The service is phenomenal, super quick and the server was friendly. The restaurant and arcade combo is amazing. The prices of the cards and food are not too bad. The food is amazing, the bathroom are clean! The best place in Kissimmee!!

Had such a great time when visiting. Crystal took great care of us in the restaurant at the bar, explained the food deal to us, told us about Happy hour (we missed it but we will come back for it) and made us great drinks. The arcade area is really nice too and clean. Lots of games to chose from.

Really worth your money! We have 3 kids and bought them 35 dollars each and that gave them 200 points and we played for so long and won a lot of tickets! It is very clean and has great games:)

I had my daughts 10th birthday day party and it was great! Everything is done beautifully and the kids had an awesome time!

We like this place. We are NOT interested in the points or tickets so it work for us. We purchase the 2 hrs unlimited game which do not allow you to get or redeem tickets but still enjoy most of the machines and thats enough for us. The food in the restaurant is good, however you can tell the place is new and they still in training (hopefully) because the service is NOT good and the servers look lost and confused about the items on the menu, they have no knowledge of most of the things there. That is a big No, No, for me, so hopefully they get to fix that quick. In the meantime we will still enjoy the games but definitely eating someplace else before going there.

4 stars only because on our first trip there, I ordered a blue hawaiian and it was not good at all. On top of the drink being weak and tasteless, it was expensive. I paid $9.50 for some Kool Aid that was served to me by a rude bartender!!!But despite that, the games were new and well maintained. My kids had a great time!

First, the machines are always functioning correctly which makes it so much better to keep wanting to visit. They are also doing really well at enforcing safety measures during this pandemic. The prices for gaming are fair and usuly ticket payout is fair as well. Thank you for always allowing my family and I to enjoy time together.

This gametime doesnt bring its a game. Its way smaller then the one in Ocoee and barely has choice when it comes to games that give prizes either because they dont have the machines and or they do but its down. So buying a all access card is pointless. Also the deal at the restaurant is not all that clear its says 18.99 if you buy food youll get a card that worth 15 bucks. It doesnt explain how to get that 18.99...well I clear up the mess for gametime. The 18.99 consist of you buying specified food and upcharge of what whatever the food is to make it equal to 18.99 to get a card. So if you buy the pizza at 9.99 there will be an upcharge of 9 bucks so you can get the combo of the card and food. Again the all access card here is pointless there not many choices of prize game only ticket winning games. Your better off getting a hourly card. Unless you go to Ocoee then your good.

Games were good. Very clean. Had a party of 6, restaurant misplaced our pager number and table. Bar area only seemed to have the bartenders waiting tables and serving bar. Seeing the bartend check their phone while you wait 20 mins for a refill doesnt help either. Food was very good, came out hot and was tasty. I would like to think it was a fluke night.

Went in Saturday it was very busy got a medium burger perfect medium and my husband got the jerk chicken and shrimp it was cooked to perfection came out very fast as well. My family and I love the arcade it was so much fun. I would defiantly recommend going

We came here on Sunday to watch football. Sat on the outside bar side and Krysal was our server and she was awesome!!!!. She made sure of what our drink options were ...pour brands etc..Very knowledgeable!!!. We left and came back to watch the remainder of our football game. We went inside and sat at the bar again. This time the manger got our order and never gave me a glass or told me coors light only comes in a bottle when I specifically asked for a tap. I also then had to later ask her for a glass because she sped away. You always ask if someone wants a glass, especially a female. Anyway, the first time we went in this Same manager was standing with the game side manager talking the whole time. Overheard gossiping. When we came back...the same thing and not helping Krystal much at all! Krystal was running her tail off!! Get rid of this bar restaurant manager and put the Seasoned Krystal in her place!!!!

Seriously had a great time there! Wasnt very expensive, wide variety of games,and clean and neat facility. Also they employees were very nice and helpful! So grab up your fam and go ham on this place!

I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but when I encounter an issue that frustrates me, I want to help others avoid the same experience. I was having a good time while my wife and I were playing the games, and we were racking up some e-tickets as well in hopes of bringing home some toys to give to our nieces/nephews. So we wrapped up using our card credits and used the kiosk to check our ticket balance(MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS). When we looked at our usage, we noticed most of the games were NOT issuing the e-tickets onto our card that we were being told we had earned at the completion of play. So we spoke to the manager, and he refunded us the credits from games that didnt issue the e-tickets. Sure, that was a partial solution for us, but even if we played the games again, they still werent going to give us e-tickets. He said he took down the names of the games to have the issue looked into. So we opted to come back to use refunded credits the next day in hopes the games would be corrected to actually issue tickets, or at the very least that management would put up notices on the games that were still not properly issuing tickets now that they were aware of the issue. Unfortunately it wasnt corrected yet, and they hadnt attempted to make customers aware by notices or otherwise. The floor staff were as helpful as they were able to be, but to make their lives easier, management really needs to work out the bugs in the system.Based on other reviews, this wasnt an isolated issue.So for anyone looking to get the FULL experience of a ticket redemption arcade, skip this location until they fix their issues. If youre just going to play the non-ticket games/bowling lanes, then I guess you wont be affected.

Bring your little gamer and the gamer in you! This place is perfectly located in the sunset walk area of magaritaville Orlando and, in addition to arcade games, has a sports bar and mini bowling! I gave it 4 stars because there were several games out of order, but you can find entertainment for at least 2 hours.

