Customer service like Ive never experienced. These guys really take care of you. I purchased a 4 Player Slim, got free shipping and even paid a little extra for custom artwork. Love my arcade! Best customer service out there. Unlike most companies these days, these guys actually still pick up the phone, even after business hours! Ask about custom artwork, you wont be disappointed. Great experience before and after the sale. Love my machine. Takes me back to my youth.
