There is a good-sized Library, a large indoor basketball court, and a fantastic gym with updated machines. They frequently have clubs and events going on to keep things interesting. This was a great addition to our neighborhood!

Very nice place and the price for gym membership is very cheap compared to most places. 3 months for under $30 is great!

To be honest the place is beutiful. I had very good experiences in the past. However, today, I had the worst. They did not let my little girl play in this indoor playground. I use my sons rec card because I cant pay for a 3 years old membership since theres not much they can offer for her, but they did not let her play. Maybe, I would have if I knew my daughter could play in the indoor playground at any time. However, they limit the time to 15 minutes and they have a schedule. Really??!! We pay from 4000 to 6000 dollars a year of taxes and this is what the city has to offer to our kids. Now, granted, we have parks but here in Laredo at what time can you go to a park? Until 8pm. So, the only indoor city playground at fasken my daughter cant use. :(......

This is a great place to take your kids. The librarian, Miss Tess is super friendly and is always willing to make accommodations to make children and families feel welcomed.
