2nd review! We Came back to get hennas! This time Lucy helped us! She was so sweet and patient with my girls. And even when my daughters henna needed a touch up she was kind enough to make time to help us. Lucy thank you so much! I highly recommend these gals!

Michelle did beautiful, intricate work really quickly for my daughter. Days after sun, sand, pool and salt water it still looks perfect!

Lahaina Henna is definitely the best place to get a temporary tattoo on Maui! I love the fact they have sooo many designs to choose from and the artists can custom any design too!! For the braids lovers it’s worth to check their hair menu, lots of hair braiding style!

The ladies who work there are amazing Very talented and friendly!!! If you pass by Lahaina, go and check them out! You will not regret it

Rya is an excellent artist and location is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. The tattoos did exactly as stated, disappeared when we washed off but as described showed up beautifully next day. My kids will never forget this!!!

Amazing place! A bunch of my friends and I went there and all got hennas. The henna tattoos were all so intricate and beautifully drawn! The woman who did our hennas was also extremely chill, friendly, and talented! Overall great place, great people, great service, and great experience!!

Great and priced well! My 7YO Daughter wanted a Tiger and they looked one up online and drew it great! She was very speedy and professional! Check them out!

Michelle rocked it out!! Three of us wanted multiple things done because we are considering getting them tatted for real and just wanted to feel it out. She’s so talented and sweet and this is the perfect thing to do on a vacation, regardless of age! Will return whenever I’m on Maui 0:)

Michelle was amazing. She is very talented and so darling. We had six ladies go together while on a girls trip and all got fun henna tatttoos and our ankles. A fun experience. We would all highly recommend Michelle .

Edit: the ink was left on for 5 hours with no contact with water in that span. She scrubbed off the ink after 5 hours and it was a bit dark in one spot but pretty splotchy in others. We waited the 24 hours. In fact we waited the full 4 days and now its barely visible. We went back for a touch up and will update if improved the second go around.I went to leave a review and was a but surprised by the rating. The artist was super nice but the tattoo just didnt turn out well. My wife let it dry and didnt touch it. Then scrubbed the ink off after about 6 hours as recommend and it came out dark in some places and light in others. A bit splotchy. Well go back for a touch up and update the review if that addresses it. If not, well leave it as is.

I didnt catch the artists name but she was so talented ! My father in law picked out an elephant and I picked out the Hawaiian Islands. She drew it free-handed and did phenomenal. I hope to get another one before we leave Maui !

Had an amazing and fun experience at Lahaina Henna last night! There was a bit of a wait but it was absolutely worth it! Zena? Not sure about spelling? was our artist and she was incredible; Super friendly, with the best vibes and an awesome artist. My daughter ended up getting three stunning tattoos and a beautiful hair braid and they were so good I got a tattoo as well! This is our second year in a row visiting and we’ll be back! Thank you so much for the experience Zena!

Great artwork. Daughter loved it. Only issue was a bit of smearing before fully dried. Otherwise lasted great, back to the mainland. Free touch up later the week was a nice touch.

Absolutely lovely ladies! They did my daughters hair for a wedding, and it was perfect. Still looks great, even after sleeping on it, hiking, and swimming! My,niece got henna, and it was beautiful!

We went today 10/8/19, where Lisa did a henna tattoo for my daughter on her hand. We love it! Lisa is quick and a great artist!! Would definitely recommend!

Ryan (spelling?) was helpful and knowledgeable about her work and gave me a lot of suggestions. She even helped me customize the artwork. She made it extra special adding 3 sea turtles to represent my family as well as beautiful hibiscus flowers.Highly recommend!Mahalo!

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Lahaina Henna. We were extremely happy with her experience and the results. Raya braided her hair which lasted 6 days and maybe would’ve lasted more but my daughter was anxious to see the waves the braids created and so took the braids out after day 6. Zzina did a fabulous henna hand tattoo and molded two styles together amazingly! She also touched up her previous henna and was happy to do it! Thank you ladies! We love the results! Me and both my daughters got henna to represent our lives. The lady was so helpful to explain that they sized to scale and helped the girls with ideas and made their experience extra special. We will definitely come back and get it done again.

AWESOME quality!! the ladies take their time to make my hennas super cool. they look like real tattoos the next day when you wake up. i’ve spent a week in maui and i came back three times for two hennas, a hair braid, and a free touch up on my henna. 10/10 would recommend

First time getting henna and Erika was AWESOME. Prices are great!!! They have lots of wonderful choices! I asked if she could mix 2 hennas that I liked into 1 and she said YES. In the end I showed her a picture of a tattoo Im planning to get (which would be my 1st but Im a whimp to get it.) SHE DID IT! WAY BETTER THAN THE PICTURE!!!!!Mahalo

We have gotten henna tattoos here multiple times. They last a long time. This time, instead of one from their books or daily specials, the gal free hand drew a tattoo for my daughter. It was of a dolphin that my daughter had found a picture of from Google. There wasnt a wait and both tattoos were done in about 30 minutes.

This place is great. We love the owner and the lady that does the braids.. its the best place to stop and get your hair and Henna done. Thank you so much!!!!

I got a dutch braid done for $40. Kind of pricey but I guess thats the norm in maui. Very nice employee.

Meh. Not very skilled couldnt create most designs, design proportions off, dark areas too light. Customer returned from day before henna did not return next day after wash.

My friends and I all got henna here and now I think I may get this as a real tattoo
