Wow..... spent 5 min getting ready to bowl after she said we couldnt they were busy....one person was bowling. Said the would be full at 4 and its 3. Only wanted the lane for an hour. After explaining 3 to 4 was only an hour she states you would have to hurry and leave. I said fine. Gets our names and shoes I go to pay with exact change she states we dont take cash. Never again will I ever step foot in an EVO establishment.

This place looks awesome!! We stopped in to see “Fantasy Island” and the theatre was great! Very clean, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly!!And we went on Tuesday so it was SUPER affordable!!Candy and drink prices were very reasonable also!!Planning our next outing very soon!

My family loves this theater. The employees are nice and the prices are great. We’ve really been enjoying the classic movies lately. I was also impressed that they stayed open for their employees during the pandemic even though business was almost non-existent for awhile.

This place is great. The food is fantastic. Drinks are good. Havent caught covid. Will go again!

They don’t have any of the activities their website features. There’s no paintball, airsoft, or VR experience at the Kyle location. Also, our reservation for a lane was at 3:00 but they didn’t actually reserve a spot for us so we had to wait 40 minutes to bowl and you’re not even allowed to finish. The game automatically ends after one hour. They give you menus and take your order at the lane but that time is factored into your hour and it shouldn’t be.

They really need to update the seats here. Every other evo has reclining seats except this one. Regardless of reclining or not theyre just not comfortable

Surprised! Food was really good. Bowling was super fun. Staff friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back.

They are doing a great job of cleaning up frequently, as well as making sure everyone is having a good time.

We went bowling and had a good time. When I got the tab the food prices seemed right, and I ordered 2 pitchers. I know it’s on me, but $20 a pitcher is a little out there. Will reconsider buying beer from here.

The evo drive in was one of the worst experiences of my life. To begin, all cards were placed in a manner that no one could leave in case of emergency. We’re not allowed to bring our food, yet the car service was terrible. Second, my car lights do not turn off completely when the radio is on. They only dim. The employees took it upon themselves to tape paper over my headlights without asking or making me aware before hand. Lastly, the speaker quality was garbage. It was to my understanding that we would find the said radio station and play it in order to hear the movie. But you can’t access the radio station on your phone. Only on the car radio.

We went bowling it was great did take a while to eat but overall BEST TIME

Comfy seats, good food and an arcade. A great place to take the kids for a fun outing or for a date night with the hubby.

Went late near closing time.. you could tell it was a semi busy day. Staff was still on point on all aspects.

We ate at the restaurant for lunchSilver was the bartender and gave great recommendations. Try the onion rings.

Its been hard to find good entertainment lately. Their bowling alley, staff and bar were on point. A bit of a drive from where im at but i would love to do that once a month . 5

Thus is a great place to go and have an awesome time with the family. You need to have a good budget if you want to have fun. If you limit yourself or the kids, then do not go there. Unless you like to limit a lot. I did spend money but we do this once in a while family time and it is worth it. My teenagers wore happy, eating, playing and watching a movie with popcorn and sodas too. I do recommend this place. It is fun but do treat yourself dont go with a limited budget.

We went to see The Wizard of Oz for Mothers Day at the drive-in at Evo. The movie was supposed to start at 8:30 and finally at 8:45 one of the workers came to tell us they were having technical difficulties. They offered us free popcorn for the inconvenience. At about 9:15 they came out with the popcorn and a few minutes after that they told us that they were going to have to cancel the showing because they couldnt make it happen. We were offered to go inside the theater watch the movie or a refund. Since it was already 9:30, on a Sunday, we decided to take the refund and get home. I still have not been refunded the money.

Didnt experience everything but the movie experience is awsome

Not bad, just okay...good audio and video quality. The seats recline a little weird when you sit down in them but are comfy enough. Large parking lot but the spaces are kinda small. Also, the kids next to us wouldnt stop talking and a lady in the front row started playing a video game on her phone in the middle of Star Wars - some guy eventually got out of his seat and told her that if she didnt put it away there were going to be issues. I might be back again. Lets say 50/50 chance.

