Been ordering online from GV for a number of years, normally a fair experience with great clothing. Only complaint I’ve ever had about their shirts is inconsistent shrinking, i.e., some of the shirts shrink and others have maintained their size. Not sure why the inconsistencies happen as the properties are the same (50/50 cotton/poly blend), but all in all it’s a minor inconvenience and one of the costs of buying online.Unhappy with my most recent experience with customer service. With everything else going on now, I would like and expect that a company that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with over the years to work with me instead of slamming the on any potential resolution. While I appreciate that an organization needs to honor their policies, frankly it only increases the difficulties in buying online, adding to the inconsistencies/problems I mentioned above. I will unfortunately have to hesitate from buying from them in the future. Seems like a nice enough place to visit in-person though.

Ordered a shirt to be shipped to my buddy who’s currently deployed. Turns out they were out of the size I ordered. They contacted me right away and let me choose a replacement and ended up sending it directly to his base. He loves the shirt! Huge props to this company for being so great to communicate & get it over to him.

Awesome tshirts, sweatshirts, etc for all the CLE sports teams as well as our great town in general. Seems like there is only on street parking.

Shirts are great... don’t waste your money on their face masks ;(. Very very thin piece of cut-out t-shirt material ... pretty disappointing for such a great company.

Great quality creative comfortable clothes. However they need to update the online website availability of items more often. Online ordering shows several pages of shirts, however approximately 1/3 of all the shirts listed show as sold out. When checking again typically these items never come back in stock to be available, and are permanently out of stock.

Best Cleveland sport t shirts great price amazing staff

I placed a order online and picked it up at the store. The store packed and I couldnt enter. I waited a few and then had a employee bring my order. I was disappointed because I wanted to see the art work in the store.

Ordered a shirt about a week before Christmas and was nervous about not getting it in time. Ordered it Wednesday, it was in my mailbox FRIDAY. Also got some magnets for myself because their designs are great. Thanks guys.

A genuine Cleveland fanatics super store!

Ordered two items online over 5 weeks ago and decided to find out what the status of my order was. Once I received an email back I was told they were sold out of the hooded T-shirt and they never reached out to let me know. The hoody is still on display on their website to purchase but I was told they don’t exist. Currently STILL waiting on the other shirt to be shipped.Basically I wouldn’t order online and from this experience I will never again.

I ordered some hoodies for Christmas gifts just a week before Christmas. I emailed GV Art to possibly pick up from store instead of shipping. They are very prompt in responding to messages. They emailed me and I was able to pick up in store 3 days before Christmas.

Great selection of Cleveland/Ohio apparel. $28 bucks for a t-shirt is steep IMO, but pretty on par with the other local vendors.

Probably the most creative graphic store I know. I live in Charleston, SC and still hooked on their apparel. Keep up the good work! ...Better than Homage just saying

Great merchandise, just a little pricey

Cool designs, but a bit pricey. Expect to spend $40 on a t-shirt. Can be very crowded and a bit confusing to find prices, and I had a hard time finding someone who worked there to help me. Checkout process was surprisingly smooth.

I love the unique designs they come up with!

Placed a $400 dollar order over a month ago. Still missing 2 shirts. Keep telling me two weeks. However, nothing happens.Also, quality concerns. Bought a $65 hoodie, and after ONE wash, cold water, low heat and the design on front is coming off. POOR! I brought this to their attention and they never responded. Not how to run a business. Maybe, I’ll get my two shirts by NEXT christmas?

Can’t and won’t shop in a store where only a third of the merchandise has a price tag on it. And the staff is rude when you ask for the price. This is retail in 2019. Buy a price tag gun. And the quality of the clothing just isn’t there for the amount of money charged. No thanks.

I went to buy my dad gifts for his 70th birthday. Its kind of hard to get something for someone who pretty much has everything, but I thought that Cleveland apparel would be nice considering he now lives out of town. The store was very nicely laid out and clean, making it very easy to find what I was looking for (I looked at the online catalog before I went). My dad was very excited about his Cleveland hat and glass. I had previously ordered a shirt from here and had it shipped to my nephew in AZ. He loved it, glad to finally have had the change to visit the store.

As a Clevelander who now lives in Texas, this location was very underwhelming on a recent trip back home. We expected there to be a lot more selection than the Willoughby location. There was, BUT, my wife was upset about how few options there were in womens clothes. We expected there to be all the main shirts but in womens shirts, which there were not. We wont waste our time going to the west side to this location on future trips.

Of all the t-shirt shops in Cleveland (there are many) - this one sets itself apart with truly next level artwork. The owner started out as an artist first, so it makes sense. You will not find more unique and well done sports gear. Me and my wife have an addiction.This specific store is beautifully done and the giant mural on the wall that was done from scratch by the owner is absolutely amazing for any Cleveland sports diehard. There is also signed sports memorabilia throughout the store and pictures with Clevelands greatest athletes.My only complaint would be that they rarely run good sales. 10% or 15% off is decent, but many other companies run 25% off (or more) fairly routinely. But I dont want that to take away from the great work they do!

Went to their flagship store with my Bestie the day after watching the Tribe in person. Beautiful store in a beautiful location. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got my Dad a Denzel Ward shirt which he loves as much as his Bauer Outage shirt. Bestie and I love all their original and one of a kind artwork.

THE best t-shirt/apparel shop in Cleveland. If you know the CLE you know we are nuts for creative home made t-shirts and GVs are the best. Truly artistic, excellent selection for city- or sports-team themed apparel. If you are from out of town, this is a place to go for a true Cleveland souvenir.Not cheap but so worth it, I think I have more than 20 items from them...

They said Carlos Santana would be at the store sometime between 12-3 so we went up at 12 first thing they said he wouldnt be there until 3 so we shopped around but nothing in my size we went to lunch came back just to have them reschedule for Monday... Except it never happened on Monday either. I have yet to see an explanation for this

We have ordered a few shirts and had a good experience, but my latest is a little frustrating. It has now been 7 weeks since I ordered a shirt (that said in stock when I ordered, and still says in stock on the website), and I still haven’t received anything. They never notified me that the shirt wouldn’t arrive on time, and I had to email them first after waiting 3 weeks. Their emails back to me do not address my questions/issues and they just say it’s out of stock. They stopped responding to my emails. I’ve been really disappointed with their business.

Limited sizes, very limited! AND insanely expensive. Didnt buy anything after driving a great distance..... disappointed
