Excellent movie theater! Very new, sleek, modern and very comfortable! We didnt take advantage of the food & beverage service in the theater, but saw others enjoying it. And both the indoor and outdoor seating for dining or social drinking options are impressive.I would frequently return when back in this area! Employees were polite, professional and eager to serve.

I attended my sons Deejay Young Pre Film Production from his new album Primitive, I truly enjoy the entire film because theres a story of his life behind each song in the film. Please note that entering the studio the staff was very polite as well as safe, everyone wearing masks and last but not least your studio is Awesome great sound and seating Thanks

Was a nice comfortable environment. The recliners for watching the movie from were very cozy. The food was good. I had the bacon cheeseburger it was a little messy but very tasty. The tortilla chips with salsa and queso were a perfect side dish to go with the burger... If you havent been here its a must for all moviegoers. Just push a button for service whether you are ordering food or just a drink. Refills are that easy too just press a button and your server will come check on you see what you need. Why get up and miss part of the movie you paid to come see.

Love this cinema!! Great leather seats with a recline for your feet (NOT a full recline like a lazy boy) but, it’s nice to kick your feet up whilst watching the film of your choice. Full bar when you walk in, self serve ticket kiosks that are user friendly & efficient.My husband & I ordered the brisket sliders and chicken lime cilantro salad. The food was great quality & delicious!We had the theatre to ourselves. We saw TENET, if curious. Movie was interesting with outstanding effects!I really hope this concept can withstand this freaking pandemic and be around for a long time. We had a great time with comfort and great food! GO NOW!!!

The food was soooooo amazing and hot I loved the pizza and buffalo chicken bites. Such an amazing experience definitely will be back.

Dont get me wrong I love the theater..... And heck Im planning to go back with my friend to watch tenet..... The only thing that you guys need to work on is some of the movie projection and how loud the sound system should be. Other than that great experience and if these problems are fixed when we watch tenet then Ill write this theater a warming five out of five.Thanks SMG and I hope I get a reply soon!

Love the dine in experience while a movie is playing. But food service is lacking not sure if its because of short staff. But this is twice it happens where we wait for our food longer than the allotted time provided at the kiosk. I went last Saturday for my bday (7 of us) and only ordered starters but picked the wrong option as to when the food was to come out. Totally our fault. The food was amazing when it came I out!! This time (2 people) picked the right option, and waited the same amount of time as my first, over 30 minutes. This time my nachos were soggy and stuck to the bottom of the plate. I really like going here, paid the annual fee(Director) but food service could be way better. Bathrooms are clean and so is facility.

I recently viewed Tenet at this theater and I must say, this is my favorite movie theater to visit. I did order pizza and wings. The food was delicious. I must also add that my mix drink (long island) was... non-alcoholic. That doesnt take away from the overall experience.

If only the seats would recline more than an inch, this would be a five star review. Unfortunately, although the legs can extend and the seats look brand new, you basically have to sit straight up and therefore I was pretty uncomfortable. The theater, seats, drinks, staff and food were all very nice. Please, replace the seats or find a way to make them actually recline!

First time at this place. Open just over a year and recently opened back up since COVID. Staff was on point! Very friendly and attentive without ruining the movie. Greeted promptly upon arrival and explained all the ordering options. We were rather early for our movie so he invited us to a seat in the wait area or a chat with the bartender. Bartender was great and friendly. Even discussed my brothers brews at his place back home. Waitress was terrific! Repeated the food allergy back to us to show she understood. The food!!! Im SO glad she recommended the flatbread pizza! It was so good and bigger than I expected. I had ordered a side of sweet potato fries thinking it would be like every where else. Lucky if you got 10 fries. Then she brings out this bowl of fries! I couldnt eat it all! My husband said his burger was SO tasty and he loved the fries! You might be a little shocked by the dark interior but once you walk down the hall to the theaters, youll appreciate the color scheme! We come down here about once a year and this place has made it on our Got to go back! list. Way to go SMG team!!!

I drive 40 miles to go to this specific theatre... clean...safe...always light on guest...reclining chairs and order from your seat...great experience every time and well trained courteous staff...do yourself a favor and make the drive.