Great selection of games and open late

We went during their soft opening and experienced a whole mess of problems. Lack of knowledge was ram-pit, id say 30% of the games were either not working or had issues. We had to have our card reimbursed twice while there and only after waiting 2 hours for them to find the manager. We werent alone, there were 4 others that had issues but instead of waiting around most just left.Hopefully they get it together soon, more training is definitely needed as half the staff had no clue, and if all the games worked this would be a great place, kind of sad when youve been waiting on it to open for what seems like a year just to have it fall on its face during their soft opening. We spent about 3 hours here, 2 of them mainly waiting on the manager to come back so we could get reimbursed for all the games that didnt work. Be careful about swiping your card multiple times if it didnt work the first time.Bathrooms were half lit and dirty during the soft opening so id be concerned what they would be like during peak hours or even off peak hours. 2 staff standing up front, couple walking around the floors, but no one could take care of that?Very very disappointed in it, almost didnt write this review but I just couldnt get pass the blunder that was Game time this weekend. 2 Stars simply because the staff was at least pleasant, otherwise 1 star. Spent $50+ for this unfortunate experience.

Had a great time In here. It is way bigger inside than what I thought and have lots of games to play. The food and service are pretty good and the prices are not bad at all. Totally recommend this place if you wanna have some fun times with friends and family.

We were excited to try this location out as a family, we arrived for Lunch today, Sunday 1/26, we decided to eat first As my daughters were hungry and the little one is a handful.The food was very good, and was about what you would expect, upscale bar food. Their were only two tables so I don’t know that we were a true test for them.Our server Lisa was great, friendly, helpful and informative. I highly recommend asking for her section. Seriously she is really good.The food took a little while but hey it’s not McDonald’s.All in all I would give the food experience a 7 or 8 out of 10. Also we did the meal card deal and picked something so we would qualify for their play promotion cards, a pretty good deal but you don’t get the cards til the end of the meal. A bummer for over anxious kids.The arcade experience was a 6/10 the machines had some issues, the tickets were few and far between and your real money for cards went fast.To improve they definitely need to give more tickets for your effort. We played for several hours and got 245 points enough Troung buy a lollipop or tiny trinket nothing more.All in all it was just okay because you spent a lot and got very little.To be fair they do have a great selection of games.Wait until they fix or get feedback on the money for value perceived.In the future I will update this review.

I really enjoyed going to this place! Since I’m not too interested on gaining points and more about the actual playing time, their card option for the hourly games is pretty sweet! I will definitely be a frequent gamer at this spot, is so well located and near really good food spots!I’m really hoping they invest on a pump it up prime machine!!! The food and the service was good. When it came to the games experience it was horrible. Many of the games were not working (out of order).On top of that when went to redeem a $10.00 play card from an email that I received from joining their FunClub they could not redeem it. The manager on duty, Brian, contacted several people to find out how to do this and received no response. I was told to wait.Was told the owner of this location was also contacted.After waiting over 40 minutes they finally were able to give me the $10.00 play card.This place is no comparison to Dave and Busters. Dave and Busters is much better.

Its a nice place however the service was a big disappointment. Our food took a long time and our order got messed up. It was frustrating to get the food not the way we ordered it after it took a while to come out. They were also taking long to bring out our drinks and we had to remind the waiter a couple of times that we were still waiting for the drinks we had ordered. Hope they get it together as it is a fun place. Im all about great customer service and unfortunately it was a big disappointment.

Great bartender named Shawn. Best happy hour in town. 50% off anything behind the bar from 4 to 8 pm. Many tvs for sports events. Fun games for the entire family.

Took my family and friends here opening night. I cant say enough about how friendly the staff was. We even lost a card and they spend the time to find it on the machine where we purchased it. I wish I would have gotten names but the lady at the prize counter was excellent. Along wit the couple employees checking on us while we played games making sure everything went well. Only negative was the drinks at the bar were inconsistent, however, prices during happy hour were awesome!

I brought my 8 year old girl and we bought the $30 for 3 hour unlimited passes and we had a blast.... Great variety of games with modern technology...

We went on the official opening night. You couldnt tell upon entering they had just opened but our bartender Tony filled us in on the past couple of days and their opening weekend. Overall you can tell it not perfect but hey for a brand new spot located so far into 192 that offers a dave and busters vibe I wont complain.Food is fresh and wonderful and the best bang for your buck is the chicken and waffles. Overall.i think it is a great addition to the area and cant wait to see what discounts and nightly specials they will offer. For all the other complaints these are obviously people not in the service industry. The service and efforts were spot on from all staff members. Cant wait to come back.

I am only giving this place 5 stars due to Eugene, the server for my table. He was amazing and handled everything well. Was always coming to our table to ask us if anything was needed. The 5 stars were only for Eugene but when it came to the girl who was at the bar named Rebecca, she was very rude and unprofessional. She was yelling and had an attitude with her coworkers in front of us and other customers. Rebecca was even rude to Eugene our server when he was trying to help us. But over all the milkshakes were good and Eugene our server was great!

This was just what my 9yo needed. After the hotel pools close and the nightlife starts my kid needed something to do. This was an excellent way to keep him occupied.

While I enjoy the proximity of this location; I did not enjoy the fact that when I brought my son, who was celebrating his 12th birthday, he approached by, and harassed off of a game, by an adult man so he could “win tickets.” When management, who were phenomenal up until this point, were made aware of this man and his behavior they simply informed us that he was a “professional gamer” who spammed games to earn tickets and sell the prizes online. I honestly don’t care about this man’s personal life or career aspirations but I was not okay with him feeling comfortable enough to approach children the way he did. He stayed at the location the entire time we were there.

Games are very clean and well laid out.Restaurant is very mediocre. Will return for the kids to play games but will definitely be trying another margaritaville restaurant.

Love the place, went for lunch, there is a great special $18 bucks for specially marked meals including Burger, mandarin chicken, pizza and more, and you get a $15 dollar game card, cant beat that!! Also on Thursdays 7 to 11 pm you play as unlimited games for $15.....
