This is an excellent park! It is cleaned, well maintained and friendly staff. We celebrated a birthday and staff member Cody made sure that we had everything we needed. Our food came on time and it was all good. We are definitely coming back and even buying the passes for next season. Oh! and the rides are so much fun!

Its great!! Definitely kid friendly! & worth the price the only thing I suggest is to get water shoes because theres only one way to get around the park (its a small park)and you have to walk on the hot sidewalk good thing is every ride/ water section has complimentary shoe cubbies but they definitely should have made more pathway.

We had a great experience at Island H2O. The attractions were new and fun, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. My kids had a better time here than at the Disney theme parks. I enjoyed the big screen showing football above the wave pool. We will definitely be back!

This new water park was great. The food was great. The lifeguards and staff were friendly. Very clean. The slides were fun, the lazy River. I will definitely recommend people to come here.

We absolutely loved this place. Our kids had a really good time and it is super close to home. We just wish they were open more so we could enjoy more time there. Cant wait for the summer hours to come back.

This is a smaller water park, but it is pretty new. They had two slides that I wanted to try closed due to the virus. We had a lot of fun, and they have a pool for over 21 only. They had the park laid out for social distancing, but on the day that I went, nobody seamed to care. If youre going somewhere like that, then you probably arent too worried about the virus.

We had an overall great experience. Not crowded, food was decent, very clean park. A ton of lifeguards watching over everything assuring everyone was safe. The slides were fun, and the lazy river was so relaxing. Wish we could have used tubes but under the circumstances we understand. Definitely worth the money. We even chose to purchase season passes. Hoping for another positive experience when we return tomorrow.

What a great time and a wonderful place. All water parks are not the same, yes they might have the same slides, the tube rides, the lazy river etc etc. The one thing among many others that stood out for me was customer service. The only place in recent memory that I recall, I didnt see customers arguing with staff, or couldnt get on a slide complaint. Instead it was chill folks, just chill. Go visit H20 and then if you like give me a thumbs up.

We got season passes and will definitely be back again great for both adults and children!

Great place to go to avoid the tourists. Adult pool is great! Only downfall is unlike other parks in the area they rush you out moments after closing time. Recommend you leave 30 minutes prior to park closing or security and staff will be escorting you rather abruptly and rudely.

This Waterpark has nice slides. Great rewards for returning people. And plenty of food

Brightly colored, clean and fun rides! ENORMOUS tv in the wave pool for watching live sports and movies! Exciting atmosphere that is immediately noticeable upon park entrance. The lazy river is a relaxing contrast to the fun fast paced rides. I happily gave 4.5 stars because I wish there were more upscale dining options and passholder discounts throughout the park.

Lovet it! My grandson is in the spectrum and he had a blast. Actually, I felt a little bit bad with the lifeguards, trying to made him to follow the rules. They handled it pretty well. Thanks.

We love this place my son enjoyed his 11th birthday while me and hubby enjoyed the adult only pool with great drinks! Due to covid the park was empty and we loved every minute of having such a beautiful park to ourselves.

My mom and i took my three boys (7,6 and 2) today. Parking and getting into the park was easy. We ate on the way there so we didn’t order food, but did reward the kids with some delicious Hershey’s ice cream, that i found to be reasonably priced. Had zero issues with drinks/ice. Bathrooms were very clean, just like the rest of the park. We had an amazing day and are already planning our next trip!

My wife had an issue purchasing a season pass online. Natalia went above and beyond to make sure our son was able to attend the water park the following day as planned. My son loves the water park & the food prices are reasonable as well!

Nice alternative with Disney water parks closed. But warning they do not allow any outside food or drinks and their food is not cheap. Example: Side of fries $5.

Water isn’t heated, freezing cold. And don’t expect costumer device to help with anything. They’ll stare at you like you’re stupid and won’t do anything. I say spend a few extra dollars and hit up one of the other water parks in Orlando for a better experience overall.

