Susan is a very knowledgeable, well-trained professional who does an amazing job that gets FANTASTIC results. I have had her Vela, Radio Frequency and Microdermabrasion treatments and she is the best Ive ever had!!! She takes extra time to give you more than you pay for and has very fair pricing! English is her second language and she has improved a lot since I first went to her, but she struggles with the language a bit. Dont let her lack of English fool you about her knowledge about skin and what treatment will be best for you! I have 200% faith in her abilities!

Facility is not big but clean and comfortable.Its in the business complex so its a bit difficult to find.I purchased the Vela shape deals from Groupon.Great price but today is the first time so I cannot tell if it works or not yet.The tech was very nice and knowledgeable!

I bought velashape sessions Through a Groupon. I have only completed two treatments so far so its hard to see results just yet. The environment is warm and cozy and I was very relaxed during the treatment. The lady seems very knowledgeable and gives lots of tips to improve treatment success. At first there is a slight warming/tugging sensation however I found myself to be very relaxed by the end of the treatment. There are lots of different treatments and services available and I plan on exploring more of those when I am complete with my velashape sessions. I would definitely recommend this place and will gladly update my review once I have completed my sessions to share my results. Overall I enjoyed my experience!

I purchased a groupon for the Vela Shape. I have only been once out of my five treatments, but the first treatment was a good experience. I will update my review after Ive completed all 5 visits to give better feedback on the therapy itself as well as the staff.UPDATE: Well unfortunately, I had to change my review since I went to my 2nd appointment yesterday and the door was locked. I called three times, sent text messages, knocked on the door, and after waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment time, I had to leave. Unfortunately after the drive down there and traffic to return, it took 3 hours of my time and I received no benefits of a treatment. I was told that a client locked the door and they were unaware that it was locked however the numerous phone calls, knocks on the door, and the fact that no one was missing me after 25 minutes past my appointment time is quite disappointing.Again, I will update my review if things get better, but I now have 4 more appointments to get in, and Im leary about driving all the way down there to just have it be a waste of my time again.Note to owner, if you are going to lock your door due to working with a client, at least put a sign on the door so your other clients are aware, and check your phones when you are expecting your next client.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Velashape treamtnets. Susan, the owner, treated me and she explained the entire procedure and also gave me tips on what to avoid to reduce or get rid of cellulite. The spa was very clean. It was relaxing and comfortable during my treatment. Susan was very friendly and flexible in terms of scheduling. She didnt try to upsell me any other services which I really liked and appreciated.Susan always sends you an appointment reminder via text message a few days prior to you appointment day. If you purchased or plan on having multiple Velashape treatments done, I highly suggest that you make two appointments each week. (Susan recommended getting 2 treatments done each week for consecutive weeks for best results.) Please keep in mind hat the spa is open on Saturdays but does not offer Velashape treatments on Saturdays. Velashape treatments are available only during the week.Looking forward to my next visit!