If I could give it zero stars (per the other low reviews too), I would.. gave this place a 2nd chance because of location, what a waste..paying $1 for tap water that was room temperature while spending too much on less than fast food quality food, def skip this theater.. too many other options.. if you’re looking for dine in, check out AMC at Disney springs or Cinenoplis nearby.. it’s honestly a much better experience with much better customer service!

I asked for a cup of water only to find out it wasnt free. Waited 30 mins for my water after requesting it and when they came back up to give me my bill, the lady asked me if I had gotten my water yet and I said no, she then asks me if I still wanted it. And I told her yes. She walks away and 10 mins later finally comes out with a small cup of water that I had to pay 1.08 for and wait 40 mins for. All the while, we continued to hear and feel the other movie next door. Booming loudly during every quiet part in our movie theater. Wasnt a fun experience. The only thing that made it a good experience was the comfy seats.

The seats were really comfortable and I like the eat while you watch concept until I was actually there doing it. It’s so dark you can’t see what you eat and the food wasn’t good at all. And if they forget something for your meal, it takes a long tome to get it. I should have just stuck with a drink and popcorn. The recliners are comfy and the prices to watch a movie are very reasonable at only $8 for an adult for a matinee.

I visited for the first time to enjoy a showing of Disneys Beauty and the Beast. The theater was extremely clean. The service was awesome and I cant wait to return.

Visual and sound quality are amazing! I mean they blast it which is how it should be. The menu is choices are extensive. Food, beer and drinks. Excellent location! You can walk and visit the other spots in Margaritaville.

Had a great experience and love the look and everything. Just walk in, and make your way to the right. It’s a little pricey for the food but was still a great experience.

Comfy seats. Popcorn SUCKED...Milkshake wasn’t a milkshake super watery. Next time I’ll skip the food and service and just watch a movie. I paid just for a milkshake and popcorn 26.00.

The seats are large and recline with a simple touch. A fun and relaxing way to see a movie.

Theater wasnt bad, but Ive been in more comfortable recliners. I didnt order food, but I ordered a long island and also a DOUBLE Jack and Pepsi. The drinks had almost no alcohol in them and I paid 13 dollars plus tax for them. I left the theater totally sober. Movie was good though. I just wanted to post this so others are aware.

We absolutely LOVE the bites here and let’s not mention the drinks done by the bartender right outside. Always recommended!!

Everything was great. It was my wife birthday so we needed to go somewhere that weve never been so we were glad we went there because we really had a wonderful time in both places: The Ford restaurant and the Studio movie grill. By the way, the food was delicious.Im looking forward to take my kids to the water park next time.

While I enjoy this theater and its great staff, some people simply have no regard for anyone but themselves. Still people that talk loudly, and move around continuously! That is disrespectful and very distracting. This is an incredible theater, period. Its just sad that some people have to ruin the outing for others!

I was simply blown away by this place as I never knew it even existed. Great leather reclining seats and you can pick your seat when you order. There is chair side service for food and beverages. It was an amazing experience and we have been there 4 times and each was amazing.

Excellent staff and management! They are super friendly and helpful. The theater is perfect for a great date night or lunch with friends. Its a little expensive but it is definitely worth the experience.

Really nice theater....very reasonably priced they have a few kinks to work out but they just opened so that is to be expected....so far definitely my favorite thing that has opened at Margaritaville!!!! Theater set up is nice. Not a very large theater. Nice reclining seats with trays for your food and drink. The sliders I had were a little dry but edible. The drinks were good.They are really good about getting to to get your order and food and drinks out. Ill go back. Its an all around nice location. And movies are only $5 every Tuesday.

Truly one of the best movie experiences Ive had. Me and my partner decided to come here on a whim and it was absolutely the best choice. It was slow being that it was a Wednesday night, but the customer service was great and offered advice on the best seat in the room (I dont remember his name but s/o to the blonde trainer that checked us out). The decor of the place is what we loved the most, the seats were comfortable and the food came out quickly and tasted great. In terms of pricing, it is super comparable to any other movie theatre that doesnt have half of the quality this movie theatre does. We left talking about the people we cant wait to bring here, this is definitely our new movie spot.