This place has so much potential. But even at a reduced admittance it still took a long time to get on rides. Only 1 place to get food and it took a very long time. It had a bar but it took about 30 min to get a beer. But the most unacceptable part was anytime we wanted a soda and was thirsty it took way too long. About 45 min one time because the only way they dispense sodas is to wait in line to order one then get back in a longer line for a machine to fill it. There seemed to be 5 machines in the park and 3 of them didnt work. . We spent 90% of our time standing in line. We left the park way early. It just wasted too much of our time

Island H2O Live in Kissimmee is a perfect place for getting out and enjoying our beautiful Florida weather. There are 8 tower rides which include drop downs, mat races, tube rides and family raft rides. A relaxing lazy river called Chat Creek and an awesome wave pool which rocks because you can even float on the waves in a tube in this wave pool. My family loves it so, my suggestion is that you go spend a day at Island H2O Live then you can feel the same rush of excitement and make this park one of your favorites also

Not the biggest waterpark in Orlando but its definitely a fun one! What I appreciated about this park was it had some very unique slides and was very cost friendly. If youre looking to go to waterpark on a budget this is the place to go!

Amazing place to come & enjoy movies at the wave pool great service. The only thing is the smoking section. They should have more than one especially by the bar & adults section walking to the other side of the park away from the children isn’t right. Hopefully that changes so I can renew my annual pass. Overall great park just that minor problem with smoking.

Before COVID-19, I used to bring my family here all the time, we are annual pass holders. My kids are teenagers, so they are fulling aware of the precautions we have to take right now because of everything going on. We went today for the first time after the closing due to the virus and I was not happy with the environment at all. There were signs at each of the drink re-fill stations to use a wipe after each use and there were absolutely no wipes at any of the stations, all there was were empty wipes containers. We went there around 2:30 which is 5 hours before closing time, so there is no other explanation for having no wipes other than the fact that they are not keeping up with their safety guidelines. While my daughters were on the rides, they only saw one employee wiping down the railing one time and never saw any more cleaning happening. After people would leave their lounge chairs, no employee came to wipe down or sanitize the chairs in any way. There was absolutely no social distancing in place, although they had dots on the floor telling you where to stand, no one followed them. Earlier in the week, my daughter went without me and ordered food and they completely missed her order. Today, my daughters waited in line for over 25 minutes before anyone even took their order. Employees pulled down their masks to talk to customers at the food stand, which completely defeats the purpose of even wearing masks. I saw on the screen that they supposedly had cards on the tables to label if they were clean or used, but the table that we went to did not have a sign and was dirty. I am very disappointed and will not be going back any time soon.

After reading previous reviews I was a little sceptical about taking my kids but Im glad I went. The kids and I really and I really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was AMAZING, and the rides was more than I expected. Our trip was short lived due to the rain but I will definitely be taking the kids back. Best water park Ive been to in awhile!

Food prices and parking was great. We received a green disability pass for my son which allowed us a fast pass to the front of lines but no lifeguards were aware of the pass and no signage was seen to show us where to go. Only lifeguard supervisors were knowledgeable about the program.

It was nice and not too crowded! Perfect for locals. We have had an annual pass since Christmas that we are just getting to use because of the virus happening. I think pass holders should get more perks and discounts. And unfortunately the lazy river didnt have tubes ️ but it was fun just not relaxing.

We visited last week and enjoyed our cabana. It was comfortable, shady and is equipped with a fridge and locker. I wish there was a fan, it was very hot. Food/drink service was friendly but a little slower. I think they were understaffed for the unexpected crowd. I wanted to mention a big shout out to ARMAND. He was so helpful. We experienced an issue with our locker not opening as the code wasnt working. He was professional, super friendly and resolved our issue quickly. We were very grateful. I was disappointed that the lazy river did not have the floats/tubes due to the pandemic. Instead of relaxing and floating, you are forced to walk through the current. It is more like exercise than relaxing so not happy about that especially if physical or mobility issues exist. I saw a staff member tell a mother that her infant seat/float wasnt allowed. I think it would be difficult to safely walk carrying an infant through the current of the river. Overall, Id recommend this water park. Staff was wearing masks and it appeared clean and safe. It was a good size but the parking lot walk is long and hot even from the disabled lot.

