The manager is very rude, and blatantly favors those of her own culture. I was recently kicked off property for doing the same thing as someone who is of Hispanic origin. I later came back on to property to discover the people I was sharing parking with had not moved. I would not recommend living here if you are non-hispanic

The management is great and helpful tenets not so much loud all night disrespectful kids running around unsupervised day and night drug activity e everything is overgrown its on a lake which you have no access to and zero parking

The people who manage the complex are always puckung on the slightest detail wush makes it difficult for people on low incomes.Also children are not allowed to play outside to ride their bicycle.Very hard with no playground area its all about the money not for their tenants.

The managers here suck and theyre constantly trying to change the rules for all those who live here. They dont respect privacy either and will show up at your door at all hours of the day. On top of all that, they always seem to blame those who dont bother anyone for the faults of everyone else
