Theater was not cleaned up, but there was plenty of space so it worked out to find a new seat since there were leftovers from the previous viewing.Drink order got mixed up, but they fixed it but accident when they brought more drinks after we got our items. It was really unfortunate to get stale popcorn, when those who are trying to go out cant get fresh popcorn.I recommend to try to get an earlier movie and not towards the end to get fresher popcorn and cleaner seats. I only assume the day experience is much different than the later showings because there may be more people. Feel free to reply and let me know if youre day showing was any different.

This theatre is beyond what youve learned to expext from a normal theater. Look it up on line. Too much to mention. Just one thing, get ready for a whopper of an experience. The manager Michael treats you as a genuine VIP.Youll have your own personal waiter.I could go on and on. Cinepolis takes it to a whole new level. Yes, a few bucks more that your local cinema but worth it 10 Xs over.You just have to check it out for yourself. Awesome experience. 5-stars! This movie house was a perfect place to hang out, chill, and spent time together with friends, family, and loved ones. The staffs were very nice, accommodating, and friendly. Also, the foods and drinks that we bought while watching movies were yummy and OK. When we already entered, the seats were comfy, and the screen was too large and extremely loud. Watching a movie at Cinepolis is pure luxury. The seats are comfy and recline. The food is great and the drinks are good. There is plenty of seating at the bar to enjoy drinks before the movie. It also has two outside patios. TIP: if you have a party of three pick the seats on the edge of the isle and bring a small blanket.

Its very old and traditional, so granted no grandiose bathroom setup or variety of snacks, but it was neat watching a non-mainstream in Gay Central LB. Got searched, had my backpack in tow (but so were man others). Excuse was that they have people try to sneak in food. Was just from work and had my laptop in the bag. Was the only African/black in the lobby and wasnt the only one with a backpack. Go figure :( Very embarrassing experience

They had a small selection of snacks but I think thats because the area is so condensed. They had all the favorites like popcorn, nachos, candy, and ice cream. The girl behind the register was very friendly and welcoming. The recliner chairs are clean and comfy, too. I look forward to visiting here again!

Great place to relax and watch a movie. The reclining chairs are so comfortable I’ve actually fallen asleep. Jennifer the Bartender is very friendly and attentive she always makes my drinks great. I would recommend this theater bc it’s relaxing and not stressful like most less expensive theaters.

Movie theaters are nice, but the food is so-so and they keep getting orders wrong and at times I have had to wait for no food to ever arrive.

The Lobby has an extravagant Bar, lounge, and indoor/outdoor seating areaDo not be surprised if the food you ordered is wrong, if it is, summon your server to tell them what you ordered and theyll fix it, they may remove the item from the bill.Plenty of positive experiences at Cinepolis, other experiences left me leaving still hungry. Cinepolis double booked our families seats. Family members drove multiple hours to bond and watch a nostalgic movie. No, we didnt end up seeing the Lion King. Double booked seats are rare, however unexpected situations happen. Despite it being a luxury theater, I recommend that you call again to make sure you are guaranteed your paid reservation.

Friendly staff at the bar for a drink before the movie. Our order for food and drink in the theater was completed before the movie started. The only way to see a movie is these comfy reclining seats. The theater was clean and the video and audio was awesome.

This is my favorite theater! Where else can I get mozzarella sticks and cookies with cream ice cream in one go AND sink into wonderful enjoy recliner seating! Endless menu selections for those with more discriminating palates! Oh, and Tuesdays are classic movie night so you can catch up on films that are meant for the big screen!

I paid for food but never received my order. I ordered the truffle fries. An hour went by after I ordered my food so I went to the lobby during the movie and bought a snack. I saw the waiter and told him to cancel my order because I never received it. That was the end of our communication. They still charged me. This happened on Tuesday, October 29 during The Exorcist. The waiter didnt seem very friendly when I was ordering the food so I wasnt surprised that I was ripped off. It was almost as though this is something that happens regularly.

Came here for the first time with my wife for a date and we had a wonderful time. We have never been in a theatre with reclining seats and waiters! So we had a good time and the tickets were not expensive! Great date idea guys if your significant other has never been!

From the first seconds i had headache, because quality of picture is bad. Yesterday We have ordered nachos and quesadilla with chicken. Nachos was super salted and it was impossible to eat. Quesadilla was super salted and I think it was spoiled because me and my husband now we have stomachache. So, we went out from cinema with headache and swallowed thong (because of the food). Also seats was super uncomfortable! Ordinary IMax much cheaper and more comfortable. I don’t know why this theater is luxury. It’s definitely not luxury. Do not recommended.

