Our pizza was delivered by DoorDash. The driver was very friendly! Delivery was quick. The pizza was good. We didn’t care for the garlic bread.

Pizza might be good, if it gets to me hot. Using Doordash as your delivery service is unsatisfactory! If I wanted to wait for one of their drivers to get to my delivery Id use them. Doordash picks up & delivers multiple orders at a time so when I recieved my order it was barely warm. Reflects very poorly on Mr. Gattis.

The Gattis food & service at this location is good most of the time, but we didnt get our pizza fix here this week, because theyre out of thin crust AGAIN... 3rd week in a row.If Gattis no longer makes a thin crust, please LMK. TY!

Pizza is good but I refuse to use their delivery method, Door Dash. Havent had the best experiences with Door Dash employees!

Good food, pretty fast, staff not really personable

Other than forgetting to make one of my pizzas, this was great. I reserve the right to change my mind once the pizzas are not all 50% off. That helps me be very patient.

I order 3 pizzas and 2 hours later i called them because we had not received our order.. they said they would remake them before doordash guy gets there and parently they got there and pizzas werent ready for him... I will never again order from here.

This review is specifically for their delivery service, Door Dash. They certainly dash all right;so fast in fact they dont deliver your whole order! And the best part, because they arent actual employees, Gattis cant do anything about the terrible service. Their actual pizza is good, so it would be perfect if they actually delivered their own product. #nope #thanksnothanks

I placed order for deliveryI took picture of receipt and when I checked my card statement online the amount is alot more than what receipt showed. Not sure where the difference is coming from as receipt showed delivery fee already included. Called store manager only to be told she would get back to me as she would have to discuss this with her GM. This is unacceptable!! Dont charge one amount and then take it upon yourself to collect more than what I agreed to pay.

Very friendly staff. Of course its Gattis so the pizza is amazing. What more could you ask for? Order online for a faster experience if youre in a rush.

Terrible customer service I tried to place an order for pick up and they said they were closed 30mins early on a Tuesday very unprofessional and unbelievable.

I think its ok. I dont think its in the same realm as papa murphys. I would even say its below dominos or papa johns. I got an XL, which in todays pizza world equates to 16. The pizza was ready when I got there and I was able to order online more easily than dominos. I probably wont return, id take most other pizzas over it. Id even say that cicis is slightly better than this.

The lady that takes your order is great but the people that you meet in the store or rude inconsiderate and unobservant. This has been my experience three or four times. The management needs to do something about this potentially great place with lousy employees

I despise the fact that your using door dash I have waited well over an hour for my food. Had I known I would have just picked it up. Just hire delivery drivers like you use to or make people aware of this outsourced BS on the website before we place the damn order.

Please just pay delivery drivers like any normal pizza place and quit going through door dash for your deliveries or they will ruin the reputation of this place. I assumed they had drivers just like any pizza place I’ve ever ordered from, the website doesn’t say they go through door dash. I wasn’t informed of this until I waited over an hour for my pizza to get here just to be told that the driver couldn’t get into my complex and simply left.... I provided the gate code and very specific instructions on where my building is. Which is right in front, you don’t even need to get into the gate to get to my building as they could’ve walked through the office at this time of the day.... sorely disappointed, was even more shook when they told me they gave MY pizza to the delivery driver who didn’t even make an attempt to call me with my order. I live in front of the building and spend a lot of time on my patio and didn’t see anyone having trouble getting into the gate... Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. I can also see from the reviews I’m clearly not the only one with this complaint.

We tried this place twice. The first time we ordered, they took the order and said it would be about 30 minutes. Ok, no problem. We wait, and wait, and wait with 30 minutes come and gone. 45 minutes... an hour... still nothing.1 hour 15 minutes, we call to ask whats up and the manager on duty tells us they are using Door Dash for delivery and they have to wait for a driver from Austin to be available to come to Kyle to pick it up but they tell me it will be any second now, so I agree to wait.1 hour 30 minutes goes by and nothing. Finally I call back at 1 hour 45 minutes and ask whats up and they say no driver has become available yet, so we cancel the order and go to Pizza Hut.Not knowing that this whole Door Dash thing was permanent (assumed it was because they were busy and needed extra delivery help), we decided to try a second time. We ordered their special 1 large 3 topping for $12.99. By the way, Pizza Hut has a 1 large 2 topping pickup for $7.99, but we have always been huge Mr Gatti fans. We order with extra sauce and a pan pizza.They tell us the wait will be about 45 minutes. I roll my eyes, but say ok and hope they redeem themselves. Well, it did arrive at about the 45 minute mark, but what we got was the thinnest pizza you could imagine. Picture cardboard with a sprinkle of cheese and a few toppings.Ive had their pan pizza in the past and I know what it should look like and this wasnt it. On top of that, there was no extra sauce and to say the pizza was cold upon arrival is an understatement. You know how pizza gets kind of hard when sitting out a while? Yeah, that was this. Traditional pizza delivery persons have those pizza warmers they transport it in for a reason... to keep the pizza warm. The door dash guys do not use those as the pizza just sits on their seat until delivery while getting cold.It was cold and unfulfilling and after the total came to almost $19 total with delivery, we decided were never going back again. Pizza Hut it is from now on. Its a shame.

