Nice and clean over 60 mobile home park. Well lit common area well maintained. A fence would increase safety and not give access from multiple points of the property. A bike was stolen from my families lot someone cut the lock. Vagrants do come around and arent shy to knock on doors to ask for money.

A 55+ community. Rent goes up every year about $20/month. Water and garbage pickup furnished. Septic systems shared with one or two other homes. Manager on site Mon-We’d only. Rent 2020 is $680/month. Common areas kept by park. Maintenance technician lives in the park.

55 and over mobile home park. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Mostly double wides with a few manufactured homes mixed in. This property is long established and the landscaping is mature and well kept. Clubhouse and info near the entrance.
