The Pinnacle at turkey Creek is a pretty nice shopping plaza except for the traffic. Pretty scary to drive in by yourself so make sure you have a copilot. This is a must place to go when visiting Knoxville TN if you like to shop.

Hamburger was not good. Bun was hard and the meat didnt taste fresh. Fries were good and kept coming.

Im a fan of Turkey Creek. Regal theater being upgraded (and it was already good). Restaurants, specialty shops, and traditional box stores are all available. Make a quick trip, or stay the day. Its all good.

Visit a least once a week. Shops, restaurants-Calhouns, Connors, Chi-fil-la, Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn, OCharleys, etc, Pinnacle Regal Theater, Verizon, Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree, Petsmart, Walmart, Target, etc.

Ok, but coffee was cold, and not enough salad dressing in the salad, had to go ask and everyone seems very unorganized prefer the others Panera bread on Parkside

This is the best movie theater that Ive been to in Knoxville. Having said that, I havent been to the new cinebarre yet. The seats are cozy. Each seat includes the perfect size cup holders. For this 52 female I could clearly see the screen even with someone who was 63 sitting in front of me lol. I took our son and the surroundings were very kid friendly. The concessions were delicious. Great place to shop

I went and got my hair done at Ulta in Turkey creek and my experience was fabulous Zachary did a great job on my hair. The salon is clean, well stocked and fun. There was a group of younger girls getting their hair and makeup done for birthday party, it was so sweet they all did such a good job with them!!

Clusters of people and parking is thight but the grounds are well maintained.

Very rude management and experience. Their policy for not bringing in kids under 6 to any rated movie is ridiculous. I have a baby and my whole family was seeing a movie. It was rated R and they said I couldn’t bring in the baby who was asleep. No other theater has this policy. If an adult is with someone under the rating age it shouldn’t matter . They were very rude and nasty about it as well. I am sorry but some parents don’t have babysitters or nannies. Spend your money going a few miles to the West Town Mall theater. They let you in with a baby to a R movie.

This is the only theatre I go to. The staff are friendly and popcorn is always fresh. They have the best choices of screen style. Standard, RPX, IMAX, 3D and most recently tried the 4D. Also a variety of drink choices, slushes, and even beer. The floors are never sticky and has a high scale feel as soon as you enter the parking lot.

I can not say enough about how kind this theaters manager and staff were to our group of students. I am with Heritage Middle Schools CDC 1 and 2 classrooms, Blount County, TN. They did a showing of Dumbo for our students, which allowed us to make it back in time for bus routes, otherwise this would not have been possible. They did concessions for us, talked to our children and had smiling faces the entire time!!!! They went above and beyond the call to be accommodating for our kids. God bless and thank you for being the ONE to say, yes, wed be happy to do that!

This place has every store you can imagine. Tons of nice places to eat and a huge Regal Cinema. Its a very nice, clean area to spend a day shopping. We will definitely return.

Never been disappointed in this place. It has always been clean and the ushers are always nice. This may seem weird to a lot of people but have to say the Restrooms are awsome. Never smells like urine or anything bad.

Took my daughter to Ulta to get her hair done cut/Highlights all over and I want to Thank Brandy Spence she done an amazing job shes fantastic she done my hair in December she truly does a amazing job made us feel great go see her for your hairstyle.

I always love going to the movies here. My friend and I watched a Star is born and the sound blew us away. It was amazing. Thank you!!

Only get out here every few months. A great variety of stores. We usually find what we want. Many restaurants for lunch.

I think is the best move theater in K town

Two of us went to a movie and spent $100. Their prices are ridiculous. Over $5 for a tiny cup of ice cream. We had spent so much that we only got a small popcorn and they won’t refill it. I’ll never go back.

The Pinnacles at Turkey Creek is my favorite spot in Turkey Creek, offering both excellent restaurants and great stores. They also have places like Lenscrafters and Paneras as well as specialty shops.

Good Christmas shopping.

As far as amenities go, The Pinnacle has about everything you could hope for. Plenty of ways to purchase tickets, a wide variety of food and drink options, lots of seating while you wait on friends, and the theaters vary in price and feature while still having current technology for the movie viewing experience. The only issue that some may have with The Pinnacle is that it often is very crowded and can get a bit overwhelming at times.Still, this is probably one of the best places in town to meet everyones needs for a movie. If you want a smaller, somewhat more intimate setting, The Riviera downtown may be a better fit.

Great shopping, but not on a budget

We went to Lights Up Pinnacle for the 5th year with our kids. We had a good time, but it isnt what it used to be for sure. This event was designed for kids and that is not the case anymore.

Well kept buildings and grounds maintenance. Always a pleasant experience. Mall staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Love coming to turkey creek. Its like its own community. Has alot of business and restaurants and you can find anything and everything

Just a beautiful up-to-date theater with very comfy seats, etc. WAY overpriced on food, drinks, moreso than other other places I think.

This movie theatre is very new and has everything a movie goer could ask for. Free refills on pop/soda, popcorn, comfortable stadium seats, great sound system, birthday party room and even an arcade. Love going here

Great place to hang out with family and friends

The theatres are kept well, and good-sized. Prices are a bit higher. Food/drink is pricey but good quality. Its positioned nicely to eateries for a good evening out.

Lots of screens. Engaging, massive lobby. Plenty of food/drink lines. Arcade is well executed. Theaters are large with comfy seating.

Great movie theater. Always have plenty of new movies to choose from with yummy treats to enjoy.

Great place to watch a movie. Would get 5 stars but we have to drive 40 minutes to get there from home. Popcorn was a little subpar from what it used to be.

Great location and atmosphere with good selections in tgeir concessions, though is the more costly theaters around the location. Also this location gets extremely crowded at times and is more likely to sell out of tickets before others would. I recommend always ordering online or by app if its a popular movie.

The movies here are always great. But the food and drink prices are almost unreasonable. We paid around $12 for the smallest bag of popcorn. I guess you need to get your fill of popcorn prior to the movie!

Restaurants and shopping. Fantastic movie theater. However, everything is super generic and theres no originality, its just a bunch of big box stores with no heart or character like Market Sq. downtown. I only go here if I want to see a movie in IMAX.

Easily the best movie theater in Knoxville. The RPX theater has some of the most comfortable seats in a theater I have ever sat in. The lines for snacks are usually fairly long though.