First time here and had a great experience overall. Great food and drink options. They have a wall where you get a frosted cup and pay by the ounce. All of the associates were nice and gave greast service. Only issue I had was picking up my tickets at the beginning. Ended up having to try 3 different ways to get my ticket. Would go again though.

The movie theater was clean and by design is appropriate for social distancing. It was a slice of normalcy plus masks.

New movie theater, only been open about a month. Great location, love the set up. They have comfortable reclining seats, great food and pretty fast service. All the studios are for dine in, so if you dont like the dine experience, this place is not for you. Great overall experience, will definitely be back.

Great place to visit to see movies and they even have $5 Tuesdays. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. I will he visiting again!

My favorite place to see movies, great prices and atmosphere

Visited here for the first time over the Christmas holiday. Overall the experience was good Lorenzo and the inside the theater staff were excellent. Which is why its 4 stars. Since it was our first time going we didnt know how or where to order the team out front was not very helpful in that regard. Overall a fun time was had, the food was good and in theater service was fantastic.

When visiting Disney last summer and needing a break from the heat during the day we took an afternoon break to see a Disney movie, it’s new, very clean, comfortable reclining seats and food was great and they will serve you in your seats refills and all staff was friendly I wish we had a place similar to this in Maryland, when we visit Florida again we definitely will be coming back here as part of our Disney tradition although they are off property and not associated with Disney it’s great to get a nice air conditioned break and see a movie. Food reasonably priced too, they also have hammocks and a fun lounge area outside and it highly recommend you won’t regret it

As a movie theater, SMG is okay. They have reclining seats but they dont, really. They have a leg rest that unfolds up but the seats dont recline much if at all. I feel they are this way so they can pack more people into a theater, similar to how airplanes are. The seats are comfortable but after experiencing fully reclining seats at both the Disney Springs AMC and, our favorite, the Hamlin Cinepolis Luxury theater, I probably wont come back to SMG unless I get free or severely discounted tickets.

This movie theater, is a theater of the future. Comfortable reclining chairs, full service bar, and restaurant style food. Make sure you download thier app (SMG) since it is easier to order from the app then on the kiosk. The app is free, however, I suggest you pay the annual fee if 10.00 (detector). The rewards are great (8x for each dollar spent) and you get 5.00 ebonus.

Great place to see a movie. Front end staff is very professional and helpful. Bathrooms had out of order stalls, but were clean. Just be aware the service in the movie theater is super slow and disappointing. The sodas were watered down. It took thirty minutes to get refills on drinks and popcorn.

First time here!Movies and environment are easily 5 stars. Front desk service is great as well! The chairs in the theater were actually rather uncomfortable with the way the chair reclined.My experience with Food, however, was very mediocre. My order was wrong and the server really didnt care for my younger ones concerns. The food quality was even... Eh.TL;DR:Food alone: go somewhere else,Movie alone: probably better off somewhere else.Food+movie: Yeah sure but theres better places.

Very comfortable but super slow bringing food even drink refills. Brought appetizer out after entrees, never brought dipping sauce ordered & I had to leave the movie to go get my own drink after waiting for it for 15 minutes...by then we were done eating. Manager was informed & basically said sorry, were busy & I dont have enough workers. Thats it. We spent about $70 that night! Ill have to rethink my choice for movies & dinner next time.

Gave this theater a second chance, wont be giving it a third. During our last experience there. The lights were left on in the theater for the first 20 minutes of the movie. They decided to restart the movie over. Lights kept coming on during the movie and the sound went out, the movie was rewound a second time but we still missed aprox 5 minutes of the movie. I ordered a water 20 minutes before the movie started, reminded the staff 4 times. Never received my water. Ordered ranch with my potato skins, received 2 sour cream instead (and was charged $1 extra for them) Other patrons had issues with their bill and the manager became snarky and yelled at them. A different manager fixed our food bill and apologized. No compensation was offered for the many issues during the movie itself, just excuses as to why it wasnt their fault.