All Gattis in the area use door dash now, so I usually just pickup instead of waiting for a random person to deliver my order to me. Pizza is always ready and hot when I pick it up. Same good taste as all the Gattis that Ive had in the past!

Never again will I order from this location. Took a hour and a half to get 2 large pizzas. I called after a hour and the associate couldn’t tell me when I would get the pizza and said “it’s out of my hands now that we gave it to door dash, call back if you don’t get it”! Once I finally got the pizza they were both hard and super cold!Very disappointing

This was definitely the first & LAST time I order from here again. Ordered 2 large pizzas pepperoni and the other was sausage. Both tasted old, dried up, and hard. Disgusting.

Well I order a lrg chicken wings and got a free cheese pizza . The wings where great the pizza was awful. I called in the guy was rude and said it was free what did I expect for a free pizza . It was old and I waited 45 mins for my order to begin with . You order on line they say 20 mins and you wait 45 mins at least give me a fresh pizza .

I ordered when I got there and it was ready in less than 15 minutes! The location is small because its carry out only. Only thing they could do differently would be to add more seating for waiting on the orders. The food is just like any other Gattis pizza, fantastic!

I will start with I have always been a fan of Mr. Gattis pizza. Its been a long wait for them to come to Kyle. Never have I had a hard time or bad service till the one in town open. First try I called our order a head of time they guy was rude I figured it was him being overwhelmed from It being the first week open. I knew the order was wrong from when he repeated it but he was so quick to get off the call. So I stopped by and sure enough, it was. I had to replace the order and well had a little longer wait. Second time today and did delivery guy took the order and payment said 40 minutes. It was a little over an hour waiting so I call and well turns out they could not find my house so they took the food back and no one thought to call me good thing I did and I had to go picking it up or wait all over again so I went and it was still a wait due to it not being ready. Every one seams annoyed when they take your call

Absolutely terrible service!!! This Gattis is garbage!!! This location has had my order wrong twice!!! That and our pie wasn’t even cut all the way through!! I ordered my pizza online and it said 20 minutes till ready. My daughter gets there 19 minutes later and the manager says they barely received the order. The pizza was super cold when it got home which makes no sense since I had WAIT. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. this is THE WORST gattis ever. Close it or fire entire staff and start over.

Couldn’t be happier now that Mr gattis is in Kyle! I ordered it at least once a week. San Marcos location gave me an empty pizza box before after driving 20mins to get it. Haven’t went back til the Kyle location opened! Loving it!!!!

*UPDATE* Cant get through to them yet after 30 minute. Pizza took 1 hr. 45 mins to get here. Currently going on 70 minutes for delivery (we live less than four miles from it). We called and 13 people are waiting right now to talk to them.

I love mr. Gattis but this location uses door dash and it sucks!! I waited over 1hr and a half and still no pizza was told pizza would be here in 10 mins well 20 mins passed and still no pizza. So I just called and cancelled will never order from this location again.

I went there today for their large 1 topping 6.99 special. Ordered half cheese and half sausage and onions. Last time I checked half plus half equals one... they said because I got 2 toppings it didn’t qualify for the deal. Let me break this basic math down again... .5+.5=1 How is that a hard concept? The manager then talks to ME like I’m the idiot telling me that I got THREE toppings.. I said what?! She said cheese counts as a topping lmao since when?! In what world?! I wasn’t going to sit there and be talked to by a dimwit that thinks half plus half equals 3. I told her I wasn’t paying for that pizza and I was leaving. She had the nerve to say “it’s still only 9.50” and I said “I can get the same pizza from dominos for 6.99 year round, no thanks”. What kind of customer service is that to literally sit there and argue with me about BASIC MATH... no disrespect but there’s a reason you work at a pizza joint and I am an accountant. Please. I will never go back there based solely on how they treated me like I was an idiot and tried to rip me off.

2nd time in a row I ordered pizza. 3 large pepperoni and extra cheese. Half of the pizza is bubbled up with no cheese or pepperoni. Would give a neg rating if I could.

Customer service is not that great. I’ve been waiting for a gatties pizza in this area for years and now we have one. The guy taking my order couldn’t give me an estimated delivery time and seemed annoyed by my order. I know they just opened and have a few problems to iron out but still not a great start for this location.

Where’s the cheese? Imagine taking a handful of cheese and spreading on a large pizza. Too little? Well split that in half- then that’s what you’ll get on a GATTIS PIZZA. It was terrible. We will not be eating there again. This is the bottom of the barrel take out pizza.
