Booked an appointment with Shirelle for 2:40pm. I drove over an hour with my wife an kid to tour Lakeside. When I arrived the doors were locked and no one was there. I tried calling and texting the number I was given, but nothing.I went to another office building and the ladies there had no idea what was going on. They called some lady named Becky, who was out to a family matter. They could not help and did not have keys to show me any of the models. Completely unprofessional. The negative reviews seem correct about this place. Completely inept management. Hope Shirelle is more professional in the future. Easy way to lose business.
Wonderful and caring staff. Can not wait to close on our new home and live in this beautiful community.
Im looking at this place for +55 but are a lot of the comments are from people younger than that. How does this work?
This is a wonderful place to live. Its a very clean, quiet neighborhood. It has many amenities and activities for the residents too. The property staff is always pleasant and helpful, especially Elvira! And Louis Martinez, the property foreman, makes sure your home stays in excellent shape and he always makes sure you are satisfied with the work. If you are looking to buy a home in a good community...look no further! Lakeside Crossing is it!!
We have been here for 17 years. All has been good for the most part with the exception of loud, rude neighbors who play loud music at wee hours and run the loud muffler cars to idle high early in the mornings. In the last 2 years or so its gotten a few bad apples that keeps your guard up.
Worst place to live, very noisy ppl playing music loud all nite, rude ppl with no manners, parking their cars all over the streets blocking driveways, aggressive dogs walking outside with no leash, very high taxes, management keeps of taking advantage of ppl once a home was bought, offenders living in this homes is my major concern & no one who cares.!
I service the community pool here. The management team is super friendly and it is a very nice and new mobile home community south of Austin. Its a great place just minutes away from the Hill Country.
Great customer service. Received all the material necessary to make our home buying experience amazing.
Loved the houses and the architectural design is great
I love living here. Its quiet, peaceful and safe. The school, communicare clinic, dell childrens ER... and views of beautiful cows from your windows (and luckily not the smell.) I never want to leave
Moving here. The worst decision we could have made. Specifically the management. Elvira is the worst most unreliable community manager.
Excellent place to dinner nice and warm people
Nice place to live quiet and peaceful
My friend lives there they seem to be pushy on the yard mowing and wants fifty dollars to fine you if they now it, thats steep for such a small small lot they call yours but aint yours. I think they just want the money
This is the worst place to live. You can only have 2 cars parked per house. If you leave your car parked on the street at night it WILL be towed. They management has partnered up with a towing company. They have so many ridiculous rules and by October its just to get worse. They do inspections every Friday and if your grass is not cut by Wednesday they send people to cut it and charge you $50 . Plus there is alot of theft at night. They also want to tell you that you cant have curtains because they want blinds on every window. So I would think twice about living here. Heck Im trying to get out of here. We only pay for the lot here and its $300. Plus the management women are big witches... mean as can be.
Ive lived here for 10yrs plus and its a wonderful place to live.
Great Community, Mgmt. Has Really Stepped up and Taken Care of Property and its Tenants- -Mgr. Maria, Projects Mgr. Luis--Very Attentively to The Clients Well Being
What they dont tell you is if your park on the grass 2 your car or truck will be towed away . And on there ad it says come live by the Lake but its just a big pond Lol. Fake Lake. All this money and Brand new mobile homes they are putting in and all this extra people that are going to be in here they added a tiny small pool why not put a bigger pool real smart yall wait till this summer only maybe two or three familys are going to be able to be there in the pool what about all the rest of the people. And they charge you $50.00 to cut your grass if you dont do it your self $50.00 to cut a small ass yard funny this is a place where I would tell no one to move too wast of time an money. Cant even pop fireworks here on the 4th of July or New years good luck if too anyone who moves in here Lol.
Parents live here it is a nice looking community very friendly
Mr. Irizarry - I recently checked the Bluebonnet Estates link and read your review. I apologize that you feel I am unapproachable. In my near 35 years in property management I have always prided myself in having an open door policy with my residents. As management, I understand my residents frustration in the high water and sewer bills and I have explained to a lot of residents who have questioned the change in the higher rates and high bills that our property is now billed by the City of Kyle at a commercial rate.
Grown fast .but people dont follow the rule . they just let there dogs run loose .
