Nicholson Park

I can take my pets on a leash and theres soft sand or super groomed green grass, parking lot and a fishing pond!! A brand new childrens area now too☆☆☆☆☆

Went fishing there with my son. It was so nice and quiet. Will definitely return with him to fish some more!

Super fun place to hang out and cool off in the summer, go fishing, everything. Theres just a lot of weeds, which is understandable, but it just feels weird on my feet XD I love hanging out here on a hot day. Kids love it too

Very small. Playground is tiny also. Good for the surrounding neighborhood though.

I love this place most definitely needs more plants. Or color still beautiful it has its hidden gems along the path you just have to go to fine it.

The lake I understand is shocked with trout. There is a play ground and it is well manicured. It is posted to swim at your own risk. It is a beautiful setting for any occasion. I stumbled on it when I missed my turn.

Nice little pond if you have kids. Fishing and swimming available with play area.

Good place for kids but the adults just ruin it by leaving their trash and old fish

Not a lot of shade on the banks. But the dogs love it. Good little fishing spot. My gosh fives in the seaweed for baby fish. But she got tangled up in fishing line and got a hook in her leg. So be careful and watch your dogs and kids!

If you havent found yourself at this park to fish Your missing out. Great little pond thats stocked constantly. Your allowed 6 trout also. This park also has access to Indian creek which also has good fishing. Theres picnic benches and covered areas for shade. Great place for a family to have a picnic and fish the day away.

Great fishing spot! Caught this guy just this year! 29lb, 33 Channel Catfish. Love this place.

My family and I absolutely love this little pond. Its always clean and maintained. Plus it has covered picnic tables, fire pit, and a large bathroom.

This is a great little family park that you can go and hang out have a picnic, there are restrooms, there are areas where you can be in the shade if its a hot day. Its a park-like setting with nice well-kept grass to play games throw a frisbee take your dog out at cetera. You can go fish for perch, trout, catfish, and bass. I believe this freezes over in the winter time and you are right next to Indian Creek in the summer time which also has great trout fishing in it. Its a great place to go and hang out for an afternoon or just take a walk by yourself and a great location. All in all I would say its a family place