My family had a great time. The park was very nice. Not over crowded. Water was nice and cool and clean. Only complaint, ground was hot and drink sation ran out of certain drinks and ice pretty fast. Still a good time!!

Lots to do. Kid friendly areas as well as adult only area too! Havent tried the food but def smelled good. Purchased the season pass and look forward to going back soon

I loved that place it was the best I recommend to go to the hotel across the street the cabins/little homes was amazing I had like a mansion it was three storys high I recommend it alot. I went there two times and I was scared the first time so I barely went on any of the rides only on the kitty area and the family rides I went on. And then the second time I want on ALL THE RIDES so dont be scared. The first time I want there the lazy river had water falls and then the second time the added a new thing but the next day we needed to leave so the only ride I DID NOT WANT TO GO ON and I dont recommend going on it ok only if you are a boy I think they wont be scared of the ride but some girls can do it I think I did not even try I looked at it and I said no way... so if you want to know where the scary ride is then listen to me its at the flying carpet ride and when you reach the top then there us more stairs and there is like four steps so if your feet is already hurting then there is only four so dont worry and when you go up the stairs then there is the scary ride. So as you can see I LOVED THE WHOLE PARK I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GOING THERE DURING THE HOLIDAYS. But if you are trying to go to the scary ride during Covid 19 you cant they are closed because there is no way to clean the rides. So if you are reading this then just have fun and have a good day rember I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING THERE ON THE HOLIDAYS,WEEKENDS,VACATION AND ONE RULE IS JUST HAVE FUN have a good day BYE:)♡

Loved the proximity to the margaritaville resort! My kids enjoyed the water park and was very clean and the layout was easy to navigate. Definitely will return for another visit soon.

Everything was great expect that it takes 45 minutes to get a drink at the bar. There’s no sense of urgency at all. Take away the automatic 18% and watch your “bartenders” work faster and provide better service.

H2O Live Water Park ReviewThis past weekend, we visited a particularly enjoyable theme park in Orlando, H2O Live!During this awkward time of this pandemic, we chose a water park for several reasons, but Michael Christopher, ACE Florida regional representative (American Coaster Enthusiasts), organized a very special event that turned out to be a BLAST!There are several reasons we chose a water park to visit during this time of concerns over Covid 19. My wife and I are well trained medical personnel who have successfully maintained our health during this global pandemic. Outdoors is considered safer due to air flow and sunlight keeping germs to a minimum. The chlorine used in the water of waterparks kills the Covid 19 virus, and social distancing is fairly easy to institute. Island H2OLive! Park is just over a year old, has some fascinating technology built into the park, including UV lights built into the water pump systems to sanitize the water along with chlorine!The Park is also marked for easy practice of social distancing, and all the tubes, floats, and rafts are sanitized after each rider experiences the rides… staff throughout the park clean and mark every table and chairs when cleaned, and give instructions to guests to let them know when areas need cleaning when vacating seating areas.Fortunately for us, the day was overcast with rain threatening all day but holding out til early evening. This seemed to keep the park attendance lower than usual, to our benefit. The director of marketing arranged a special race for our group to participate in at the end of the day involving their big multi-lane slide with electronic speed monitored lanes!We had more fun than I ever expected all day long, but especially at the race finale just after the park closed. This was a very progressive park with staff that multiplied their efforts to give guests a safe, clean, fun, enjoyable, and affordable environment with activities that the whole family can enjoy, even in these challenging times. We will definitely return in the coming warm seasons as most of us upgraded to season passes!

