My Parents just moved into Prothero Mobile Estates and its a great example of what a community should be. The environment is comfortable, the people are super neighborly and its just a great place to live. Theyre going to be extremely happy here and Id recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a true home.

This is my home for the last six and a half years. I love it here. You must be over the age of forty to live here. There is a pool heated 24/7 365 and hot jet jacuzzi all year. Bingo on Tuesday nights begins at six. Great social gatherings and excellent neighbors. Homes are always well maintained to high standards and the surrounding gardens are filled with some of the finest roses I have ever seen. Pets *small* dogs are welcome and most cats are indoors. There is an huge community/variety of wild birds, they visit daily and are a joy to observe. There are tennis courts, game rooms, faith and spiritual group gatherings on different mornings, & the stitchers congregate one morning each week. Pool tables for the billiards enthusiasts dream come true. Mens groups, womens groups, with exercise guidance in and out of the pool.I have found great joy and peace living here. Lake Forest has it all! Wee are also within walking distance to markets and some of the finest eateries with rich variety of menu. Great shops to shop your hearts content.I truly found my home of homes here at PROTHERO mobile home park. I wish everyone to be as blessed living here as I have been.

I know of three mobile home parks in my life. This one has to be the neatest and cleanest. To me, clean and neat houses and gardens is an indicator the residents care about where they live.

Can be crotchety when 8 yr old son uses the pool or hotub! But its clean n cheap for oc standards! Pretty safe too.

Super clean, Rain or shine they get it all done. Maintainence dept. Need a very good anual raise.

This place is very clean and well kept. The tenants are very nice and can be a little pushy. What can you say about a senior mobile home park.

Very quiet place. Stores and establishments is just outside the main entrance so convenient for the seniors.

I love living here this place is always clean and the management is always friendly