Weve had a lot of fun bowling, playing games and going to movies here. The games and bowling are as clean as youll find in the area (still pretty new). And the movie prices are the best deal around.

This is a great family option in the Kyle area. Games, movies, bowling, and food. Its more expensive than Id like to go most of the time, but there are good movie deals on Tuesday, and in the game center you can purchase a two hour unlimited play card. It doesnt give you tickets, but if thats not what youre after, its great. Crowded on weekends and holidays, so if you need to avoid a crowd, hit up the game center in off hours.

This place is great, and I love the idea of it. But caring management seems to be lacking.. This could be amazing but you have duck tape all over the cushion as if someone fixed it. Seriously? Spend a couple hundred bucks on an upholsterer and get it fixed. The experience for your guest could be so much better. I know this is such a small thing, but it seems like there are a bunch of small things. Anyways I hope yall get it figured out. Cause it would be sad to see this go away as it could become more ghetto.

I happened to stop in Kyle TX and my server ( sorry forgot her name ) 646 was very helpful in recommending what to order and service was prompt. I never been to an EVO so my experience was a nice one. I would recommend this to other drivers passing through. I gave 4 stars only because I think the prices could be a little better.

I like the overall entertainment experience and the food is good. Two things fall short and make what would be a five-star experience a four instead for me.The game prices are too high. Being someone who grew up loving the arcades, it sucks to see each game take so much money from kids, (and their parents). That is the first time Ive been to an arcade with my children and have them lose interest so quickly. The games themselves look somewhat entertaining. But when you lose so much on one play...The theater seats. If I lean back in the seats, I see the people sitting behind me in my peripheral vision. Definitely a distraction while movie-watching. Also, in comparison to a competing movie company, the seats are not as comfortable.Still... The look and feel, the food options and food quality and the variety in the overall experience make it enjoyable and will most likely have you leaving feeling satisfied.

Arcade is tons of fun for kids. Bar makes great drinks, food isnt bad either. Come to think of it weve been there a bunch and weve never had a bad experience.

Love this place! Fun for everyone, from the arcade to the bowling alley. Then theres the movie theater, which is great too.

My sister and I were running late to our movie, and we wanted to order food to go. I called and spoke with Amanda(party planning) it wasnt even her department and she stepped in, took our order and had it ready! She was so kind, happy to help, and a pleasure to speak to!Looking forward to more movies at this place!

Very lovely staff fallowing the covid-19 guidelines

Dont go here it sucks. Screen went out, seats suck as you feel like youre getting a core workout while they rock back and forth. Service fair but they started serving shots and beers to customers at 11:50am Sunday when we went. Got a pizza it was fair, cheese sticks sucked fried in dirty oil. Important - there are NO tables to set your dinner on inside the theater so better to eat before you go (preferably someplace else). Pics are of our lunch inside the theater - good thing no one was next to us. Good thing - theyve partnered with the local animal shelter and had pups and dogs up for adoption!

Helpful staff at concessions. There was a little leftover popcorn and napkins under our chairs, but its usually a clean looking place. We always enjoy the movies here!

Fun games, a bit pricey for most games but we love that everything is all in one place. Great customer service too! Variety of movie offerings and great weekday movie deals!

Fun place, has a little of everything!

This place is cool in theory, but you cant even use their gift cards on their own website or even at their kiosks. The games are an expensive rip off that my toddler is drawn to like a fly to honey. Also, the other patrons are rude... The people next to us allowed their preteen daughters to lay across the chairs, put their feet up on the seats in front of them, talk during the movie and leave behind a huge mess of popcorn, candy and trash. Im not a fan, but at least we had a gift card.

