Dont know it intimately but did speak with the property manager, Judy. I was there for a job interview. One of the nicest person you ever want to meet. Drove around the property and it is immaculate! So peaceful and serene.

My apologies. The Southern Palms Community in Ladson, SC is a beautiful place. It is definitely NOT a trailer park. We DID visit this community back in May and were impressed. Google sent a request for a review of a property, last week, for a property that I had visited four months ago, and I gave a negative review to the wrong property. Again, my apologies. Anyone visiting Southern Palms would be greatly impressed. We seriously considered moving there,

This is a quiet community of friendly caring neighbors. There are activities if you choose and your yards are maintained for you so everything looks nice.
