I hate that you have to pay rent with money orders, but its the best home rental value youll find in the area. Bad managers though. They WILL try and screw you over the 1st chance they get. Its cheap, but you deal with the BS regularly

I live in Orange Grove Mobile Home Park.They are trying & are improving slowly but surely.

An absolute 3rd world dump that caters to illegals, felons, and Hispanics. Management cant lead ants to a picnic. Concerns are never probably addressed. People are rude, disrespectful, and lazy. I have seen crack houses in the hood look better.And if you are white or black you are discriminated against. I paid over$600 for a piece of crap fema trailer! Numerous electrical issues, structural issues, and it took me nearly a month to kill the roaches out of the fridge. OGMHP & HOLIDAY 2 make Liberty City look like Boca Raton!

Not enough parking.

I have been there 2 yrs the only bad thing is my sons scooter and bikes get stolen .... other then that the staff is better now that they changed thr office staff.
