Owners didnt pay insurance if someone gets hurt! Wow that says it all I dont know who the owner is can anyone name drop!?? This place is not fun everytime Ive gone someone is getting hurt. Ive seen foreigners run the place so they obviously dont know Texas or American laws. Anyone ever been hurt here please leave comment

Kids had a blast with a two hour $10 pass. We ordered pizza which turned out to be compliments due to a 1+ hr wait. Plus we got extra passes. Will definitely come again.

Fun for both the kids and parents. I went on a Friday amd they had a pretty great special. 5 people jump for 2 hours with an added pizza to the mix for $50. Not to bad. I rolled my ankle, but thats what I get for letting the inner cheerleader in me out.

My friends and their children brought me along to an afternoon here. I have never been to a trampoline park, this was such a blast. The equipment seemed clean and safe, I would come back anytime for sure.

Altitude is the best place to go with your friends. Its very clean and fun. Cant wait to go again

New Management lies about deals made with customers..Word of advice have a contract to avoid miscommunications!! on renting your establishment! AND If they had a zero or no star, I wouldnt have given 5them even 1 star!

Awsome place for kids and adults, ninja course, drunk courts, doge ball, zip line, pool hall, big screen tvs, projectors, pizza, wings, and they do BYOB.. best place in town. Bazooka ball was awesome..

New owner new prices, now adults have to pay 11.99 per hour just to accompany your kid. also 11.99 per kid and they make you buy socks. I dont see myself taking my kids there anymore, I think is overpriced just to go jump.

My kids like it but it not maintained. The kids are not watched for safe. Kids are rude and theres bullying. Area for parents is small and way to keep parents entertained.

Staff is really clueless as to what is going on on the establishment. They are not trained for accidents. Although they are conscientious of the youth behaving safely. The tables were dirty and the items sold were past their expiration date. It was also quite hot in the place, not sure if they were having problems with the ac. For the prices the charge youd think they could afford to train the staff to care for the place and its patrons. I will say the kids had a great time. With a little effort this could be a much better place.

First time here and I brought seven kids! Dropped a bill for eight people. The kids had fun I did have a huge problem with an employee and a guest/teenager who maybe works there but does have ties to that place. I walked to the dodgeball and could hear calling one of the kids obscene words all while the staff member was sitting not intervening at all. Instead he was taking her side because he knows her. I asked him why he wasn’t doing his job and controlling the situation. He should’ve called another staff member or manager. I shouldn’t have had to intervene. That teenage girl also claimed to practically be the owner and said if I don’t like it I can leave. So I told her okay to kick me out then if she’s the owner. I went to talk to manager and she followed. My argument wasn’t with her it was with the employee who wasn’t doing his job. I spoke to manager, I don’t remember hearing an apology. Paying customers should all get the same treatment and I know I won’t be coming back here, she wasn’t wearing a bracelet and was there for as long as we were and I paid for four hours. Employees and owners should have more respect for their customers.

Our grandson convinced us that this was the only place to be on an afternoon. Somehow he found the energy to experience every area of the building. He comfortably feel asleep in less than 5 minutes on the way home

Had a great time with my grandchildren and the party was great. Second time my grandchild celebrated his birthday at ALTITUDE.

The prices here arent that bad.. definetly worth the jump. Took my younger siblings and best friend here--they loved it! Definitely will come back.

My kids love it! one thing though they have a toddler area. However there always big kids bouncing and crashing into the little ones they need to enforce the rules when it comes to that. other than that its GREAT!

Me, my wife, and my kids really enjoyed it here. Alot of places to jump and climb. There is even a little kids area so they wont get run over by the bigger kids. Food is only so so and prices are ok I guess for the stay. Kids went home tired and happy so overall a good place to go.

Prices are better than extreme if you have a big family. Make aure you check on their facebook page for promotions they always have good ones but you have to tell them when paying. I took my 5 kids me and my husband all day for like $60. My husband and kids enjoy this place very much and gets them tired enough that the next day they are too soar to fight or argue between them. So yeah its a win win.. they have a moonwalk room for younder kids and then the rock climbing wall, the dodge ball section (one of my kids stays there the whole time) the basket ball court, foam monkey bars section,and two other sections.

My san came for the first time to a friends birthday party. He had so much fun with his friends.

Had a birthday party here, dont recommend it!! Not worth the money! They charge for every single little thing and are not willing to work with you during party events. Theyre staff is not friendly and kids get hurt left and right!!!

This place provided FALSE ADVERTISMENT for their summer program. I received an email directly from with with a flyer and a price of $175 for the month and the owner refused to honor it. This is an unhonorable establishment that now wasnt to MORE THAN DOUBLE the price at a whopping $400 a month ($100 week) price. If the flyer had a promotional period or expectation is SHOULD BE NOTED it is illegal to advertise falsely. This location doesnt seem to take honor and their advertised price seriously.

Too expensive for the average family, also it would be nice for them to have a water fountain for the kids at least since its so expensive for the average family. They will sell you 16oz water bottles for either $1 or $2 I dont recall and they are not even 20oz. bottles.

I recommend this place. Its so much fun, good music, friendly staff, so many trampolines!! I always beg to my dad if we can go to altitude once every week. I get tired alot too from alot of jumping.

The staff is rude here. The one in San Antonio is better, at this one they dont let you stand on the mats to watch your little ones. In San Antonio they let you walk around, stand and watch them. Fix that

This place there is no enough supervision, the two hour that I was there 5 hours kids got hurt and they worse part that they ask for the manager and a young girl came out and told them they dont have staff to keep a eye .
