This is a cool car museum, great family history and vehicle history. Has a good variety of cars. Affordable.

Ford dealer since 1911 and has some neat displays

Well worth $5, nice collection of cars from 1905 to 1970 plus some modern Mustangs and a Ford GT.

Its small, but has a variety of old and newer automobiles. For me, it was worth going just to see the Ford GT Heritage Edition.

Stopped in there today with hubby. Its worth the $5 a person to tour it! Ken was the guy who gave us interesting info on alot of the cars. From T birds to model As and Ts.

If you like older cars, looking for something on a rainy day, or want to take a trip down memory lane like I did, its well worth it.

Very neat experience. If you are a Ford person most all cars are, so thats a plus. They had a drive in theatre section but nothing was playing in it which was a little odd. The guide who met us when we walked in pointed out that area as if we should go see it.They have a bell set up to notify people when someone walks through the door, which completely makes sense. However, when its busy like it was when we went, it is SO annoying. Literally going off continuously. If you have someone staffed in the museum that day who is watching the door, maybe turn it off? That is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars.

Nice looking cars, only $5 to get in. Presentation of vehicles very well done, takes a couple of hours or less depends upon how much u read about the vihicles. Interesting histiry of the dealership & relationship with Henry Ford

I loved the museum. The cars were magnificent and well preserved. Whenever I need service I go there.

We were visiting the US from England, UK and stopped in here to check it out. WOW what a collection of both old and new, and the curator who showed us around (apologies I forget his name) was very knowledgeable, took pics of us with the cars and was just an all round nice guy.

Dozens of new and well-restored automobiles, mostly Fords, including Model T and 2007 Shelby GT500. Much helpful and interesting signage.

Horrible customer service!!!No one approached us... we had to go look for someone to help us. The famous saying in this place is 5 minutes once you hunt someone down. Horrible!!! Will NEVER do business with this company!

Quite an unexpected jem

Went for a day trip with some friends and the tour was fun the tour guide was amazing and friendly.

Beautiful cars and the nicest host or greeter Ive ever met.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, comfortable waiting room with free wi-fi and refreshments. Had asked them to replace one wiper blade and they accidently replaced both, but only charged me for one. The prices were reasonable (oil change, checked fluids and tires, wiper blade) and I was impressed with their efficiency. Highly recommended.

What a great little museum to stumble upon, even tho I am by no means a gear head the collection of beautiful older vehicles is AMAZING and a must see!!! How I had not known this has existed in LaCrosse before is beyond me......

Stay away from this place at all costs. I have had issues with the cars computer for a while now. They didnt know the part was in even after I verified it the week before. The first time I came in to diagnose the computer issue; they were clueless and took almost 3 hours to pull the battery for a minute to try and reset the computer to diagnose the problem.Second is the help desk in the front will lie directly to your face instead of simply saying they dont know and/or finding somebody that does know. Its not that hard, everybody makes mistakes but there is an easy way instead of trying to bs your way through helping people.Third is they breach my contract every time as well for not having a rental available. I pay extra every month and it needs to be honored, its obviously not being.This place loves to waste your time. Do yourself a favor and drive elsewhere..Edit: after they took two hours today to install something that should have taken 45 tops, I finally get my car back. I go to check out the computer and set it up how I like it and I notice the CMU is three versions behind. There is a major bug in 55 and 56 and they should be all at 59. So I go back in and talk to them. Their answer? Its updated at the factory. I tell them they are mistaken and its three updates behind you are wrong, our technician doesnt leave his work halfway competed. I logon to my mazda account and show them the versions released. After that I get every excuse in the book.Sorry for the long review... trust somebody that knows what they are talking about when I say these guys are idiots.
