I think the people at the mall theatre are friendlier than the ones at the Bistro. I try to come here to see my movies if possible. Always clean theatres. Staff is quick in the concession line, even if you are going for a refill.I have never had a bad experience here and I have seen well over 200 movies at this theatre.

This theater is ok but I must say, the other one, Cinemark Bistro is 5 star.

Absolutely love this theater! Its always very clean. Including the bathrooms! The staff is friendly. And the seats....amazingly comfortable!!

Its not bad the screens are ok and clean. Seating itself is pretty good but could use more depth between rows.The snack counter service is always slow and they make the lines difficult by corralling people with snack display and water coolers therefore making it confining on the way and awkward after your purchase.

Slightly above average movie theater. The bistro is better, but only slightly since this theater started doing select-your-seat ahead of time.

It kind of has a shady entrance but otherwise, good movies and good popcorn.

The seating isnt the most comfortable. The main thing to remember about this theater is to be aware of the closing time of the mall. If you park on any side other than the north side after the mall has closed, you will find yourself walking in the dark all the way around the mall to reach your vehicle.

Their prices are a lot more reasonable than many other theaters that I have been to. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Just a great experience overall.

Great place. Not super busy. Clean. Plenty of restrooms and adequate seating. Chairs lean back. Overall, kids loved it.

Seats are comfortable. Could do better with cleanliness. Chicken tenders and fries are really good. The pizza is never cooked enough nor sliced thoroughly.

Loved this experience but they do need additional food cashiers when they invite a special showing crowd like Harriet.

Staff was friendly enough, cleanliness was great, not the usual sticky floors. The layout of the mall is goofy, but the theatre is separated and layer out well.

I visit this location at least 3 times a week spend over 100$ always get 2 cheese and Cheetos with a box well the manager rudely said no I said well I need to go then he responded then U have to go I was like wow over a box. Said it was an inventory thing well when u buy almost anything the come with cheese I have always got a box so now there a surplus of 2 boxes which makes no sence to me well I will not be going to this location anymore and I will strongly recommend all my friends not to also. This was wensday at 640pm I have never seen this manager there

I had an amazing time here. The movie was amazing. The seats just like the movie were just all around amazing. Places like this are why I go out to the movie theaters. If not for the seats, the amazing service, and great cinema revelations, I probably would not go to the movie theaters.

Possitive outlook was seeing in the lobby, computer screens to get your own tickets.

I enjoy stopping by this convenient family friendly location. I usually go once per week to see current movies. The price is affordable and the surroundings are safe. The staff here is very professional and attentive. The theatre is well kept and cleaned thoroughly after each showing. The concessions are appetizing with freshly popped popcorn.

Besides concession prices (which are to be expected). Ive always enjoyed myself while here.

Cold popcorn we were telling him an order and they were charging us another to make us pay more than 44 they wanted to charge us 57 I mean I dont go back again badly the popcorn

Pretty decent theater. the screens are nice and the stadiums always clean. also a pretty decent sound system. I really love the XD auditorium.

Has 14 screens.. offers extreme digital experience.. good place to watch a movie with family n friends.. though they offer tickets at little higher prices.. option of joining the movie club to get discount is there if you are frequent movie goer.. seats are comfortable and viewing a good experience, we watched Incredibles-2 on weekday and theatre was lightly crowded..

If youre under 18 you cannot see a movie on the weekend past 5pm without an adult. I am 17 and was denied seeing a movie thats ridiculous. The seats are also uncomfortable honestly just go to the bistro so much better.

Saw endgame in seat O8 in the XD theater. The seat is off center in relation to the screen but it was decent.

Great service and easy to navigate

Its pretty much like any theatre, but you can put your own butter and salt on the popcorn.

A wonderful time in the theater great job.

We were a little disappointed... It had a awful smell of urine and we had to ask someone to start the movie after sitting 20min. with a blank screen.

Uncomfortable seats that’ll probably leave you wanting to go see a chiropractor afterwards. Some of the seats are torn and remind me of 1990’s office chairs except that fold. No restaraunt-style food like the bistro and are limited to choices like popcorn, nachos etc. Definitely needs a makeover as far as the comfortable seating and food options since bistro takes the cake hands down. Won’t be back at this theatre again.

What I like about this place is more people seem to go to the other theatre in town so this one isnt as crowded. They really should upgrade the seats to be fully reclining but other then that its great.

Play some good movies you want to see

Seats were so uncomfortable, tight and small. There was too many kids/teend just loitering at 9pm not listening to security, being rude when asked to call their parents or when questioned about who was with them, for this reason they have to now i.d. everyone buying tickets after 7 pm or something. Popcorn was stale.

Went and saw the Broly movie, nice place, clean, great picture, seats were alright concession stand was pretty pricey, really wish there was a sign that said No babies but, thats just a personal thing. All and all good movie joint.

Unsupervised children dont behave properly. Many rude people using cell phone in theaters. If you cant stay off your phone in the theater, dont go! Otherwise, a good place. The restrooms need to be cleaned more often (especially the urine on the floor around the toilets in the stalls), clean it up managers, put on latex gloves and do something.

Is just a nice normal cinema.

This is a really nice theater that has very reasonable prices (sub $7) and stadium style seats. I will definitely go back.

Long lines but were through it quickly. Movie theater concession prices are getting so out of hand. Seats were not as comfortable as the upgraded options offered at neighboring theaters. Sat next to a very disturbing lady while trying to watch Avengers. Wish she would have been escorted out.

Great seats, management is attentive, and no issues with a service animal. Even got offered readmission after an emergency had police call me to my car. Only lack of perfection in cleanliness is sometimes their lobby gets trashed and it takes them a while to get someone to clean: BUT this does not represent the rest of their facilities!
