I really appreciate having this great business in our city. We love particulars.
Stunning pieces of art and not that expensive. I love supporting local creators. They throw evens when the artists are there and you can talk with them. They offer classes to take with some of the artists well. Super super fun place to visit. Also Eats and sweets is right next store!
Amazing art and artists, especially love their different art shows... and pay special attention to the beautiful book binding work of Jeff Becker. ; )
It is a co-op that supports local artists. They offer classes. Theyre very friendly.
Taking painting classes loving it great teacher
Great shop - these folks were and remain a critical component to the Old Town Lafayette turn around. With a simple idea that art could revitalize a commercial district there leadership and hard work showed many what was possible. Many talented artist reside here - its certainly a must stop in Old Town Lafayette and truly in all of Boulder County. A community treasure that in supporting and purchasing (critical point, dont look, buy) - we build a better community.
I love this place! Lafayette Arts at its best.
I would love to love this place. The artists and staff try very hard, but its a pretty small place without as much variety as I would hope for. Go there anyway and support the local arts!
A passionate community of Artists. I love my visits to pARTiculars!
It is our go-to place for finding unique artwork for our home and especially for gifts. Every time we visit, there are new artists and new looks. A real treasure.
Great artists co-op lots of interesting at pieces.
Gorgeous jewelry, luscious paintings & pastels, whimsical sculpture. Everything is handmade by local artists. Just wish my pocketbook could keep up with my desires!
When giving a painting to be, Hung, in a Show, make sure you check on where its actually hung. The painting I gave to be Hung, in the Day of the Dead show was hung in the further corner of the back classroom. It couldnt have had staff oversight on most occasions. It ended up being smeared with some kind of gunk. The gunk was water based and I removed most and it abraded the surface of the painting. The painting is ruined due to defacement. It was a well done painting. It was of A murdered Gay youth, Mathew, with bloody face and open pants tied to a fence. When I walked in for the first time possible, as I was temp. moving to a Hotel for 2 weeks, the room was full of children.I pulled it the next day and failed to see the 3 semi-translucent smears until I unloaded it and the sun hit it. I looked for scratches or dents while at the COOP. Therefore its my problem. Not only was this painting clearly not meant for children; Id rather have had it been rejected due to location limitations if this was the vulnerable area intended for it. I had told them it was to be donated to Boulder County Aids Project. Dave Burdette
PARTiculars is a significant sponsor of the 3rd Friday Art Night Out in Lafayette. This is a community arts event in Old Town Lafayette, with live music, downtown art walk, beer and wine garden, artist booths, face painting, dining, literature, shopping, art receptions, childrens activities, & more. Such a great time and wonderful place to bump into everyone you know!
