I actually live here and it is a nice community, we have good friends here. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that when we moved here it was supposed to be a 55+ community. Now there are families of all ages. It is still supposed to be a 55+ park but they are letting ppl of any age move in. Also, now, because of covid The pool is closed on weekends. Kinda of unfair to those who work during the week. My wife works during the week with only a brief hour or two when she gets home in the evenings to enjoy the pool but by the time she eats dinner its no longer worth going. Again. Rather unfair for the amount of rent you pay and the pool being one of the considering factors for moving here!

Clean freindly sleepy town with few cats on the lose . people walking dogs early to feed the ducks. The first of the mth wake calls from the mail man delivering s.s.checks

It is just an average trailer park.

Clean park, pool and Jacuzzi area nice to sit and relax.

This is a 55 plus community and if you live here youll find out that it is not a 55 and over place and the customer service and management are horrible if I didnt buy my mobile home here I would move they charge me property taxes and Im in charge of the trees that hit the FPL wires theyre not my trees!

Beautiful Mobile Home Community with a Friendly Office Staff and Beautiful Amenities .

This park is not an over 55 community. There are school kids lots of under 35 how are not vetted at the office. Drug addicts alcoholics and pure filth. The older people are moving out. I don’t blame them. The rents and ground rents are sky high and keep going up. If you can avoid the dog and cat poop you’re doing well.

The owner was very sad.
