I’ve lived here for about 7 maybe 8 years and it’s pretty strict and sometimes you just want to move out because of it or the staff at the office. It’s getting a little better over the last couple of years but people are still moving out. There are people moving in and out all the time and people that look at houses and are interested sometimes don’t come back. It’s a nice community without the rules and everything. There are kids always out and playing I their yards and people walk their dogs and the office staff tries to plan events but I don’t think a lot of people go.

Calm and safe community. With a clubhouse for special events able to be rented out and a pool.

Mrs. Kim the manager there is simply amazing. I am very thankful for her her helping me find the right home for my 3 daughters and I . I can finally call my house a home .

I have lived here since 2012 and each year it gets worse and worse. Management is a joke and harasses you for EVERYTHING! They refuse to show documention for suppose notes they leave on your door but are quick to show you a letter that you owe them money. You cannot enjoy your own guest at the comfort of your own home without worrying about them getting towed. They love to close early and put a sign up saything they are showing a house when really they are at home relaxing. When you try to talk to management and get answers they give you one line answers with no resolution. The lot fee goes up every year and you cannot do anything to your yard besides plant flowers or trees. This is not a family community. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We have lived here since 2012. with atleast 3 managers.....It keeps getting worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you are a person who loves having company and having family over DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you like a community where you can enjoy your yard and hang out outside DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will rent a lot that increases EVERY SINGLE YEAR, there will be very few useless improvements and even though you own your own home you cannot do anything. the grass is infested with chiggers, your kids cannot have any toys in the yard, you cannot have guest visit unless they want to walk from the clubhouse to your location. otherwise, A& E towing the WORST company in Texas will come tow your car and because it is private property, it will cost you 300 bucks. It continues to get more and more like a COMMUNE instead of a community!!! I have NEVER been late on rent, we have NEVER caused any issues, and I even worked one summer for them. But hey, the only thing I can say about this community right now is that this is the first time in 5 plus year that so many homes have been up for sale. WTG...atleast I know its not just me!!! READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING AND RE READ EVERYTHING!!!!

Would not recommend this community to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
