Nice and unique place with good food. I came here with friends and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

Marine room Tavern is good place for someone who loves live music. It has small stage at the end of it. Performance was really good and I enjoyed it. The sound quality was good and environment also was really nice. Drink price was good. It has $5 entrance fee and they only accept cash. It is a good place for drinking, dancing and have fun with friends.

My favorite thing about this bar was the ambiance.The drinks were great, and you could enjoy them in a classy setting.This is a great place for a date, weeknight happy hour, or outing with friends. And bartenders are all awesome and will treat you right!

This place looks so much better than the old dive bar days. Still smells a bit like old bar rot, but its really nice now with a loungey feel and the area for live bands is great with plenty of room to dance. Big comfy couches and chairs in back and you can even reserve areas.

Door staff is extremely rude (Alex and girl). customer kindness is nonexistent. Terrible management to allow employees to behave so immaturely. Clearly a power game for the girl collecting money at the front door. Sad how one employee can ruin a reputation of an establishment.

We were there on a Saturday night and they had an awesome live band. Upbeat bar and fairly priced drinks. Will definitely be back.

This place is awesome! This is definitely one of the local favorites. The drinks are made well and their selection is huge. It can be extremely busy on the weekends but its worth the wait. Live bands play on the weekends and its usually pretty fun... especially after a few drinks. Cheers!

This bar is great for a first date. Highly recommend!Cozy environment, great booze, and fun bartenders. As you walk in this bar has a long bar area, a pool table, a group table by the window, and cushioned seating around a fireplace. The bartenders (and security) are professional, friendly, and efficient. In the back was a musician (DJ playing slightly remixed oldie tunes) but the music wasnt too loud as to hurt conversation. Charles makes the absolute BEST Old Fashion. I highly recommend his version with Four Roses Single Barrel. The long bar is comfortable and has a huge selection of booze.

GreatPlace just to relax on down time

Naw. Been coming to this place since 1989. I’ve watched the progression. It’s not comfortable anymore. It’s not a tavern any more. It’s not “pub” like, at all. It’s dark, dank (not in new terms), and blah. The character has slowly been drawn out of this place. Find any bar in Cleveland and you will have found what’s left of The Marine Room. The bartender...fantastic! But, seemingly scared to be who they are in fear of big brother (or, big sister) watching overhead. Too many other good places in the area. Travel just a bit south and catch Mozambique. Piano bar on lower deck on Friday night! Amazing. Skyloft, seemingly owned by same people, but, they have the right recipe. Haven’t been back to the White House in years, but, can probably assure they have kept to tradition. The Lumberyard...great. Grab a quick drink in The Marine Room for yourself. See what I mean...?

The best bar in laguna beach. This place has different vibes depending on the time of day and day of the week. Its interesting because it can be relaxed and a chill environment but quickly can be packed and have the party life vibe depending on the music

Has got to be the coolest bar Ive ever been to..the whole idea and concept is genius..just make sure you bring your monocle lol the music was great..the bartender was as cute as a button..and the best part is they saved me from loosing my id..thanks lady whoever you are..but yeah check it out..

This place can get pretty crowded on weekends but if you get there around 9 or 10 you can snag yourself a pretty good spot near the live music with your friends. They have a great selection of whiskey and bourbon and Ive never had an issue with waiting too long for a drink or for one of the bartenders attention

Nice and cozy place.

Great bar, the bartenders are fast and used to the crowds. The lounge areas are comfortable with neat decor. Very cool stage for bands but the speaker on the right of the stage is blown, needs to be fixed. I saw GrooveSession there and they are awesome.

Decent selection of beers on tap. Definitely a change of pace from the other establishments in the area. Bartender was very friendly and prices are slightly less then other local bars. Live music was very good and i would go again.

The location is great, less than 1/2 block off of S. Coast Hwy in the center of Laguna Beach. I like the casual bar with a bit. It is well managed, clean, comfortable and popular. The bartenders are friendly and live music adds makes it a fun time.

Great food...Great vibe...Great staff...However, the ratio of men to women isnt ideal as far as the singles scene goes...I think this place is a great place for groups, but not a good pick if youre looking to mingle...

Table & board games are supplied for guests. Beer and liquor selection is good. Locals like to hog the pool table and play among there local friends other than that I would have gave 5 stars

I LOVE THIS BAR the drinks are great they have over 140 whiskeys and live music every night. This is my favorite spot to go to after dinner on date night! The bartenders are all super attentive I always have a great time here.

Superb! Very nice party spot, love the main dance area. Beers are at reasonable price. Great DJ and choose of music love the smoke effects. Well secured, bouncers are every where. Though theres a line up we need not need to wait longer. Huge place. Crowds are crazy party people. Definitely coming back and recommendable.

Pretty chill place. Every time Ive been here there has been live music, so thats awesome. They have a fire place that is nice to hang out by, next to a pool table. They have local beers on tap and a wide selection of drinks. I believe the cover starts around 9pm, so get there before then to save a few bucks. Typical drink prices for Laguna. Definitely one of our stops while we putt around downtown.

My son who just landed back in the states from Afghanistan went with me to the marine room where he was treated quite well by the bar tender and patrons.. the drinks were mixed by the local hero and the band sounds like they are ready to do another set

Upscale biker bar with live music, strong drinks, friendly beach crowd on weekend afternoons. This place packs in a crowd yet service is good i.e. short wait time for refills.

We love this place! It Totally Rocks!Killer bands, awesome staff, and although some of the regulars there are complete chuckleheads, theres always some hot babes and plenty of cool people to rock out with.. if youve never been there, get on it!

Super staff, the service was great and the food very nice. If you are after traditional traditional Italian food stick to the pasta and meat dishes, the pizza is ok but not a Italian one. We will be back

Such a wonderful and fun place! Ive been a musician here for almost a year and everytime I perform the patrons are having an excellent time and the bartenders are making great drinks.

Fantastic time as always. Band was popping and the Jenga treated me well. They were quick with a drink and the customers we polite as heck.

Dont let the front fool you...there is big fun thru those doors. Only place in town with pool tables. Leave your inhabitons at the door and have some fun.
