Pizza was great wings were good. Also they been keeping it clean guys where sanitizing tables and cleaning games. Whenever you want a refill must get a new cup, maybe offer a pitcher could save a few cups.

Pizza and the setting at this spot is excellent. A favorite evening place of mine. There was quick and friendly service. It has a great feel to it. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

It is a good place to go to for family fun and great taste for pizza. It is quite fun, there are different types of arcade games for every kind of person from crane games, to bumper cars, climbing playground, basketball games for adults and toddlers, racing, etc. The arcade area is very clean and theres a good amount of workers keeping an eye to make sure the kids dont get hurt, and help you when in need. The dining area, is also big enough for about 10 different parties.However, the somewhat small issue is if you dont have a party to attend to, then it will be almost difficult to find a good table to sit at with your family. You might even end up by the front door while your 2yr old is playing at the playground at the other side of the store. This, of course, is difficult. Either give up your table and watch your kids (which is usually the case), or leave your stuff at the table without anyone watching it (if your alone).The prices are not bad, its not too expensive but expect to spend a good amount of money haha. The staff is friendly, but not quite there yet, a few of them have some attitude problems especially when you have a toddler with you. All in all, I enjoy coming here, ther parking is not great, but there is more than enough space for you to find something.This time of the year itll be busier since Halloween is close and the Halloween store is next door to Peter Pipers right now. You will not be disappointed, but expect a bit of a wait.

For a Saturday afternoon kid party the place hold up well with the influx of kids running around. Bathrooms, main floor and game area was keep clean for the amount of time I was there. Employees were helpful and nice. Like the upgrade of games since last time I went. Which was years ago. I like that the place has been getting better and not worst.

After spending close to 100 bucks, and as my family and I were eating, the guy that goes around cleaning (Jose Angel) literally took our pizza tray WHILE PIZZA was still on the tray. Then he left one paper plate. I understand in maintaining clean tables but come on at least ask if it is OK to remove items... Common sense people....

Though i noticed if you aint there for a party you will have to seat on the booth tables which are far far from fountain drinks, games..there located by the wall. Makes you feel like your not so welcome. Restrooms always need attention even after you complain. Food is great other than that..

Making money and customer service dont seem to go hand in hand, places usually have to chose between them, this place does manage to balance them but is understaffed for the amount of patrons they have. That said, its still a great place to come and let the kids run around and blow off some energy

Today on 09/11/2018 I went to a small birthday celebration and everything was ok until i noticed that it had been 35min since i ordered and no beer pitcher. When approached employee SAM did not even know who grabbed the pitcher she just said a guy got it. So they have no system in place to even check who receives the pitcher. What if a teenager grabbed it or not to mention a kid ? Monica the manager said that by protocol had to check the cameras both MONICA and SAM with an attitude all through out this mistake. After 20min of waiting for verification still not admitting their wrong doing we finally got our money back and a forced apology. So in total i lost 55min that i will never get back. Please Peter Piper Pizza invest in better customer service training and better employees.

Youre in Laredo you got to expect a corner for a pinata it was freaking awesome. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves thank you very much for your hospitality.

Place is packed on weekends, its when most families have birthday parties. Pizzas are ok not the best, staff is friendly, tables are tightly squeezed together making it difficult to navigate.

Had to wait 40 minutes for ONE large pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was cold by the time I got home, and on top of that there was a hair on it. The next time they take that long, I expect a free plastic frog to play around with while I wait.

Hello everyone, so basically I wanted to give a original five star rating however I cannot lie to my fellow readers.So I love the fact I can order by phone before sitting down and eating . Which is something I tend to do to avoid the waiting line. Basically if you order right there and then you are expected to wait over 20minutes!Usually I go during the less busiest hours so sometimes I call ahead to make sure there is buses or parties, which they happily answer.The prices are a little high, but when you think about what your order and the size it isnt so bad. I spend roughly $75 here, if your looking to spend under $25 here you are out of luck.Everytime I go the place is normally clean, however cleaniness doesnt matter when it is pact. But hey ! What do you expect!Some employees panic at the sight of a over pact area which is normal, however when you have kids hitting kids it is sad that the manager doesnt avoid parents confronting each other which can lead to a serious fight.Recently I arrived early and I noticed a family excited to go in (10min before opening) and it was so cold outside and they didnt open the door for them until 2 minutes after opening. Sorry but this triggered me to give you a neutral rating. Yes I know your opening hours, but the little girl was crying because you allowed party groups to go in before opening. If you can let them in you should considering letting these people in. Shame on you!I will be returning however only certain hours. ^^ you should consider caring about your customers and not letting children wait in the cold while you let others in.