It’s cute but has a lot more to be expected. I hope it’s just growing pains of opening recently. It’s pretty, but basic service is a bit lacking. They seem understaffed and overwhelmed. I had to send my salad back because it was extremely overdressed. Normally not a big deal, but I couldn’t eat it. The server took it and replaced it (no apology offered) with the exact same salad with same dressing. I had to send it back and go hungry.... I went to use the restroom and it was filthy. I happen to see one of the managers at the bar and when I explained my challenges to her she didn’t seem to want to make things right, just called in over the radio for the food staff to follow the dressing recipe. She made me wait while the poor bartender had to make drinks in a rush for the manager’s guests. I’m sad to say I’m local and don’t know if I’ll be back until they improve.

This is my favorite theater. The ticket prices and regular concessions are cheaper than anywhere else around here. Plus they bring it all directly to you in your comfortable reclining leather movie chair. The food is where they make their money, it is slightly more expensive than a regular sit down restaurant. However, everything I have had here has been amazing and cooked to perfection. I go to the Studio Movie Grill every week for my movie entertainment.

For the movie experience, it was good. Comfy chairs and views. For the dinner in part, not so good. The food was just ok. They took at least 20 minutes to refill our drinks and got both of them wrong. My salad was good but its a salad. My wife got the pizza and said it had a weird sweet drizzle of some kind on it. Our entrees took a while to come out, but then the dessert came out 5 minutes later. Which meant the ice cream was melting by the time we got to it. Well go again but this was definitely strike one when there are other dine in theatres around.

It is a new movie theater for me. You can order from the comfort of your seat. The popcorn is not what Id like to have in a movie theater, buy it was ok. Nachos were good, not a big portion though. Overall good experience but wish theyd have another way to order to make the process quicker. An app maybe?

I love this place. We go almost every Tuesday. It’s only $5 per tickets. Which mean we can spend more on what we eat. LolThe food great. My favorite is the potato skins

Seats were fantastically comfortable. Large recliners, with a swing table for food and/or drinks. Staff taking orders for drinks & food & reliving orders are present friendly efficient and unobtrusive. Picture & sound quality excellent and a/c is not too cold. Special event day on Tuesdays are phenomenal value.

This theatre is awful. Our auditorium was freezing & the sound was not working properly, the employees were rude & useless, the prices are a joke, they charge $1 for tap water, the food is gross, & the “precautions” taken for Covid were pretty much non-existent. Never again.

Dont eat there. Foods way too expensive for the quality that comes out. The drinks and specials are decent if you go at the right time. As for the theater itself, it is top notch. Amazing seats, great picture and sound quality. Like I said though, the dinner aspect isnt worth it. Stick to popcorn and candies.

Very good service..love the fact of sitting on your chair and that they take the food to you..but the food for me is not the best. They should change the chef. Overall the experience was good the place is very clean and comfortable and employees are very nice and courteous.

Very nice place. Comfortable. Biggest issue is that when they list a movie as starting at 10:30 and the actual movie doesnt start until 10:50. You get there a little early to make sure youre on time and end up sitting forever. Also when you order a popcorn you are used to what you get at most theaters not their bowl size. Then at the end I paid with cash and the server didnt come back until after most of the credits were done and that was to ask if I needed change back. When I told her I did she told me Id need to wait because she didnt have any cash on her.

Great theater! I visited for the 1st time last week and it was a great experience. I felt like a VIP going to a movie premiere lol. Employees all very nice and welcoming. Theater seats were amazing...recliners, large and comfy. Great dining service and $5 margarita Mondays! Drink was very weak and tasted like lemonade but that didnt ruin my BAD BOYS FOR LIFE experience :)

Picture Nd sound quality are both excellent at this theatre. The chairs were very comfortable. We found the servers to be attentive and kind. The food was very tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Great place for an afternoon of movie watching and dining in! Love the concept here! Dinner and a movie and its all so simply done! Very impressed with the just push the button and your host/hostess magically appears and takes care of everything! The wife and I literally had the entire theater to ourselves!

We visited the Studio Movie Grill to watch the Terminator. I ordered popcorn and a mixed drink. The popcorn was too salty, the drink was good. The seats were very comfortable. The theatre wasnt that packed so the server didnt have to come as often. I just wander if there is a full theatre how distracting it would be for someone to be walking up and down the isles during the movie?