Wow, what a mess and so unsafe! Got the season passes a few weeks back, and cant even describe how unsafe it is. The scariest part is the images below. Kitchen member was texting and then going immediately back to the grill, no hand washing or anything in between. That has always been gross, but with Covid that is plain dangerous. Lifeguards were not attentive of anything going on, which is scary with a special needs child. Management keeps saying there are rules in place to help with special needs, but every time we bring it up to a lifeguard they are clueless. Not sure how we are going to handle the dangerous food practices in place and risking everyones safety.Edit after response from owner: it only takes that one time to spread a disease, and other viewers please notice the owners complete lack of an apology in their reply... only excuses. If you look closer at the pictures, the kitchen worker is wearing flip flops! This is most definitely not a safe, sanitary, or well trained kitchen.

We celebrated my nephews 7th birthday here. They accommodated our group of 15 very nicely. The person in charge of our group was very attentive and came around very often to check on us. The park was so much fun. Everyone from the toddlers all the way to grandparents had a blast. The park itself was very modern and interactive with many selfie stations and other cool things for everyone to do. The food selection for our party was very tasty and the servings were big. I had the hamburger and fries and it tasted better than any burger from a restaurant I’ve had before. My 2 year old had such a great time in the kids area they had so many things for them to do. Overall this park was excellent can’t wait to go back.

We bought tickets, walked in, got a locker, then they announced park is closed for the day. Would not refund our money. Woman at counter said park should be open in a few minutes, before we bought tickets. We are from VA Beach. A rain check wont do us any good. The manager was horrible. Tried turning around on me saying didnt the cashier warn you. Horrible way of doing business, just horrible.

My husband and I just purchased their season pass. Everyone is so kind and we have lots of fun! The park is just the right size. They do an excellent job keeping the place safe and clean for COVID.

Went with my husband, our first time there today, showed up at 2pm, the website says closes @ 7pm today. Bought the seasonal pass for $69.99 + tax each. We got the free parking, went through main gate after getting the physical ticket and souvenir refillable cups, paid $8 for a locker, then it starts raining, asked a worker if they were closing the rides til the rain stops and they said “closed for the rest of the day cause of the weather”. We went to customer service to see if we can get a locker refund, they gave us a number to call cause the lockers are from a 3rd party. We stayed for like maybe 10 mins total from the time we parked and left the park, we couldn’t do anything cause of the rain and they closed the park, we are just annoyed we drove an hour to get to this park to not get in the water and to leave right away. If the workers knew it was cloudy and about to rain, and they’re going to close the park when it rains, why bother letting us in the park to have us think we are going to spend a Couple hours and get in the water? It only rained for like about 5-10 mins then it stopped and sunny again. Hoped they would’ve just waited out the rain and close at the time the website says. Lucky, we didn’t pay for parking since it came with the season pass, it was a wasted day

Smaller than the theme water parks at Disney, Universal and Sea World but still has a lot to offer. Also not as crowded so it’s, UCD faster to enjoy the slides. Techsaavy place and very clean throughout. Annual Passes are very reasonable and ticket deals are available.

Great park. Just the right size for a relaxing day. It just opened so its not packed which is great because you spend more time relaxing than waiting in lines

1st time here and on average what I expected. Parking is free for all at this time but you do have to cross a rather busy road from where you park. A nice traffic light or overpass walkway would be nice. Changing rooms lack a little bit. It is basically a bathroom stall with no toilet. Also no showers in changing room only a few rinse off areas outside by pools. The wristband system is rather neat allowing you to check in at points around the park and collect points. Alrhough several of the stations and screens were already showing their age.If your child is under 40inches not to much for them to do other than the small kiddie area. If they are under 48inches they are required to wear a life vest in the wave pool and lazy river. Challenge is the only place to acquire one is by the wave pool. It took a full trip around the park and mis information from 4 park employees prior to finding one. Overall it was a fun day just a few things that could be improved upon.

Great place to go on weekdays. Its to hot to stand in the long lines on weekends. Chicken fingers are good and a little pricey.

