So 1st time buy some clothes/garter belts and the associates there gave me the wrong information. I asked if it one size and they said yes. So I bought the items and come to find out there XL and are hugh. Not only did I just waste my money on stuff that I cannot wear, they didnt even care to exchange my stuff a few hours after I bought it.. Plus the fact that the manager was too busy to talk to me. I will not be returning to that store again.

Best place to come and get your toys! They have a wow table that displays the toys and sometimes when I come in they have someone showing the toys off. About a month ago I had the pleasure of being shown the Womanizer premium and the wevibe sync. I finally sucked it up and bought them in a kit together. OH MY GOD! Listen to them when they tell you how amazing and worth it these toys are! Its changed my life and my relationship with my husband. I visited again today and they were happy to see me and help me again with lubes and toy cleaners. The customer service is always amazing. I couldnt be happier, and I will never go to any other store again. Thank you!

This is the place I stop at when I have exhausted all other possibilities. Overpriced, mediocre selections, staff is not rude but not helpful.I have never been wowed or unhappy.

It’s rare I leave a review, so if I do, it’s either really good or really bad. I was here the other night and was walking around for a while in the store. It’s a large store with many sections to look at. The lube section alone could take you a half hour to explore and see what product is right for you. I had every intention of buying something. I have even shopped here multiple times before. Actually, I was looking to spend about $200 that night.For me, I am a very conscious consumer and take my time picking out what I want to buy. I was rudely approached by some large male employee who told me “I’ve heard you’ve been here for a while. You either gotta buy something or get out”. I wish I was joking but that actually happened. I was there for one hour at the time he approached me. I know this because I noted the time when I entered. I felt very discriminated against and unsafe. Ironically, I actually was about to checkout soon.Needless to say, I quickly walked out and bought nothing from this store. I’m not going to tell you to never shop here or to boycott this place. It has lots of cool stuff and the store is organized well. I’m just writing this review in hopes someone in charge sees it and knows they lost money due to the rudeness of an employee. Personally I will never go back there.

Worst experience ever!I bought something as soon as I got home I tested it and it didn’t work I called the same day spoke to a lady who told me if I come and speak to a manager they could possibly give me my money back. Go in today & the manager doesn’t test out the toy nor did the girl who purchased me out tell me they can’t do anything other than give me a discount speaking the toy was 54 dollars that didn’t even work at all.If I could give this place a 0 I would.

Horrible!!!! We felt like we were being racially profiled. Employees followed us throughout the store. When my husband mentioned it to one of the employees. She said that a lot of people on crystal meth come in there and steal. Well we sure dont fit that profile!!!

Let me start with i have never left a review for any business but feel this needs to be addressed..This place sucks! Worst adult bookstore ever! Stopped by there while on vacation and 2 of the employees were very rude to us! Saw people getting tickets for a arcade/theater so we asked what it was and never did get a straight answer,it was this and this or this booth so we bought tickets just to see without any warning as to what we where walking into... omg! Bugs crawling on the floor,trash scattered everywhere,seats busted/torn apart,guys masterbating and cum all over the walls! Definitely a health hazard and just down right disgusting! Turned around and left but on our way out a cpl was getting the same pitch and got charged a couples rate of $15 as we were walking by and we was charged $12 each. I asked the guy and showed him my receipt and he directed us to the manager at the other counter and when i showed him my receipt and asked about it,we was told the chubby Mexican girl told him we asked too many questions and that she overcharged us because of that instead of just doing her job! We took up 30 seconds of her time and just asked what it was and walked into it still without knowing what was going on in there. Within the 1 minute it took for the manager to defend her actions the other people was walking out looking disgusted also!

Very impressed with this store! Very clean and they have a great selection. We found everything we were looking for and more! All 3 of the employees were extremely helpful, gladly answered all of our questions, and made sure our products worked before we left the store. They werent pushy & didnt intrude on our shopping experience at all, they made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Rebecca really went out of her way to help us find the right products, sizes, etc. We will definitely be back on all of our future trips to Vegas!!

This is my fourth time coming here and I have the absolute best experience that I have ever had. The staff was truly amazing and very helpful, the most helpful however was Comfort and another woman who I did not catch the name of unfortunately. I was searching for a costume for Halloween and one woman helped me by looking through the costumes, and Comfort took the initiative to go above and beyond. She was two minutes from clocking back in from lunch, but she decided to help me anyways. She provided the best customer service, helped me choose the right costume that fit me, and took the time to provide me feedback on each outfit (and I went through a lot of costumes). She didnt sigh, seem irritated or unhappy at all! My boyfriend was with me and from the beginning to checkout she had us laughing and I even created a membership with Deja Vu, because from this experience I feel like I will most likely come back and refer my friends because of the great customer service. Small selection that is overpriced. Plus manager uses decepted advertising to lure customers into the store. The Adult Superstore, which is a half mile east, is a lot better.

I ordered a sex swing frame from the manager Tim and I specifically asked for a brand new frame to be shipped to the store which he promised me. I came to find out that after I opened it that he sold me a used set that was a store model. I waited 2 weeks for the shipment which he lied about and knowingly sold me a used one that was scratched up and bent from being used and or displayed. I was spending a lot of money at the store until I saw how he runs the store and lack of delivering what he promised and what a customer asks for. It is unfortunate that people arent virtuous these days. No moral standards of being honest. Tim, you are a liar. Have a blessed day.

I came to this location this morning with my adult daughter was carded upon entry which I am all for carding to avoid minors coming in. After we were carded not once were we approached by anyone not a sales person working the floor or any other employee. One was right in our area and never asked if we needed help or any other form of greeting. I am a afro latina and my friend was a gay Asian male.I got great services at the other store then this one. At least someone asked if we needed help besides staring at us like we are weirdos or thieves very rude.
