I like the idea of having a place to go to take a shower and get ready for the weekend and I have really enjoyed the staff they are friendly and very helpful I just wish that they could stay open a little bit longer on Saturdays it would make it easier for me to get there

Been here twice and I love it. Place is very clean, staff is helpful and equipment is in good condition. For a free gym, this place exceeds expectations.

This place is great! Full basketball court, games and a gym. They have four pool tables and they are not used frequently so there is no wait. They gym has five treadmills, two recumbent bikes, two upright bikes, a free weight room and a large multi-station machine workout.