Great prices on Tuesday for movies and games they don’t tend to advertise the game deals a lot of times you’ll have to talk to the staff about them the theaters can be small and do not have some of the fancier amenities at like the South Park Meadows Cinemark. The popcorn was absolutely terrible and we could hear sounds from the other nearby theaters over our own movie especially when someone left the three hour long movie to go to the bathroom and open the door. I really hope they renovate the theater and upgrade their soundproofing and seating and popcorn. Went there 11/22 and they let a birthday party of kids ran wild in the bowling alley including down the slick part of the lanes all while the parents played on their phones. I was also nearly run over by the same kids running up and down in the bathroom, playing in the handicap and stall Slamming doors.

Used the delivery service for burgers and drinks. They came earlier than expected and everything tasted great. The drinks we awesome.

Took my family for dinner and a fun time had a blast but the food service could have been a lil better I had to get up 2 different times to ask for our server and silverware. Other than that we had a blast.

Clean facility. Great service and the Movies are carefully selected as the theatre is a family friendly neighborhood meeting place.Get a bite to eat, play arcade games or bowl if youd rather.

The staff is the best here. The fast, friendly faces give this older Evo a small town charm. Everyone was kind and happy to be there working together so we could all have a nice night out. This is the best of what an Evo could be, a friendly community place to join your friends and neighbors to take in a movie or a round of bowling. It wasnt the newest or biggest, but it was the best.

We had a bowling party here . It was lots of fun. The wait staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend EVO to anyone of all ages there is plenty to do for everyone.

There is a lot to do here. You can play the arcades, go bowling, or watch a movie with your friends (I have none). They also serve food and drinks, and they arent terrible either. This place is a great value entertainment expo and I would definitely come by again with friends the next time around! (The theatre seats I sat in had a small reclining feature, but they were manual and not enough to really call it a reclining chair).

I wish places like this existed when I was growing up. This place has a lot of fun games, bowling, movies, a bar with food, and rooms for birthday parties. My kids and I like this place.

The bowling was extremely busy (2 hour wait) so we went to the arcade. It was also busy but we had plenty of opportunities to play the games. There were lots of staff members around if we had any questions and the arcade was very clean. They also have a bar as well as a restaurant area but we did not visit those.

Was never expecting to find a place as cool as this. Lots of stuff to do under 1 roof!

Its hit or miss with the staff here. Some are super friendly, and some seem annoyed that youre bothering them. The food orders are constantly wrong. The games are always messed up. Its disappointing that even when you try point stuff out to them, its just an inconvenience. Everyone appears to just be there for a paycheck. Had been coming here regularly, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere, where service is stressed.

I love our local EVO in Kyle EXCEPT for the outdated, uncomfortable seating. However, they need to get current and offer reclining seats (for me it’s a health issue). Five stars for sure once that happens. The facility has SO much to offer what with great movies, great concession items, the bowling lanes, a hugh game area, and a great restaurant. All staff have been very helpful and professional. The Kyle location is so easy to get to right off IH-35 and there’s plenty of well-lit parking.

We did the online order and had it delivered. Food was great, hot and delivered quickly.

We recently went to watch the new Aladdin movie and decided to go to this EVO theater. The parking lot was clean and has plenty of parking spaces. The theater was pretty busy for a Sunday but now overcrowded, there were a lot of little kids and teens. The games inside looked like fun but we didnt have time to play any. The food is over price but thats normal for any movie theater. The seats are pretty comfortable, although I wouldve liked more leg room (I accidentally nudged the seat in front of mine when I adjusted position a couple time). I do recommend coming here for games and movie night!

Bowling, Movies, Arcade, Photo Booth, Concessions, Birthday Party rooms (will add more pics). $5 movies before 6pm is a plus.

Like this theater very much because is close to our small town. The movie theater also has other entertainment such as bowling, video games, and a bar. And it is never crowded even when we go during matinee hours on weekends. The price is lower than theaters in Austin, also.

Better value than I expected. Food was reasonably priced, although the drinks are on the high side it was expected due to the convenience of everything being located in building. The movie seat were comfortable, popcorn was good but be careful with the salt shaker, it pours fast.

