People were nice, friendly and very helpful. I had a picture that I took of the Belleair Causeway Bridge printed and framed. It came out very nice.

This was a 1 star but I have changed it to a 5 star due to the owner contacting me and wanting to make it right. The finished product was exactly as I had originally expected. Thank you for fixing it.Do not spend the $1012.41—I’ve been saving my $ to have a very special painting, from Cuba, framed with double mats. Went to the shop for over an hour deciding on colors and my husband and I were VERY SPECIFIC about wanting a very large frame with mats. The bottom (interior) mat was supposed to be 2” purple and the outside mat was supposed to be (and is) 4” gray. We even laid it out on the counter (trying all different colors) and the ENTIRE time, it was spaced out in the requested 2”/4” measurements. When we picked it up there was only 3/8” of the purple. We said this was not correct and the woman said, no, this is what you wanted. Umm, no, it is not what we wanted. After going back and forth they wouldn’t budge and said they don’t do mats that’s large in their 20 years. Well, when it’s custom you get what you asked. She basically said we were wrong in what we wanted and they will not refund our $1,012.41. I should have take a picture in the store apparently. What a cheap, snake in the grass business. She said the customer is always right but I’m this case, the customer is wrong.When we got home and unwrapped it, we recorded it so they wouldn’t lie if there were damages, and guess what... yes, 2 of the corners were scuffed. I cannot trust to take it back because I don’t want them doing anything to my painting or screwing up anything further. What a horrible business. That is A LOT of money for me and now I have this beautiful painting I do not like.PS.. they gave the cheapest wall mounts possible so we had to go purchase our own.

Was a great experience, friendly, informative and professional staff. I brought a painting here to have a new piece of glass put on it and they did a wonderful job! Will be doing business with them again! And would highly recommend this business for all your framing needs.

Work was done very professional but the communication was horrible! The owner never called back and ended up giving my picture to someone else. Good thing I was able to get it back. 3 stars was given for the lack of communication

This place is wonderful. The selection of frames is exquisite. I brought in a relatively cheap frame that I LOVED because I broke the glass and they fixed it for me right away, in under 10 minutes.

Attention jigsaw puzzle builders. After completing a 3000 piece, 48 inch by 32 inch, oceanic wonder jigsaw puzzle I wanted to have my effort preserved in a quality frame. I took the puzzle box cover to the Frame Factory for suggestions. Fortunately, I had not applied any of the traditional glue or sealer to the top surface. Frame Factory recommended dry mounting the puzzle to acid free foam core with archival tissue installed under the puzzle surface (bottom of puzzle). Since all of the mounting is done on the underside, the top surface picture quality is not compromised. Excellent suggestions were provided on frame style, color, and surface protection. They even provided large cardboard to safely transport the unglued puzzle to their store. Excellent service and workmanship quality, this place is worth checking out.

They did a great job framing and scanning my old photos. The lady that works there is very friendly and helpful!

I have to say that this is an amazing company. Professional, polite, integrity are all words that come to mind. I did some shopping around and I have to say their prices were the best I could find and the quality of work that goes with the price is amazing. If I ever need anything done this will be my go-to place. I would share pictures of their work but my wife being an extremely private person lets just say I dont want to get in trouble. Just take it from me it was excellent work

They did a terrific job framing two maps for us. This was the second time we used them.

Their price is high but the service and quality is unsurpassed by any.Frame and matting is of high quality and you never have to worry about security.