They are doing an excellent job with sanitizing equipment, tubes etc. between riders. Other than that, its a typical waterpark with family tubes, drop slides, wave pool and lazy river. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would have given 5 stars if they provided towels, maintained the soda refill machines more frequently and offered a locker system where people cant mistakingly purchase more than one locker. Still an enjoyable time overall.

I attended the soft opening and then the official opening. I snagged annual passes just before the price hike. There are cabana rentals available for families and an adults only (21+) section where alcohol is permitted. You get wrist bands that award points for every ride you go on that are redeemable for food and souvenirs. Parking is currently free and its easy to locate. Theyre still working out the kinks but overall its a great experience for adults and families alike.

Had a great day at h2O water park with my family on July 3 rd 2020. They are a very clean water park and make sure there staff dose everything for cOVID-19 . Felt very safe there they were Sanitizing everything. Announcements came on just remind people of social distancing. Rented a Cabana at a great price I suggest you rent one if you were going for the day.Only thing I wish they had was non Alcohol beer... for ppl that don’t drink. I will definitely come back again and next year we are doing the seasonal pass.Thank youThe Harte family

Enjoyed the park with wife and grandkids. Dont see good sanitizing practice going on. The chairs are not being cleaned after guests leave. Also the restroom attendent came in walked into dirty stalls and walked out without cleaning them. I guess if not one is monitoring them they just dont do their job. Also lots of people in line at the concession stand and only one person taking orders and preparing the food. Overall, I believe you make your own experiences and enjoyed the day with my family.

Had a great time at H20 Live. Went this past Sunday. There were no lines at all. My seven and eight year olds were able to go on every slide as many times as they wanted. The staff was also super friendly. The only minor issue was a few areas were closed off for life guard training but it usually wasn’t for very long. Overall was a great experience.

We went to the park today spending almost $600 for admission tickets, once we get in passing the doors started to rain with lightnings, so everybody had to go out, I couldn’t even put my feet on the water. I ask for money back they told me If rain stop they will reopen in 2 hrs. So I stay for 2 more hrs and raining again. Long story short I lose all my money. Im not going to wait till 9pm if they dont open to give me another day pass. Don’t recommended, better go for different one

The drink was really pricey and you cant float down the river!! Great place for the family but Im single and so maybe I should have went next door!!

The ride are awesome the drinks were good, the hotdog were no good (bad), cheese burger as well bad ( undercooked), they churros were hard. They french fries were good . I will go again just for the water ride .

The floor to the pool is too sharp and hurts and one of The drink stations was out of drink except water but everything was fun and had a great time

This place is just ok. The wavepool is small, and the lazy river is alright. Some of the slides are cool though, as well as the basketball hoops and the water bucket/playground area. My biggest pet peeve though is that the whole place is cement!! No sand anywhere, and barely any shade. If you walk around bare foot be prepared to burn your feet on the concrete. Only one place to get food, and the freestyle machines would’ve be nice, if they all worked (1 out of 3 were, leading to long lines). Earning points/checkpoints around the park and on rides was cool, but half the screens were just a black screen, so you couldn’t tell if it worked or not. You can definitely tell this place is new and they haven’t really figured out yet how to do stuff more efficiently. $60 season ticket is nice so I guess you can say that you get what you pay for.

I’ve been coming here since it opened As a pass member. Understandably its going to get a little busy since everyone has been stuck inside for months.. HOWEVER.. there are rules in place for a reason and this park was so unbelievably overcrowded last weekend. It was impossible to social distance. Nobody is monitoring how many people are coming in. They let everyone in. I’ve come here so many times and I have NEVER seen it as crowded as it was last Saturday. Unacceptable!And to top it off the bartenders are SO slow! I mean I waited in line for 45mins for a drink..AND when I asked for a straw they touched the straw with their bare hands. I said No I will get my Own.. 2 bartenders touched the straw before I got my own. There is no training for cross contamination... I’m disappointed because I live this place but the wait times and lines and crowdedness is just too much. Managers need to do better ..