I used to love this place but here today and order some food and water and now they make you pay a dollar for the fountain water the used to be free and on top of that you have to pay $.50 for refill they are saying because they have to use plastic cups but even Disney and universal studios use as plastic cups and give you free water its unacceptable they do this and will not be ordered anything from them again and will make me rethink ever coming back again if this is how they treat their customers

This movie theater is awesome! I will never go anywhere else! Cinopolis is a rip off compared to this place!Update:We have been here with our 4 year old twice nice. It is great. The power recliners are so comfortable, the food is actually good, the prices are reasonable and it’s never super crowded.

Went to see Rise of Skywalker with my husband for date night. We loved it. The seats are extremely comfortable. The service and food were great. Definitely plan on going back.

We love the screen in the sound one of the male waiters is a bitpushy the seats are quite uncomfortable as the only go back halfway. Id rather them rock or go full back

Wow!! What a place!! Blown away by how beautiful the indoor atmosphere is!! Outdoor seating too!! The movie theaters are amazing!! Big screens! Comfortable, reclining chairs! Only mistake made was eating dinner before we got there. There is a huge menu with something for everyone. Totally recommend this place!

Visiting from NYC for the week, went to check out Good Boys which was excellent, but everyone needs to go checkout a movie at SMH. Go in and experience this place, it is amazing!! Tickets were $5.03 and $5 draft beers since it’s Tuesday. Great food, we had a party of 5 and ordered tons of drinks, cocktails, pizzas, potato skins, everything was delicious and the staff were the friendliest people in the business. The box office person, the bar tender, the server and even the ushers, great job management and great job SMG. Come to NYC!

This place is AWESOME.Here’s why:- big, comfy seats that recline and have a personal tray table and service button- stadium seating so every spot in the theatre is a great view- a self-serve beer wall- a full service bar that you can order from during the whole movie- clean, new, fun atmosphereI didn’t have the food because I ate before I came. Wish I hadn’t because the food looked great.I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it for a fun night out. So glad it’s so close to my vacation home!!!!

Am amazing theatre. Luxurious seats that can be adjusted to tilt back with feet able to be extended flat out. Press a button and a server will bring you anything you want by way of food or drink from their menus. Food/drink is served on the airplane type pull round tables so you can eat and drink whilst watching the film. If you prefer, same food is served more conventionally in a cafe style araa in the foyer. Make sure you want to see the film or youd be in danger of falling asleeo

Loved the food. It was a wonderful time, even though there was a baby crying. I could hardly hear the baby. The seats were extremely comfortable and the service was exquisite. I cant wait to go back. It is a very beautiful theater.

Movie tickets were pricey. Personally I would rather save my dollars and get my own popcorn. Twice as much from what I normally pay for tickets. Staff was great, place was modern and clean.

Couldn’t believe how cheap the movie was here, considering how new/modern the theatre is and how awesome the service we received was. (We pay 2-3 times more in Canada!) Really great experience for a rainy Florida day with the kids.

This theater has stadium seating with leather recliners, swing-out tray tables and good food. The servers are quick and efficient in their service. I enjoyed the whole experience.

READ THIS.. So a few months ago there was a few bad reviews for this place.. But we decided to try it anyways.. They didnt open that long ago.. And the concept is new.. So it takes a little while to get things going... Well 5 stars.. Service was good.. Food was good.. And it was fresh.. The button next to the seat to order things is easy.. And you dont miss parts of the movie just to get a soda refill.. Me and my girlfriend had a good night going here.. Give them a try yourself..

Employees and management could be a bit friendlier/more helpful to make you feel like your business really matters! We wanted to view a theatre pre- buying tickets because my mother in law and sister in law have bad necks but they couldnt permit us to. Seats werent as comfortable as we had hoped. They didnt recline very much and not heated. I think every theatre is different we were in 12 I believe.

Comfortable seats, very very fast friendly service. The only thing I noticed was for such a large theatre, the screen seemed small, and it didn’t appear to be Dolby. It’s a little on the pricey side of you have dinner, but overall I’d say worth it and we’ll definitely return!
