Nice space for big events. Ive been to this park for the state fair as well as for Vintage Market, twice. All 3 times I found parking fairly easy and the pond is a nice added benefit. It can be a bit tricky getting in, with the covid and gates being closed and whatnot but, thats just a formality.

Its local and lovely! Access to this small but charming park is currently more limited than usual -- not all entrances are open, due to the pandemic -- but its still open. The small lake is not for swimming, but makes a beautiful backdrop.

There are lots of things to do here, especially with kids! They have a WONDERFUL learning/play center, which also has a small planetarium where they screen all sorts of educational shows. The playgrounds here are also quite nice! Would recommend for a weekend trip with the family, especially with younger kids.

We go here when in Knoxville to feed the ducks and geese. It’s right in between the Knoxville zoo and the Muse children’s center. It is a perfect place to take a break and the ducks and geese will flock to you for a nibble! We love to go here to rest before coming home and my kids get so excited feeding the animals. The ducks will eat out of your hand! It’s such a nice peaceful place in the heart of a busy city.

Just love the TN Valley Fair! My kids had a blast. It was pretty cloudy so it was not busy at all. Everyone was really nice. So much food that you should only eat once a year. We also got to see Josh Turner, he was great live, best concert Ive ever seen at the fair. Will absolutely go again!

The lights with the peaceful music made the couple of hours I spent walking around a relaxing break from day to day stress. Excellent exhibit that I highly recommend.

Ive seen several concerts here during the valley Fair. Not very many people can say theyve seen Boyz II men for $10 in an epic concert outside. Ive been here for work events for waste connections. Ive been here for the Michael Jackson experience. The venue itself is nice sometimes the people within it are lacking

Chilhowee park is one of my favorite local spots. Theres a duck pond with ducks and geese that will eat out of your hand (and your mouth if youre brave enough). There is a childrens science museum and theres a gazebo that is really cool. Theres also a huge parking lot good for walking your dogs. I go there way too much if theres such a thing. But I always feel safe and there is usually always a park security guard in sight and on site.

We have been here for multiple events and they have never disappointed! This event, the Michael jackson experience, was no different. This was the best show Ive been to in a while. Honestly if you didnt know any better you would think it was MJ himself up there!!!! It was seriously crazy yall. His moves, the lights, the smoke, the whole show was just amazing! We had a great time and all while feeling safe and in a clean environment!

Gorgeous as usual! This is most definitely a place to bring your family and enjoy the peace and beauty. Always well taken care of and clean which says a lot about this place! Always enjoy coming here and just sitting there watching all the ducks and nature running around! There is a playground next to the Muse that is open to the public anytime the park is open! This is always a plus having kids because they can run around and play while I sit back and relax enjoying the scene and reading a book! A lot of people come down here to practice and/or learn how to drive since it has such an open parking lot as well so keep an eye out if you have small children! The warmer it gets the more people come out to enjoy this park! Love how it is connected to the Muse of Knoxville as well as the Knoxville Zoo too!

It is a little out of the way and a little hard to find. The Jacobs building is large. The Cat Show was not well advertised so many did not know it was there. The Park needs to advertise events on all radios, television stations, and billboards so people know what is happening there. Beautiful place with a good history.
