This is the trail entrance to Marie Myers park located on View Park Drive. it will access the Year-Round Get-Down Trails which were constructed of gravel and rock for year-round use especially mountain biking. Trails range from difficult to easy with Toll Road being the easiest. It connects to the rest of the trail system in the dirty south including Bakers Creek.
I like the new improvements in the trail. This is one of the more exciting parts of the forks of the river trail series. This connects all the way to the other side of the forks of the river. You may get lost so take your cell phone and bring water.
It was a little chilly but the birds were out
Nice thinking time to yourself
So much good work has happened here recently. Trails are looking amazing. Definitely one of the gems of the urban wilderness.
Great trails in south Knoxville, TN. Great for mtn bikes, hiking, trail running, walking, etc. Trail connects to many other excellent trails in the urban wilderness trail system. The Appalachian Mountain Bike Club does a great job maintaining the trail system.
Could use a little more seating and parking. Picnic tables would be an awesome addition.
Dont go if you think its wet. Gets crazy muddy when wet. Pretty much not rideable plus ruins the trail
Great place to mountain bike
Trail work day with AMBC
This is one of the many park/trail systems in South knoxville. You can start here and connect to about 50 miles of trails.
