but you know what I mean.To get the black room you go off of Sahara and you actually park behind the store. The front door is actually the back door. I am pretty outgoing and open minded and I feel a little weird walking into sex shops from time to time so its nice to have a back door to walk into because that is a bit more stealthy:)

My fiancé and I planned our trip to Vegas to get married and while in Sin City we thought, what a better place to find our favorite bedroom attire?. I am partial to Latex/Shiny tight clothes on my lady and we figured wed check out The Black Room after looking on Yelp and Google for recommendations. Walking into the well-lit shop, we were greeted by a small staff of very knowledgeable folks to help us with what we were looking for. Dom Tara helped my wife find items she knew would look and make her feel great. Plus she recommended a few other items that we might have never thought of. She really knows her stuff! The owner Franz was also very interesting to chat with (being from Germany) and made us both feel very much at home. Thanks for making my sex life with my wife even better than it was before.

While the store is ok, customer service isn’t. The owner is from Germany and it shows as he said the defected item was my fault and I cannot return or exchange it. No US run store ever would have done that. He said that he would loose money if he exchanged the pants! So I did loose the money, but he couldn’t care less.

Great store and great customer service. My gf had to try on about 20 outfits before we found that perfect look and Tara was very helpful and understanding. This is not a sex toy store...it is a serious sex store with quality products and materials. Highly recommended!

I question the good reviews about this place. They must be posted by friends of the store. Without question.Went there twice. Twice, because I could not believe how skeevy it was the first time. If you like shopping at a place that has limited product, old stuff that is dusty and is too small to house all the disorganized crap in the word, this place will work for you. This place is good for people who do not mind walking around busy garage sale type places.There are too many good kink places to shop other than this place.

My subbie-hubby and I went there on a Vegas vacation cos he heard about it on Fetlife and at a FemDom munch we went to the night before. The shop was full of quality goodies, clean, inviting and Franz, Tara and Madame Beastie were super friendly and informative. We tested out some toys, Tara showed us a good deal of impact and cbt toys and she gave us some demonstrations. Franz was awesome to chat with and Madame B gave us the scoop on the Vegas scene. I bought a wonderful leather paddle and well be sure to be back.And that cretin who gave that negative review was either high, in a different store or a disgruntled creeper who got turned down by one of the ladies.