I love going to this theatre. Their EVX theatre is loud, but you can distinctly hear the place where the sound is coming from. Movie theater food is really expensive and not always worth the cost. Their restaurant on the inside of the theater is great! I truly recommend stopping by this theater whether you are local or are just passing through.

Went to the 1:45 Monday showing of Downton Abbey: theater was great. Chairs comfy and movie was terrific. My new favorite theater. Not too crowded.

Fun place but the games are way too expensive. 40 dollars gets you 14 dollars extra in credits so now you have 54 dollars. But the game screen says 10 credits, instead of what it really means. It should say 10 dollars and that’s how much it is for a claw machine that anywhere else is 1 dollar tops.

TONS of fun for the entire family

Experience was ok we went on a weds around 4:30pm.. we were confused on where to order food, the bartender was the one who put in our food order and it was for myself husband and kids .. when the food was out he took it to our table and refilled are drinks even tho the bar was busy, during all this other employees were just walking around sipping on there drinks and watching the bartender do everything .. the bartender was great his server # was 1001.. he was great but other than that everyone else needs more experience in customer service

This place holds its own! Big, spacious, and more than just a movie theatre with bowling and video games galore! You will not be disappointed, folks!!!

Good food. And fun place to have parties, but the size of the place it just a little to small to have parties the size of 20 people

Me and my friends went here one night to have a good time right. So were at the table ordering food and alcoholic beverages and our waitress (african american) or so that’s what she looked like, asks for our ID’s. We show her and we get drinks. Everything was fine. Then we go bowl and we want drinks. So we show our ID, this time the waitress is white. She leaves comes back and says “I feel uncomfortable serving y’all”, meanwhile were not drunk at all and we’re of age and the other waitress just served us with no problem. Out ID’s didn’t look fake whatsoever but to her and her white manager they did. I just think she was racially profiling and should be fired. Didn’t get a name but they were being racist.

Pool tables are to close. All in all had a good time.

Kids and I had fun, great spring break day.

Payton was a delightful host who greeted us at the door, took our picture, showed us around, answered endless questions and did it all with a smile! If she is a representation of what every experience will be, my family will come back again and again. Keep Payton around!

Nice movie theater, but would be nicer if it was more like the Spot in San Marcos. It is still a good movie theater with lots of other activities to do as well. There is something for everyone.

Best locally owned theater in this part of the state. Always clean, great online sales process. Assigned seats are awesome. Bat, snacks and food. Arcade and bowling alley attached. Whats not to like?

Sound and picture is amazing, the only down side is no recliner seats but that definately can be forgiven. There is also games and a bowling alley there which is nice.

Ordered food and beer at the bar. Sodas from concessions carried it all into theater and watched The Lion King. Everyone enjoyed ! Service was great! Plan 20 minutes for food order though. Its cooked per order.

Everybody is so nice here, a great place to have a get together with friends and family.

Unacceptable lane conditions for bowling. Dont even try if you want to use any real technique.

I appreciate that this one of the few options for entertainment in the area, but I found prices high and quality low.Bowling equipment wasnt well taken care of. Shoes were sticky/had build up and lanes frequently had to be reset.Arcade game selection was fairly normal. Some of the machines were down or wouldnt communicate with each other.A couple of the staff were on point, but many were reading books or on their phones or not at their stations at all. (It was an early afternoon on a weekday)I felt that so much could be better. In the meantime, Ill be making the drive to their competitors.

We had 3 bad waiters and waitresses waited 30+ plus minutes for drink order, was ingored by staff constantly. Manager sucked salad was terrible nacho cheese was cold, not a single refill for a water. Needles to say we were extremely disappointed and I might add its our 1st time being here.

All was outstanding. The staff, atmosphere, etc BUT one thing our fries were stale other than that food was hot when serve tasted GREAT! But that one thing. I wasnt going to say or mention it but my husband said after our night out, well Ill never order their fries.

Great place to watch a movie. Prices on popcorn and such is about the same as everywhere. Has an arcade, bowling alley, and restaurant. They have flashback cinema that shows old movies like grease and singing in the rain on Sunday and Wednesday nights.
