Always one of my favorite stops. Friendly staff. Great quality umaterials. And tones of inspirational eye candy. They have been low on a lot of stuff during Covid but its understandable. Just wish there was more fluorescent and neon mediums in stock!!

This is my most favorite store on the planet! If youre look to do some crafts or DIY projects this is the place to go! They have absolutely everything you need!! The employees on the evening shift are super helpful and friendly!! Keep up the great work!!

I went to find a candle making kit. I was lost. An employee name Nikki (hope I spelled it right) approached me with a courteous attitude and offered assistance. Not only did she help me find the product I needed, she also provided me with details and additional information relevant to candle making. This will be my permanent Michaels from now on. The attitude of each employee I met was warm and welcoming. This place is awesome. Great culture with great people.

Very nice place. Clean and well maintained. They have plastic up to keep the cashiers and customers safe and everyone is wearing masks. Theres also sanitizer by the credit card machine.

This is not the first time Ive been to this store and needed help finding something. Help is hard to find and when you do find it, they are not very helpful or friendly. On the plus side, I was impressed with the checkout where there were spots on the floor for social distancing and masks were required. Sanitizing the keypad after each customer would have been nice.

Called to see if an item was in stock. They took the time to look and out it on hold for me! Great customer service!

Going from 5 stars down to two today. Neil the male manager who is new here is rude and disregarded me as a customer who regularly shops at his store. I will find an online craft retailer over dealing with him. This business isnt what it used to be.

I love crafts. Plus all the halloween stuff was on sale. I can appreciate there not being any christmas stuff out yet.

The older lady putting stock up then at the register has a tude. Didnt care for her huffed puffed at everything. Dont like your job quit

Visited on a Sat afternoon. Limited selection. Slow at check out. Overall store had an unorganized feel and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I’ll find a different Michaels to go to next time.

This store is a Pisces dream!! I am a Pisces and i live and breathe crafts of all kinds!! Michaels is my most favorite place on the planet!! I could literally spend hours upon hours in this store! The employees are always very friendly and helpful although I dont prefer this location due to its size id rather go to the Clearwater mall location instead but i live closer to the largo location so in a pinch Ill settle for the smaller store.. Hope you enjoy as much as I do!! Happy Shopping!!!!

Very helpful there great place for crafters

I am not one to complain by no means, but with the way it is with the Covid19 u would think this store would be more concerned with the safety of there employees and customers. I was just in there and did not clean the counters or the CC machines after there customers. This is unacceptable. I will not be going into this store again. They do not care about anyone.

Place is nice. My wife loves shopping here for her crocheting needs. Staff is friendly.

Its my favorite time of year at Michaels HALLOWEEN!! Although theres a lot not there this year, at least not yet..

Customer service doesn’t make any sense here ordered a pick up order at 10am to secure supplies I needed to complete a project. After 5 hours and no email stating my order was ready I called to which they told me they were busy this afternoon and wasn’t sure when my order would be ready but I was welcome to come pick the order myself??? Are you kidding me, the staff here is a joke. Another hour later I finally got the email my order was ready and when I got there the girl hand me the bags then stated oh by the way we didn’t have enough item to complete your order. So long story short I pre order my products then the staff waited 6hrs afterwards to get my items which they had then ran short on because they waited so long.

I was disappointed how little Halloween decorations there were, it looked like it was transitioning to Christmas already

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. The employees in this store either do not care about their customers or do not know how to do their jobs. From insulting and stringing my wife along after an online pickup order, to not stocking the shelves and changing promotional material to match current deals, this store is the lowest form that I have ever seen a Michaels take on. Please train your employees, or get some who know what the hell they are doing. Take some freaking pride in your business.

This Michaels at Largo. Very nice place to go shopping. Love the set up. Very bright and clean. The employees were nice and helpful.! Definitely I would go back to get more stuff.!

Great place. Neil is a great manager. I selected the wrong size frame on an online order and he fixed it. I didnt get the cashiers name but she was great too! I always have a positive store experience!

Always well almost always find what I was looking for at Michaels.

No problem finding what I needed.

Placed an order for curbside pick up, it stated that if all items in stock (which luckily they were) and ordered before mid-afternoon (which it was) then it would be same day before closing, next steps would be waiting on an email... with all the chaos and busyness going on they were well overwhelmed with orders but with little communication or ability to track or communicate in app.. I contacted the store, Bianca was the incredible representative I worked with who helped not only troubleshoot order, but also make sure to personally reach out and let me know the order was ready for pick up and even though it’s close to closing if we could make it she would have it! Now this may seem very small and insignificant to a lot of people but to me this meant everything! We are all going through some really difficult times and this act of kindness was so encouraging to my day! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and true customer service!Stay safe! Be kind!

Please update your hours on Google maps like almost every other company is doing. I received an email at 7:17pm that my order was ready for pickup, to get there at 7:40 and find the store closed. The email should’ve said store closes at 7 currently, and Google maps listed should also say it.

Went here for baby shower gift bags and was very disappointed. Selection was none and the bags they did have were so expensive. I found a great company online and got 30 draw string gift bags for 10 dollars plus shipping. Im sure Michaels will be going out of business soon.

I shop here all the time for crafting supplies and also purchase a lot of seasonal decor. Especially like everything they have for Halloween.

This Michaels has exceptional customer service. Everyone there was working with a smile. Even though the line was long I listened to the girls checking everyone out and they were happy and engaging with everyone they help. It was a pleasure to spend my money there. Ever since they rearranged the store a couple of years ago I have been less enthused about Michaels than I had been in the past BUT it beats the hell out of Hobby Lobby, a place I will never give my money to due to their refusal to allow employee birth control to be covered by insurance. Michaels celebrates diversity and I will always shop here for my craft needs.

Convenient and friendly staff

I want to like Michaels but it is limited to crafting supplies. I need professional paints and adhesives ..they just dont carry them. They do not even stock the adhesove THEY THEMSELVES use for their custom framing jobs. Lacking...... picking up online orders also takes way too long.

Having worked here years ago, its really interesting whats the same and whats changed. Huge selection, but they dont always have specific items. Still, decent prices with enough quality. I worked in Custom Framing and its honestly worth it and comparable with competitors for basic and straight-forward framing. Otherwise, at least years ago, there wasnt a ton of training.

Hard to find anything not Christmas related

They usually always have what i need in stock. The location is great because its closer to me than i thought before going there, which is a huge plus! Theres always some kind of sale going on and even if theres not a sale on what Im buying, theres always a coupon for 40% off! Win-win!

This Michaels never has what I need. The customer service had alot to be desired. You either cant find someone to help you, they are short tempered and when busy I usually walk out.

First time at this location. Great holiday decor deals. Store was a little unorganized, but that comes with big sales i guess. Cashier was very friendly.

Always a great selection of various products Ive gone for. Very helpful staff. I signed up for their app and always get a percentage off of a product one way or another...the staff help me find the best discount. I dont really have anything in the negative that I would say. Its a great store for seasonal items and crafts, as well as all of the newest and all of the classical crafts and trends.

Taylor in the picture framing Department was excellent very knowledgeable and courteous. Can highly recommend Taylor especially when theres a sale.
