Fun place to go for pool but the male bartenders and bar manager are very unfriendly and rude. A bar is supposed to be a social place to have fun but they are very serious and seemingly don’t want to be there. I won’t be going back.

Good tables, good sticks, decent draft beer, price is right.

I really love the atmosphere here. Great place to shoot pool and hang out with friends. Typical bar bathroom that has a pretty pungent odor. Other than that, the drinks are reasonably priced and I always like seeing the new artwork.

This is an excellent bar with a wonderful atmosphere and attentive, caring staff. There are five of the best kept pool tables you will find in town (aside from a few billard halls) and they do a great job replacing and repairing their pool sticks. This establishment is dog friendly so bring your pup! They run a special every night for buy one-get-one well shots, and the happy hour prices cant be beat. The Greenroom hosts a very open, accepting environment, so you will find people from all walks of life sitting together sharing a drink at the bar. And hey ladies, the door men are always happy to help you if some creep comes at you sideways; theyre not just there to check IDs, they want you to feel safe.All around a wonderful bar, my favorite in town!

Great little bar!

I mean come on, this bar is legit the coolest, most laid back, and fun bar in Lafayette. I can walk in there and meet some awesome people and get some cool and different drinks. Best bar around for sure!

I went last night for a friends rap concert(My home boy is a local rapper). I had the time of my life. I might go back tomorrow night or Tuesday night.

Good vibe. We showed up a bit late heard some decent kareoke. Late night kareoke can be hit or miss this was a hit.

Karaoke night is great, great atmosphere, my only complaint is the drink prices are kind of high.

Cant say enough, this place is a beacon for like minded individuals. Good people attract good people.

Best Bar Downtown. This is the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest bar in Downtown Lafayette by far. They have great drink specials, including their happy hour from 4-9 everyday, showcase local artists, multiple pool tables, so there is something for everyone here. Check it out.

The Green Room is a great place for a happy hour drink or an evening of socializing. The tap beer selection is good if not expansive. It attracts a fairly eclectic crowd of people. Service is usually pretty quick and friendly. I like that they offer a few dark brews on tap, including Guinness.

Karaoke is so much fun here. It is on Wednesday nights. Kings of karaoke does karaoke there and is the best karaoke in the area. So many good singers sing there its like a free concert. Theyre also dog friendly. You can bring your dog.

Cocktails are ok but be aware! If you close your tab at the end of the night the Bartenders will charge you 10-20% depending on them, they will not notify you and when you walk through the door they will not have anyone tell you about this information! Had a friend go there the next day to see and never have they told him about this nor did he get an extra charge! I notify the Shift lead (Erin) there and asked her when and where do they tell or where is a sign telling that they will charge you more by the end of the night and she could not give me any information on that, which she clearly lied and said “on one of the beer coolers” (which would be a perfect place to NOTIFY! Your guest) the only thing she could tell me after asking “when do your bartenders let the guest know about the extra charge” she clearly says “this is our policy here” so be Advise they will take your money by the end of the night! My ticket for 2 tequila sunrise (well (cheap) tequila) and a bag of chips was $25 they charged me an extra $5 just because

This is a laid back bar with AWESOME karaoke on Wednesdays! Super fun although some lady had her dog in the bar not on a leash and, myself not being a dog person, I could have lived without that.

I have been a fan of The Green Room for many years. The walls are always decorated with absolutely amazing artwork and the bar is full of cheerful patrons. Never have a problem finding a random person to talk to or play a game of pool with. Highly recommend this bar.

Now that Lafayette is becoming smoke free, Ill be happy to go to this place more. They have a great beer selection with a lot of staff on weekends, so the wait isnt long at the bar. Its a cool place with a lot of nice art on the walls. The main reason why I didnt go often was because of the smoke.

Place is a nice chill out spot. Just to enjoy the beer and the music, while playing some pool. Bartenders are friendly and very helpful with the beer selection.

Great selection of beer, whether draft, bottle or can. Pool tables, shuffleboard, foosball. Cool artwork for sale on the wall. A surprising amount of tvs for a place that isnt a sports bar. Great service as well. Would give 5 stars if not for always dirty bathrooms, even on slow days.

Great locals bar downtown. Lots of interesting art and plenty of people watching opportunities. Pool tables and a pretty decent beer selection are highlights.

Great Friday happy hour till 9

I go to the greenroom almost exclusively for the excellent staff. They have the typical bar games like pool, shuffle board, foosball, ect. Its right on the outskirts of the downtown strip so its good for avoiding big crowds. Best times to go are early for happy hour and sundays for Saints games. Watch out for this guy named Bart.

Great atmosphere and music. Drinks are good and bartenders are always on point. Lots of stuff to do like pool and shuffleboard. Its hard not to have fun here.

Never got service, the bartender waited on five different men before she even asked me and I was standing they before them. Bad music and really loud. Didnt even stay for one drink

A lot of options on tap, good mixed drinks as well. A bit on the pricey side, but not really unreasonable by any means. Good place when theyre not swamped.

One of the better run bars on Jefferson, staff always on point, great selection of beers on tap. A little bit too crowded with pool tables, though.

A nice atmosphere, very calm and suitable for casual drinking with some friends.

Its a bit of a dive, of course, but as far as dives go, its a really good one. I went for Disney Karaoke recently and the staff were really nice and moving quickly.

Was on a table to play pool. A girl came up and tried to fight over the table she was on even though it had been empty. Told her we were playing. 9 of her friends walked up to all fight me. Door guy walked up and kicked me out, even though Ive been a regular there for over a year, and clearly tried to explain the situation. Used to love coming here, but everything has gone so down hill since Yates became manager. Wont be supporting this local business anymore.

Well Ill tell ya what I went there last night and yes it would have been my first time but the guy at the door wouldnt let me in because I didnt have my Id. Im 55 yrs old and look a hell of lot older than 21. But nope couldnt get in. And will not go again. The only place thats ever did that to me. The same thing happened to friends of mine tonight.... you lost more customers and yes I will spread our experience with others.
