Lot prices continue too skyrocket without seeing any additional services lets talk about the pandemic and folks losing jobs but those issues is not concerted lets be more concerned about your client here at Ryefield and have a little more compassion

It is a pretty good place. We enjoyed being there but did have problems at lot 8. I dont know for sure but I think it is a meth house. I will return in the future but I will definitely be careful around lot 8. Thanks

Streets not clean, heard they over charge or keep raising rent.

Very nice mobile home park. It’s clean, quiet, & the manager & maintenance is great. If you need something they are there quickly. I love living here!

Nice quite neighborhood

Worst company ever yes comunities i was recently arrested in my own home bc they evicted the former owner not myself so I got no notices but was aressted for tresspasing and have been waiting a rule to stay herring 6mo my family n I have been homeless all in their evil efforts to keep my mobile home

Mantince slow and shoddy. People that live there are good they deserve better management.

My sister live there, its the only reason I visit.

Best place to live

Good place to live. Our corner of the neighborhood is very quiet mostly. Most people mind their own business. We have a neighbor who is constantly doing home/yard improvement projects lots of wood work so its kinda loud. Youll here hammering and woodsaws until late evening hours for weeks on end. Sucks because one of us works overnight and sleeps during the day. But like I said we mind our own business and they are good neighbors to us otherwise. Their yard and home look nice too. Some loud music from another house but you can only hear it when outside.Otherwise great neighborhood. There is a house with a rooster. Its cute. I like to drive by slowly so I can see it at their fence. Everyone here that Ive met is very nice. Some quirks but we all live different lifes so just keep that in mind and be a good neighbor. Sometimes I mow the front of side neighbors yard just to help them out because we have force mow Mondays. Managment has good rules in place to keep the neighborhood and residents keeping yards and outward appearance of homes pleasant. Reasonable with warnings and given enough time to fix any problems.

They B.S. with u to much they lazy wont get out check on people asking questions massive flooding after a hard rain, they lye raised lot rent 18.00 to cover trash I moved in it was taken out of lot rent rip off, they needed to freeze lot rent they end up losing people some on a fixed budget (they dont care) my yard looks like crap after a hard rain need dirt.