Trying to purchase tickets is a NIGHTMARE. The website is the ABSOLUTE WORST website Ive ever used in my life! Every card used no matter Visa, MasterCard, etc. it gets declined. Youd think with such nice accommodations, theyd put some time and money into their website! Tried calling and the young man that answered the phone was super rude and talked like he had marbles in his mouth. All I was trying to do was buy 6 annual passes and its become more of a hassle than its worth!

We come down every year and seen this place being built. Finally got to see it finished. Just got back a couple hours ago and it was worth the wait. Great staff and prices all around were great. Please dont change. Family of 4 for $100 and food and drink prices are perfect! See you next year

We rent a tent for 6. It was ok the personnel is very kind but the food option is very poor we are vegan and this is out of question, so we order a salad witch us very pricy....for what it comes and the p a rk is kind small. I did not like I im sure .y family and I will not comeback.

I’m season pass holder and always enjoyed coming to the water park. On 4th of July we decided to make a last min trip to the water park ( we live 2 hours away). Since we always love the 21 and up section I decided to check out if there were any cabanas available. And according to the website there was and I paid for one. And when I got the email on it’s said the date to be July 5th not 4th. I got on the phone and talked to one of the workers ( whose name I won’t mention here)there and he assured me that he would be able to help. And that he would give me a call before I get to the park. By the time I got there of course I haven’t heard from him so I walked to the ticketing booth. And when I asked for him he refused to come to the window. And no one was informed. Of what was going on. When I explained my self to the ladies at the window they said they were all sold out which is okay since it’s the 4th but the site shouldn’t have let me buy one the same day and got the confirmation for the next. Then I spoke to a manger( again whose name I won’t mention on the site) who assured me by Monday accounting would get back to me and that I would get my money back. I haven’t heard back come anyone and left several voicemails. And to make matters worse they had open cabanas the whole day. And when it stormed that afternoon the bartender told us we can use the cabana if we gave him 50$!!!!It’s the most disorganized and unprofessional people who work there! They lie to your face and never follow up with you.

This park to hang out is not very big, it is almost the same as aquatica. what bothered us a lot was that the head of security called jose leaves anyone with cooler and food and chips, while the rest of the visitors have to leave some cookies, nooo, its just if they have a standard in the park so it should be for everyone its an insult to return everything to your car and friends of the chief of security if they can get through whatever they want ...

I loved it here, the slides are super fun and the food is outstanding! Great for the whole family.

We just moved here from Indiana and we were deciding what park to buy season tickets to and we decided on H2O. It’s a very clean park. Complaints I have is your always out of ice and we have been there 3 times already. Another thing you may want to look into is I know in some areas you wet sidewalks to cool them down for your feet which is a great idea. I would expand that so more areas are covered especially in area where you walk in food area. My 3 year old could barely walk on it was so hot. Also after talking to other residents here who has season passes at other parks they offer there season pass holders deals like if you want to bring a guest or friend they discount your guests ticket. Which as a business you should think about it’s a smart idea, because that guest one of your season pass holder brings could be a potential future visitor to come back again or even decide to buy a season pass themselves. Many other parks do this not sure why you don’t. But I will say this the water slides are fun and the kids section is great. My daughter loves it she wanted to bring a friend but we told her no since you don’t offer deals to bring a guest if your a season pass holder. Also I was curious the section where they are doing work at still by your candy stripe falls and entrance is that going to be a parking lot or is it for future expansion to add more slides. Be nice to see a few more body slides for adults besides the 2 drop slides and the one racer slide. But we do have fun there.

Ordered “nachos” that was advertised on the big screen in the wave pool. Meat, sour cream, jalepenos, etc. What we got for $9 was gas station quality tortilla chips with lukewarm cheese spread on top and nothing else. Oh, and a side of attitude from the person who served us. This was after waiting for their coworker who was off duty to finish conversating with the girl who takes the orders. Not only did you ruin our lunch, now i’ll be reporting your lack of social distancing that takes place on the lines for the slides. You guys know exactly what i’m talking about.