A great experience going to the Laguna Nigel Cinepolis. First the before the movie entertainment was really nice. I miss having actual trivia to look at. It wasnt too distracting but enjoyable to look at. The staff was really nice and fast with the food orders. Definitely a great night out.

Just went to see Disneys Aladdin. For me the atmosphere of the place is really chill yet luxurious, most importantly the chairs are comfy and look very clean. As someone whos kind of a health nut my opinion of the food is rather low- frozen fried foods with fancy garnishes, not bad but not great but this is a theater FIRST, restaurant second. All in all the movie was entertaining and our server Alex H made us feel right at home so it evens out!

Like most business owners, we work long hard hours, 7 days a week. So this is our date night, our down time, time to just relax and enjoy a movie in comfort and be pampered and taken care of. No fighting for the armrest in this theater! You have your own big leather recliner with lots of personal space. We always get our tickets online and choose where we want to sit, no standing in line. And no waiting in the ridiculous lines for popcorn, just order it from your seat and its brought to you! (Along with that glass of Cabernet youve been waiting all day for!) We love this place.

Our recent experience with the Laguna Niguel location was less than desirable for having paid over $120 for two people to see a movie. Only one bathroom with two stalls was open. The other ones were closed for some reason. They even ran out of toilet paper and seat protectors! Fortunately, a patron left behind some paper towels.Food used to be decent here. The food at Taco Bell or McDonalds is more flavorful.Not sure what happened but this Cinepolis location seems to have gone downhill over that past few years.

Not for kids. management needs to reconsider why they show kids films here. its not the venue for them somebody at corporates making a big mistake over and over again.For a quick bite to eat the menu is sophisticated and they have signature cocktails and lots of wine.Ambiance is very nice as long as theres not kids running around

So basically they have nicer reclining chairs with a table and they also serve you food and drinks at your seat. but obviously the tickets are a bit more expensive than a regular movie they were about $22 if Im not mistaken

I went to Cinepolis for my first time on Sunday and was not disappointed. Everything from getting the tickets to leaving was enjoyable. Everyone was very nice and professional. One person who stuck out to us who provided us amazing customer service and had a friendly demeanor was a server named Lewis. I was very impressed with how Lewis was so knowledgeable of the menu. We will definitely be returning to Cineoplois.

I love this place but you have to either sit in the front of the balcony or the very last row. Otherwise you feel like people are breathing down your back. This is how you should see a movie. It is a restaurant and bar at your powered, adjustable seat while you kick back, relax and watch your movie. The argument I hear people make is how expensive it is. But, regular movie theater prices are nearly as high and you can really only get popcorn and candy there. This is so much more. My wife and I have not been to any other movie theater in years and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. How many movie theaters do the waiters remember you and personally greet you? If you havent gone to Cinepolis before, go. You wont be disappointed.

Usually a great movie experience but last 2 visits this month resulted in this bad review. For the money Im spending, a lot for 2 tickets, 2 drinks and 3 tacos = $100.00 with tip, I expect exceptional service and not 9 employees ignoring me, walking by me as I wait at a table for service. The employees there may be the rudest, least hospitable crew Ive ever experienced. They dont even pretend to be interested in you or doing their job. The food and drink service is slow, so slow. The tacos were greasy, so greasy. And last night, after buying tickets online, we showed up to find out the projector was broken for the movie and had to get a refund. And the employee doing the refund LEFT in the middle and didnt return or say why he left. Eventually another employee finished the transaction. If I were the GM Id fire everyone and start over. Also the facility is not very clean. Ill only return for a movie, not the experience.

I really enjoy going to this theater, I think this was my fourth visit. Good atmosphere and service. One demerit for the footrest (broken), and the mens room could use more frequent cleaning.

This is the first time weve been to one of these luxury movie theaters. The seats were great. They were wide with a table and they reclined too flat. Tickets are expensive or about 22 bucks per person, but I would definitely recommend it as a once in awhile outing for the family.

The ONLY place Ill to to see a movie. Of course, like any place, its not perfect, although its certainly the best movie theater in the area. I was surprised when it was actually a Luxury Cinema, but it definitely lived up to its name.

Not the greatest of experiences, especially for a Luxury theater. Back row literally has the surround speakers mounted above your head...incredibly loud. Luckily theater was empty so we moved up four rows. But then chairs were putting a lot of pressure on my calves. Never had either of those problems at any other theater I have ever been to before.
