This place is excellent from the professionalism exhibited by the personnel to the facilities. I took my son to celebrate his birthday and he had a blast. This place has excellent offers and memberships, even offer discounts to veterans. I support those who support our national treasure, Our Veterans. If you are in Laredo Texas and are looking for a place to have fun for the whole family you must visit this establishment. This is the best jumping/trampoline park in the area. I will definitely come again.

This is one of the newest place in town. Awesome entertainment for the kiddos. Unfortunately, staff ignores you when approaching the counter at the entrance. . We visited on a Saturday at 5:30 pm. It was crowded with B-days parties. It seems like you get one bench that sits about ten people per party and there are only a handful. The private rooms which are very small for a group gathering are next to these tables. The food court has very few tables to dine in and it was packed. It took us like 20 minutes to get softdrinks. Needless to say we could never sit down in the 2 hours that we were there. There was just no space available. The restrooms were fairly clean though and the locker rentals ($ 4 for 3 hrs) were very useful since we were carrying sweaters. Ill think it twice before going back. Wish you all a pleasant visit.

Fun and spacious at a good price. With friendly staff, Urban Air is for everyone from a toddler are under the slide to an arcade room to snack area, also good for birthday parties or big groups it has Dodge ball court, obstacle course, basketball dunks and even and inside zip long.

Great entertainment center! Paradise for kids and good places for parents to be, they also have good deals to become a member. Great choice to give the kids the prize to visit this place if they achieve goals!

It is a great place to hang out with the family. Food is great and service is too. Kids love it and we get to hang out with our pals with some beers while the kids play.Overall it is a great spot to hang out with friends and family.

Great place! We went right when it opened so the kids had the place almost to themselves. They have a lot of employees watching the kids to make sure everything is going smoothly. I think their prices are also pretty comparable to other similar places.

Ive been going since they just opened and every single time i go theres snacks spread all over the playground. Icees have melted and are all over the mats or open water bottles are left in random places.. Ive seen it all.. pizza, cookies, candy all over the place! They have so many employees I think instead of just standing there they should send them around to make sure the trampolines and the playground are clean and safe to jump or play in. I have gone exactly at 10am when theyve just opened and theres still trash from the day before or from days before. I really wouldnt know.. But it should be a constant daily routine to go up and clean up after the kids. Because this is how accidents occur. Since opening alot of rules have changed which is for the better.. I understand that its a new park and it has to adapt to its customers and make it work. Other than the cleaning situation i love this place i take my daughter all the time and I always enjoy my time there with her. Even though i end up having to clean up and make sure she doesnt try to eat snacks off the floor or drink random peoples drinks this place is actually really fun.

Needs more tables. Line for snack bar gets and stays long on weekends.GREAT active play area for kids. Very safe structures. Plenty of indoor activities to escape the heat or the rain. Wifi available. Adult beverages available.

Careful with memberships they have a 12 month period minimum. We were told you could cancel at anytime but it turns out you would have to pay for the remaining months similar to a leasing program. Poor technique and customer service. But its our fault in the end for not reading up on the small print. Ignorance costs

Such a fun place for adults and kids! My boys had a blast! I do wish they had a separate toddler area, but still tons of fun for my older kiddos!

ABSOLUTE BLAST! A Must go! Took my nephew and little cousins and got myself a parent pass so I could play with them. Overall great time. Food/snacks are good. The place is clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly, but keep an extra eye on your little ones. The place is run by mostly teenagers that absolutely do not enforce the posted rules in anyway other than making sure everyone is wearing the proper bracelets (maybe), and kids aren’t dead (there were 0 casualties during my visit).I’ve included and explanation* and story of my concerns and the no rules enforcement thing below; but it’s mostly just me being a stickler. No need to read it if you don’t particularly care. Take the kiddos and enjoy!*Example and biggest concern:The obstacle course is especially dangerous for the little ones. Only because the rules are not being enforced. Otherwise, it would be perfectly safe.So, there are 4 one-way lanes set up with timers to see how fast you can get through the course. Think American Ninja Worrier like courses, with various degrees of difficulty; Beginner, Moderate, Pro, and Warrior, or something like those .The rules there explain it all. The problem is it’s not run that way. It’s essentially an extra chaotic glorified ball pit. Kids blocking the exit, going the wrong way on the course, hanging out in the ball pit too long after they’re fallen off the course, or just straight up jumping in the pit after not even attempting the course. All of these things hinder other kids from from using the attraction correctly.I totally get it. Kids are kids and they’re just there to have fun. They don’t care about the rules or the “correct” way of using things. It’s probably also a combination of these teens that work there not wanting to enforce rules, make a kid cry, and then have to explain to parents why they told their kid to stop doing something wrong. Again, I get it.So then why have the rules? Why have people out there I enforce these rules? Why build the place with sections and attractions meant to be used in a particular way and then not use them that way? Why not just have a ball pit with a sign that says “Ball Pit. Have fun. No food. Actually, we don’t care, bring all the food, just maybe try not to kick each other in the face”. That happened twice to my cousin by the way. She was trying to compete the beginner course but these kids laying prone in the ball pit pop up out of nowhere and of course take a hit to the face, or, in other cases, cause kids to fall.I know this is just me taking things a little too seriously, but hey I’m a stickler for rules, procedure, and safety. Fun place though.

Definitely my kids favorite indoor play center in Laredo. This is my 4th time to this location. It is clean, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Some are really attentive and others are not (not consistent). Please note that there are no water fountains which I find strange for a recreation center (kids are sweating like crazy) so you have to buy their water. Unlike Altitude and Xtreme Jump you can not bring in outside food or drinks. You can however trade in socks from other indoor parks for their socks for free. There currently no time limit on how long you can stay either which is nice, but not sure if that will be forever. Also no guest WiFi like Inflatable Wonderland. Parents do not have to pay toGo in but if you want to do the activities with the kids you can purchase a pass for a lesser price. None paying parents still have access to walk all around the facility to watch their kids too. There are even some benches every now and then to sit and watch, but they need more sitting around the different activity areas. Overall good value!

The place is awesome my kids and my husband and i had a blast but the service for the food was horrible they took forever just for a drink or a small platter we ordered! I will never order food there again!

The staff REALLY needs to pay ATTENTION. A child slipped through the employees and started using the obsticale course WITHOUT safety equipment :( he was right above me!!!! His parents were screaming, if he wouldve fallen he couldve hit the CONCRETE FLOOR.
