I always enjoy going to Flying Anvil Theater. The people are very nice. The choices they make for plays are always interesting. I love that its small and intimate. Just saw I and You. It was OUTSTANDING, definitely the best Ive seen there, and the two young actors have terrific careers ahead of them. Oh, and being able to enjoy a glass of wine during the show doesnt hurt either!

The production of Boeing Boeing was exceptional and very entertaining. Great laugh material and very enjoyable. I highly recommend attending this production.

We so loved everything about spending Christmas in the trailer park! The play was very entertaining and funny. The actors were awesome. The musicians were also talented. The set was clever as well. Its a cool smaller venue. Well attend next time Im in town!

Low key, no frills but welcoming little theater for those who dont want to pay big theater prices. You can see pre opening night productions called pay what you can and see the first showing. Comfortable seating, good views anywhere. Make sure you see the location on Google maps before you go because the building looks like a warehouse and there are no obvious signs telling you it is the theater. Lots of parking. Definitely worth going.

Some wonderful shows! Have seen every one and not one of them has let me down. I love being able to sit and enjoy a professional show. Also having a nice little bar while we wait for the performers is great an amazing idea. Highly recommended.

Love this theater...very casual...nice people. Been there three times and really enjoyed the first two. Saw 8x10 today and sorry to say it was almost unwatchable. Only offer this to constructively help the productions get better. Already bought tickets for next play and will continue to do so.

Fabulous play, fabulous actors, havent laughed so much in a very long time. Cant wait to share with friends and go back again and again. Great community theater fun!

Great things come in small packages! The Anvil Theatre, although small, is a great little playhouse. We sat on the second row, and could hear every word and see all the expressions... but it wasnt TOO close. The acting was really great for such a small production, and the sets were very creative! The small troupe of four actors were amazing! Highly recommend you check it out. We will be going again!

Saw Hir a new play thats ostensibly about gender roles, and other interpersonal relationships in a disfunctional family. A fairly good production of a terrible script. I hope this theatre chooses better material in their future productions. Im all for new plays, daring material, socially-aware drama... but this was one play I hope never to see again. I will take a second chance and see another show here, with fingers crossed.

What a blast!! Laughed so hard! The 4 women performers were beautiful and very talented. I love Flying Anvil. With a small stage and a few performers they leave me amazed every time I go. I hope I get to see all their productions.

Local theatre company has moved into a permanent space, enabling lighting, costumes, and sets. Great acting and great choice of productions. Flying Anvil has taken Knoxville theatre to the next level.

My grandson was in a play here, seting was very nice.

Theatre group, various shows and cast, in an industrial complex. We saw the Trailer Park Christmas, the show was very funny and enjoyable, if you get the chance go see it yourself.

Intimate theater space with great plays and other programming.

The last show I saw here (Marys Wedding) had the whole audience weeping -- seriously, there were audible sobs! Great acting, great sets, great lighting, great directing -- all in a cozy neighborhood theater. Long Live Flying Anvil!

Great New Theatre! Productions are outside of the norm and really awesome. Super sound and lighting. Holds about 140 people.
